Jonathan was cooking pasta with his 12 year old daughter, Stephanie.

"Hmmm, what is that smell?~" Evan purred. He kissed both Jonathan and Stephanie as he picks thru there shoulders to see what where they cooking.

"Pasta-" Jonathan was cut off by Evan's chuckles. "What's so funny?" Asked Jonathan. "What do you call a fake noodle?"

"Evan, no-"

"What?" Stephanie asked.

"An impasta~"

Jonathan sighs and turns his back towards the smiling evan. "Good one dad" Stephanie said while giggling. "What do you call a deer with no eyes?" Evan asked.

Jonathan makes a weird face and shakes his head at the image of a deer with no eyes.

"I don't know....what do you call a deer with no eyes?"

Evan laughs and leans over them "No idea"

Both Evan and Stephanie laugh and jonathan felt like he wanted to kill himself.

"What do you call somebody with no body and no nose?" Evan asked. "What?" Stephanie asked.

"Nobody knows"

Jonathan groans and tries to speed up his cooking so he can leave. "Aww come on Jonathan, you know that was good~" evan teased. "That was terrible, clever yet terrible" Jonathan mumbles.

"Hey, did you hear about the guy who invented the knock knock joke?" Evan asked.

"He got a fist right at his face?" Jonathan asked with a sassy tone. "Nope, he won the 'No-bell' prize~"

"Ugh....kill me please" Jonathan says.

"Where do you learn to make ice cream?"

"Where?"

"Sunday school~"

Stephanie laughs her head off and evan stands there proudly. "Oh my god..." Jonathan couldn't take the corny jokes, specially Evan's dumb dad Jokes.

"What do you call an Argentinian with a rubber toe?"

"What?"

"Roberto~"

Jonathan had to leave. There was no way he can handle more dad Jokes. "Princess, can you take care of the pasta please?" Jonathan asked. "Sure thing, daddy"

"Thank you"

Jonathan squeezed himself evan and the counter and went towards the room. He jumps on the bed and let's his body sink into the bed.

"Jesus...." He whispered. He closed his eyes for 4 seconds and then he screams as he hears someone whisper in his ear.

"What did the officer molecule say to the suspect molecule?"

Jonathan glares at evan and evan laughs. "No not 'aaaah' He says, I've got my ion you~"

"You bitch...." he whispered while trying to hide his smile and the blush on his face. Evan leaned in and kisses Jonathan in the lips. He bites his lip and slowly dragged it away and realised it making Jonathan's lip red.

"Asshole" Jonathan whispered. "You scared me- how did you even get in without me noticing?"

"Hoo-dini~"

"I fuckin hate you"

After they finished eating Jonathan sits with Stephanie on his lap while brushing her dark brown hair.

Evan smirks and sits down next to them.

"I just watched a program about. Beavers" Evan said. "Discovery Channel?" Jonathan asked. "No, but let me tell you..it was the best dam program I've ever seen~"

"You.....oh my god..." Jonathan groans and continues to brush Stephanie's hair.

"Dad!" Stephanie called out. "Yes?" Evan asked. "I've got a joke for you"

"Not you too Steph!" Jonathan panics.

"Why can't you hear a Pterodactyl go to the bathroom?"

"Why?" Evan asked. "Because the pee is silent~"

"Ba dum tss!" Evan said and they laughed. Jonathan rolled his eyes and bites his lip to stop him from smiling.

"Hey Jonathan?" Evan asked. "What's up?" Jonathan said while looking at evan. "Are wedding was so beautiful..."

Jonathan blushed and sighs happily, "It was! I'm so in love with the pictures-"

"It was so beautiful, even the cake was in tiers"

"You just made me hate one of the best days in my life" Jonathan glares at evan.

"What did the Buffalo say to hiss son when he left for college?" Stephanie asked. "What?" Evan asked with a big smile on his face. "Bison~"

They start laughing and jonathan groans. "Why???....." He cries.

"Oh, daddy, did you get a haircut?" Stephanie asked.

"No-"

"No he got them all cut~"

"Oh screw you, Evan"

After a few days both evan and Stephanie would talk to each other with dad Jokes, which was good that they where spending time together but, dad Jokes really?

Jonathan wasn't much of a fan of dad Jokes because of his dad. His father would always tell him dad Jokes and jonathan would love them but after his dad left him for another person and for another family be started to hate them. He never told evan nothing about that, or why was the reason he hated dad Jokes. Evan thought he never liked them because they where silly and evan just loves to tease him with him.

Of cores it's not his fault and Jonathan is not planning on telling him anytime soon because if he did, he would miss Evan's jokes. Evan would stop all his jokes just for Jonathan and he didn't want that. He loved Evan's childish attitude and stupid jokes, one of the reasons he married the younger taller man. He was a delight and evan would bring people close because of them. He didn't want to ruin that just because something his dad did to him. He didn't have to stop liking them, he could easily let go but he was just so close to his dad that he just doesn't want to let go.

Shaking all his thoughts away he walks outside and looks at the sunset outside his porch. "Hey Jay" he heard a voice say. "Luke" Jonathan said with a smile. "Where did you disappear to?" Jonathan asked as he hugs his old friend. "I went to Los Angeles with my girl"

Jonathan hums and they both sit on the stares of the porch. "Nice sunset....haven't seen them in a while"

"Yea, that's why I love North Carolina" Jonathan said. He leans his weight to his left and rest his head on his friends shoulder. "Im actually surprise evan agreed to live here instead of Canada or even California" Luke said as he rubs one of Jonathan's legs and smacks it before retreating it away and into his own thighs.

"Im am to...but I'm happy he agreed, I'm sure he misses home but he always told me he loves the sunset here"

"Not only the sunset, I love you" a voice said. Jonathan smiled and slowly lifted his head from luke's shoulders and smiled.

"Uncle, ToOnZ!" Stephanie yelled and hugs luke. "What is up my little cartoon maniac~"

"Come join us" Jonathan said while patting a spot next to him. Evan nods and sits next to him.

"I'll be back I'm gonna get my water" Stephanie said.

Stephanie ran inside and graved a water bottle and her phone. She ran back and saw the view. Her parents and her favorite uncle where getting reflected with the pink and orange lights and there backs where shadowy. She pulls out her phone and takes a picture of them. He looks at it and saves it.

After luke left Jonathan walks to the living room and sits on the sofa. He goes in his phone and looks thru tweeter. Then a sound came from his found an it showed that he got a message.

"Evan..." He whispered.

He opened it and glared at it.

Jonathan's eyes twitched and he looks at the male and the girl who where poking there heads out from the wall.

He fakes a laugh and gets up from the sofa. "Oooooh! That was the best magic trick ever!" Jonathan said sarcastically. "Waw!" He said while shaking his hands in the air.

Both Evan and Stephanie where holding in laughs making Jonathan giggle. "That was so dumb" everyone laughed at the joke and jonathan rolled his eyes. "That was awesome!" Evan cheered. Jonathan laughs and pats Evan's chest while laughing. "You got me" Jonathan said truthfully. "I know, you always liked text jokes~" evan teased.

"Eh, there okay"

"Daddy, why don't you like dad Jokes?" Stephanie asked. Jonathan's smile goes away but he quickly returns it. "Because there silly"

"But the text jokes are silly too" she replied. "Well, dad Jokes will forever be part of my life and they have a special place in my heart but, I like my dumb text Jokes better~"

Jonathan returns to the sofa and evan and Stephanie join him. Both sitting next to jonathan with a smile. Jonathan picks up the controller and turns on the tv.

"Where does fonzie like to go for lunch?" Evan asked.

Jonathan rolled his eyes but smiled asked to both of them. "Where?"
