zane's pov _______

there i was standing across from a sexy cute girl with the brightest green eye 

i had ever seen in my life it being acompanied by what seemed to be a clock pushed into her eye hole 

and even as she kept the knife to me i wasn't scared i was happy for some reason 

than she said " what why aren't you scared you should be running" she seemed taken back by my words before so i replied  " because life sucks for me in every way so dying  would be better than going back there " i said slowly letting my feeling out them bringing a burning  feel to the cold night air all around us  

and she than put her knife away as she got closer to me " i know how that feels i'm Alex and sorry for that " she said  sitting against a tree allowing the moonlight to shine down on her 

it making her red grow in it a long with the clock eye " so how did that happen ?" i asked calmly as our eyes met once again 

"its to show those who's time's up i did it for that " she said with a dark smirk across her face 

" sounds cool but is it cool than this" i asked starting a small black fire within my hand it didn't last very long after that 

"that's cool but can you do this ?" she than put her hand on the tree she was sitting against and within seconds it looked as if it aged 90 years now being dead and lacking color 

" you can take life away?" i asked my eyes bright like i'd just seen a miracle happen in front of me

" only non-living things just fond that out the hard way and its more like i stole their time " she said rubbing her arm 

but before we could just another word to each other  she ran out as a sound was coming closer 

around me and not even 10 seconds later i was pushed to the ground 

" zane what the hell are you doing out this later ?" a all too familiar voice asked me 

i pushed him off fast now being covered in dust and grass " thinking while going for a run 

but i can ask you  the same thing max" i said standing up and dusting myself and than i helped him to his feet and all he said was "same " as he than starting walking back towards the house " we will  talk in the morning for now go get cleared up and go to bed " he said as we walked back 

but all i could think about was alex right now and how i hoped we would see each other  again soon
