He was talking about how there'd be a parade in his honor and the camera then turned towards Harley who agreed with Joker when he said that he himself, who they both were referring to in the third person, was a good looking guy. Once again the camera turns to another person who Harley called Stitches, he was the only one not in a news anchor get up, as he asked the boy what the forecast was. Stitches simply holds up a sign that says "You don't pay me enough to do this" which caused Joker to walk up and roughly pushed the boy off screen. "I don't pay you at all! Anyways it looks good Harls, as long as we can keep the evening free of horrible flying rodents!"
