Piara asked the servants to get some medicines and she went to his room. She knocked on the door and he hummed in a positive voice which signified her to get in. She got inside and saw Praneel sleeping, Lakshya was straightening his hair.

"It's time for your medicines, how are you feeling now" asked Piara
"I'm doing fine and you decided to be my nurse" said Lakshya and Piara smiled

Lakshya sat in the bed and Piara sat next to him. She pulled the table and kept the medicines in the table. She slowly started applying medicines on the wound with care. Lakshya couldn't take his eyes of Piara , she was concentrating on putting medicines because she didn't want to hurt him.

"you really need to take more care of yourself, ever heard of self care , you do things for others selflessly and the end you just neglect yourself" said Piara
"The person who is saying this doesn't take care of herself at all , always helping others and takes the short end of the stick" said Lakshya and Piara gave a murderous look

"I don't, I take pretty care of myself" said Piara with a proud smile and Lakshya gave an ' Are you kidding me' look
"I do, I'm not kidding" said Piara
"If you say so" said Lakshya and Piara smiled

Piara got back into nursing the wounds with care , he felt some kind of a good feeling seeing her take care of him. He lost his wife, his sister and he felt alone, his son was clueless of what's happening. He felt Piara cared for him atleast. Both of them got of them got off their trance hearing some sounds.

"Mom! mom! Don't leave me" whispered Praneel and the duo's attention went towards him

Lakshya tried to wake up Praneel and Piara started Wiping the swear beads on Praneel's head with her shawl. Lakshya was panicking and Piara held his hand reassuringly. Praneel at last got out of his nightmare and was panting hard. Piara hugged him giving him comfort

"Mom! Where is she?" Asked Praneel between his sons
"Baby ,shhh try to relax yourself" whispered Piara in her melodic voice

Piara's eyes met the Caring eyes of Lakshya. He didn't know what to do, he didn't know how to comfort him. Piara was slowly calming down Praneel and by a few time Praneel got a bit calmed down. Lakshya looked at Piara and she gave him a reassuring look.

"Baby, come with me and let's change into something comfortable, I'll get you something to eat and drink after that" said Piara and Praneel nodded

"Thank you " said Lakshya. Piara raised one of her eyebrow which meant for what?
"For everything" whispered Lakshya in her ears.

Piara helped Praneel change into comfortable clothes. He was still shaken by the incidents. Piara tried her best to soothe him and she was some what successful. She picked him up and walked towards the Food area

"How's my Prince doing now?" Asked Lakshya and Praneel hugged Lakshya which took him by surprise.
"I miss mom" said Praneel , sadness hit on both of their eyes

"Baby , she is in a good place and we shouldn't make her sad by asking her to come" said Piara
"She loves me, she wouldn't complaint when I ask her to come" said Praneel and Piara sighed

"Now let's hear Aunt Piara's words and not annoy her , Here is Maithili with your favourite food" said Lakshya , saved by the food
"Let's eat now" said Piara and Praneel Nodded

Piara ate her food and left. Lakshya Spend some time with soon and then looked into his Royal affairs. Lakshya after some time decided to take rounds around the palace. He reached the Garden near the Kitchen and was surprised by the sight.

"So I should move three blocks forward , this skirt isn't making it easier to jump" said Piara struggling with her skirt.

The maid's kids were present and Piara was playing hopscotch with them. Piara jumped three blocks forward and she smiled in happiness. She looked at the kids and saw them having a surprised yet serious face like they are in trouble.

"What happend Kids" asked Piara innocently
"Greetings my king" said One of the kids

Piara closed her eyes tight after realising what just happened. She could feel Lakshya's breathe on her shoulders. Piara turned towards him but she slipped by her Skirt but a pair of hands held her from falling.

"Who is careless now" asked Lakshya and Piara gave an innocent smile

Piara stood back and she had a nervous smile on her face. Lakshya was in awe seeing her like this. Lakshya had a playful smile on his face seeing this.

"You continue your games" said Lakshya and Piara bit her lips in nervousness.

Lakshya left but he had that smile plastered on his face. She got back into her games but the moments started flashing Infront of her eyes which was successful in bringing a pink tint unto her Cheeks.

"Piara come with me , we need announce something" said Lavanya and held Piara's hands tight
"Would you mind telling me what is happening because I'm really confused" said Piara
"Not yet" said Lavanya

"Lav you know that I hate surprises" said Piara
"You know it's a surprise and I won't reveal it so why are you asking me questions after questions" said Lavanya and Piara rolled her eyes

Piara reached a room to see Harsh and Lakshya standing. Lavanya left Piara's hands and went near Harsh. Piara stood near Lakshya and stood there completely confused.

"Do you have any idea is what is happening over here" whispered Piara to Lakshya
"I don't, do you" whispered Lakshya

"Do you think that I'll be asking if I knew" said Piara
"Sassy Piara , what new" whispered Lakshya and Piara gave him a murderous look

"We both have decided that......." Said Lavanya with excitement.....

The Queen is back with her power
So my exams are over and I might get back into regular updates. For the first time, i enjoyed exams. It was a break from my hectic schedule and I was just asked to study. Anyway love you guys and I'll get back to my schedule.
