SIR JACIN: Sir Jacin has found out from some villagers that strange people with anti-plague crosses have recently been living with the nomads in the great dunes. Sultan Ghazi has ordered his troops to kill any nomads on sight, so none of the locals are willing to divulge the whereabouts of the nomads. He'll have to journey through the desert himself... 

FATE OF CATHERINE: Lilith has spoken! Catherine will stay as queen for now, but also pay 40 gold per month to rebuild villages and make life better for the peasants. This money will also be used to build things like public schools. Catherine will give the peasants basic rights and create a peasant council that has the power to pass new laws. Catherine's army is limited to 10 knights and 20 footmen and can't have any militia. Kallen will return his lands to the Fierdsvain and disband his current army. Catherine's supporters will build graves for all of those they or their troops ever killed, including Lord Ask. They will never touch a weapon of war ever again. They will dedicate their lives to serving others. They will uphold the rights of the peasant council.Catherine and her supporters will swear to the abide by the Dragon Oath to the best of the their ability. They will also be required to stay in Sarleon or Ravenstern so that they can be monitored by the Order of the Dragon. This will give Lilith more time to change her mind in the future whether Catherine really should stay as queen or not.
