Victor Fries was arrested and imprisoned in Gotham State Penitentiary in a special cell to keep himself cold and alive, He still misses his wife Nora and blames himself for not avenging her death.

Ferris Boyle was also arrested by the police for murder and His company was shut down.

A few days have passed since the incident, and everything has been going well.

Right now, there was an announcement by Mayor Real as District attorney Harvey Dent was standing next to her while people were sitting and curious to know what was going on.

Anne and a few other famous businessmen were standing as Mayor Real was giving the speech about Gotham's politics and how they want to help the city.

They also talked about the Sokovia accords and about what destruction The Avengers has caused over the years and vowed to make sure something like this doesn't happen in Gotham.

Bella: My fellow citizens, it is with great civic pride that we gather here today to break ground on the new Gotham Penitentiary, which is being funded by the Winters Foundation. As you know, this project was the dream of one man, and he is with us here today. Gotham's new Distric Attorney, Harvey Dent.

Everyone applauded for Harvey as Dent had a smile on his face while Anne and the others were clapping for him.

Harvey: From this field of weeds and wild flowers, we'll grow a new institution to build a better, safer Gotham.

Bella had a small smile on her face as everyone continued clapping for Harvey as He looked at everyone and smiled at them.

After the announcement was over, many people were leaving the building as Anne and Harvey were seen walking while talking to each other.

Harvey: Thank you so much for funding this project, Anne. I really appreciate it.

Anne: Don't thank me, Harvey. I'm sure this project will be successful.

Harvey: *Smiles* You're a great friend, Anne. The construction has already started, actually.

Anne: Oh really?

Harvey: We just need to sweep off the plants and flowers to build the Penitentiary, Hopefully after two days, we can officially start it.

Anne: That's great, Harvey. Wishing you the best.

Harvey: Thanks again, Anne. Anyways, what do you think of Bella Real?

Anne: She's quite interesting, I like her motives and how she cares about the city.

Harvey: True, She can be a pain in the brain sometimes, but I don't agree with what she says about vigilantism.

Anne was silent and shook her head as Dent continued speaking to her.

Harvey: A vigilante like batwoman, for example, is doing the right thing to protect this city, If she wasn't there and all these different criminals showed up. We wouldn't know how to stop them easily.

Anne: You're right about that, but no one can still get over what happened a few months ago.

Harvey; That's true, Those fugitives haven't been found, and everyone is still opening their mouths about stopping them while sitting in their chair.

Anne chuckled as Harvey shook his head and spoke to her.

Harvey: And now I'm been noticing that one fugitive that has been around Gotham for a while.

Anne: The Winter Soldier?

Harvey: Correct, I see you've been catching up with the news.

Anne: Yeah, I have been watching the news, actually. He was found with Batwoman mostly.

Harvey: That could be partners, or they could be dating?

Anne gave a strange look to Harvey as Dent laughed as Winters just laughed a little as both of them continued talking more about their new project.

A week has passed, and the construction of the new penitentiary has begun and The construction has been going smoothly so far.

It was nine o clock as Harvey invited Anne to the restaurant for a "Date Night." Winters heard that Dent brought his date over as She decided to visit both of them.

Anne was seen putting on her makeup and fixed her hair until someone opened the door as she saw who it was.

Bucky walked in until he saw Anne, who was dressed up nicely as He was flabbergasted by how she looked.

Bucky: You're going out?

Anne: Yup, with Harvey and his date.

Bucky: Harvey has a girlfriend?

Anne: He met her last week actually and always talked about her.

Bucky: I see, so it's a double date, isn't it?

Anne: It would have been if you came with me, but no.

He chuckled and continued staring at Anne as Winters fixed her hair.

Anne: What do you think, though?

Bucky: You look great.

Anne: Good. Otherwise, if you said I didn't look good, I would have thrown you out.

He chuckled and looked at her as Anne took her bag and smiled at him.

Anne: Don't set anything on fire till I come back.

Bucky: You're taking all the fire with you.

He smiled at her as Anne was surprised when he said that before she chuckled and smacked his arm.

Anne: Funny, anyways, take care.

Bucky: You too.

They both looked at each other before Anne went downstairs as Bucky continued looking at her and smiled a little.

Meanwhile, Winters made it to the restaurant as She was walking until she heard Harvey's voice as Anne turned around and saw him sitting.

He called her over as Anne smiled and was walking towards him as she noticed a woman sitting next to him while holding his hand

Anne sat next to them as Harvey had a smile on his face and said something.

Harvey: Glad to have you here, Anne.

Anne smiled at him before she looked at the woman who was also smiling at Anne before Harvey pulled her close as he said something.

Harvey: Anne, Meet my new girlfriend, Pamela Isley.

Anne: Oh! It's a pleasure meeting you, Pamela.

Pamela: *Smiles* Oh, thank you, Miss Winters, Harvey talked about you.

Anne: Me and him are really good friends. . . Through crazy times as well.

The trio shared a laugh together as Winters smiled at her and said something.

Anne: So what do you do, Pamela?

Pamela: Oh well, I work as a botanist.

Anne: Oooh, nice. So you like nature?

Pamela: I'm in love with nature. Sometimes I feel like. . . I'm addicted to it.

Anne just looked at her as Harvey chuckled while Isley smiled at him as She continued speaking.

Pamela: I was once employed at Chez Gerard, a cosmetics firm, as an examination chemist in charge of developing new fragrances.

Harvey: So why did you leave that job?

Pamela: I wanted to do something else, actually, and I'm enjoying my new job.

Anne: That's very nice and impressive. . . So how did you two meet?

Harvey and Pamela smiled at each other as Dent was speaking.

Harvey: Well, I met her at Rose Cafe, I found her extremely beautiful, so I sat with her and we began to talk.

Pamela: Harvey was very interesting, We talked a lot more about each other and exchanged phone numbers.

Anne: *Smiles* Adoreble.

Harvey: It felt like love at first sight for me.

Pamela giggled and touched his arm as Anne was smiling at them as the trio continued talking to each other and ordered food as well.

An hour passed as the time was ten o clock as Anne, Harvey, and Pamela were talking while recalling some funny moments and laughed.

Pamela looked at the time on her phone and noticed it was late as She looked at Harvey.

Pamela: Sorry, I have to leave right now. Its getting late.

Harvey: Already? It's only ten o clock?

Pamela: i have an early meeting tomorrow, I'm so sorry, Honey.

Harvey: No. . .

Anne looked at Harvey in confusion before Pamela lifted his chin and smirked at him.

Pamela: I insist. Spend some time with your crazy friend. And call me the minute you get home, mister district attorney.

Isley pulled him closer and kissed him as Anne just stared at them before looking away, They both continued kissing before Pamela broke the kiss and winked at him.

Harvey: *Smiles* Sure, I'll call you.

Pamela: Thank you and It was great meeting you, Miss Winters.

Anne: Same here, Take care Pamela.

Isley got up and smiled at both of them as Dent was admiring his girlfriend, Many customers were looking at Pamela and were admiring her beauty.

Anne: *Drinks water* She's a great woman.

Harvey: Of course she is Pam's one-of-a-kind. . . . That's why I asked her to marry me.

Anne spit the water out as she looked at Harvey in shock.

Anne: What!?!?

Harvey: Yep. That's the page one headline.

Anne: You're still floss from that last kiss. Harvey, you just met her last week.

Harvey was wiping the sweat off his forehead and felt a bit warm as He smiled and spoke to Anne.

Harvey: And I already know she's the one. Gosh, it's hot in here. . .

Anne: Marriage is a major step, Harv. Don't you think you're rushing it?

Harvey: No way. The moment I laid eyes on Pam, love hit me right in the face.

Harvey started feeling dizzy as he fell on the table as Winters began laughing at him.

Anne: Oh, your lovestruck.

She continued laughing and patted Harvey's back until she noticed he wasn't moving.

Anne: Harvey?

Winters began shaking him but noticed he still wasn't moving as Anne got worried and began calling his name but he wasn't waking up.

One of the customers called an ambulance as Anne was worried about her friend as Harvey wasn't waking up.
