It is now December . We are outside the Gotham city bank , and snow flakes fall . police cars , and even FBI cars are parked in front of the Bank .

Inside , People are laying facedown , with there hands behind there heads . men with hoods on , armed with guns , stand above them . the leader has a red hood on .

Red Hood Leader : Everyone keep facing the floor , and we won't decorate the walls with your blood . quickly now boys , get the vault open.

The boys quickly get to work . another one of them , but with a red Hood of hos own  notices a man staring outside through the window . he rushes towards him , and punches him down . 

Red Hood Leader : see that's the thing i told you not to do ! Red Hoods , put him down .

Red Hood 5 : h--- hey , i think that concussion i gave him was enough !!

The Red Hood sighs , and lowers his own gun .

Red Hood Leader : put the gun to your own head .

Red Hood 5 : wh --- What ? Boss what are you ------

Red Hood Leader : put the gun , to your head , right now ! And take off your mask  .

The other Red Hood members start to clock up there guns .

Red Hood 5 : you said put them down , so i did ... What's the big deal whether i shoot him or hit him. 

Red Hood Leader : Red Hood 5 enjoys killing ! He never hit when he could shoot ! Therefore ..... Your not 5 . so , whoever you are , Take .... Off .... The Hood .

The imposter Red Hood 5 doesn't take off his Hood , but instead Throws the Gun at the Leader , making the handle perfectly strike him in the middle of the forehead ! He grabs another one of the goons , and punches him in the gut . but , a gun is pointed to the back of his head . another gun points to his head . The Imposter freezes in place , only to quickly turn around , and smack the gun out of one there hands . he then uppercuts him , sending him to the ground . the other goon tries to shoot him , but the Imposter , uses the guy he punched earlier as a shield . he then sidekicks him in the jaw , knocking him out .

The Hostages slowly rise , and haul out of the Bank , quickly before the Red Hoods woke up .

But The Leader is the first to get up .

Red Hood Leader : you let the hostages escape !

A goon tries to attack from behind , but the Imposter backhands him , putting him to sleep.

Red Hood Leader : aaaww , Screw it ! He takes off his hood , and Cape , and throws them onto the floor .

The Leader then takes off running .

The Imposter then takes off his own hood , revealing him to be Bruce Wayne .

~ We are Now inside The Penguin's Mansion ~

He is reading a newspaper , and on the front of it is about the failed bank robbery of The Red Hood Gang .

Penguin : This city is becoming a War Zone , and there's not a Bloody thing we can do about it !

Ogilvy walks in the dining room , with Penguin's dinner , and fancy cup . he places the food in front of Penguin , and pours Grape wine into the cup .

Ogilvy : Perhaps that's a good thing . it will certainly throw back Batman's Attention , meaning you can carry out your agenda unnoticed .

Oswald takes a bite out of one of his Burgers , and quickly gulps it down .

Penguin : Lord knows i need that . even FLoyd failed to clip the Bat's wings.  My trip to central city spared no expense . get Reardon on the Phone . we need to get the trafficking line going .

Ogilvy : and what about Red Hood's gang ?

Penguin : you said it yourself ... It'll be a perfect diversion for my operations .

Ogilvy walks over to where the other drinks are kept , and grasps onto the other bottles of wine. 

Ogilvy : it certainly will . he makes a devious grin .

~ we are now in Wayne Manor ~

Bruce Has just finished taking off his Red Hood Costume .

Alfred walks in , with a bowl of soup in hand .

" That looks rather .... Uncomfortable sir " Alfred says , as he places the Bowl on the table near the Red Hood Gang Costume . he sees Bruce take off a Bullet Proof vest .

Bruce " Yep .... Till Harold finishes the New Batsuit , Bullet Proof Vest will have to do .

Alfred : And you trust this man ? Someone who has Previously worked with Oswald Cobblepot ?

Bruce : Going to have to . Especially with people like this Red Hood guy running Rampant . " he says as he looks at the front cover page of a newspaper that is laid on the table .

Alfred : And how did that turn out ?

Bruce : My guess is he escaped from the crowd . took off his hood , and looked like any other hostage that left .

Alfred : And you have no Leads to what his plan maybe ?

Bruce sighs , rolls his eyes , and walks away from Alfred .

Alfred : I told you this was a bad idea , Bruce .

Bruce walks up to were The leader of the Red Hood's Mask is displayed .

Bruce : Have a little faith Alfred . i told you he left behind his mask and cape . all i need is to analyze and find Chemical Residue that traces back to Nefran and ace chemicals .

Alfred : Oh . Then shall we notify the Police ?

Bruce : Not yet . wait until tonight . even Batman could use Back Up now and then .

~ Later at Arkham Asylum ~

Ogilvy opens a bullet and sound proof door , to walk into a dark room , with a single red light .

" Pamela " he calls to a Green skinned girl . she has Roots and branches sprouted around her . her back faced to Ogilvy .

" Ogilvy " she responds .

Pamela : To what honor do i owe this visit ?

Ogilvy : I slipped the Neuro Toxin into Oswald's Wine .

Pamela walks over to a table with test tubes and scientific materials hidden behind branches . she starts to mix some Chemicals .

Pamela : I told you . it takes time to go into affect .

Ogilvy : I Know . But that often seems to be the case when there are poisons derived  from plants . That's not why I'm here though . I come requesting for another batch to use on somebody else . One of Oswald's Secret partner's . Kirk Langstrom .

~At Ace Chemical Laboratories ~

A man walks in a dark room , with another man inside . he hands him a key .

" Make sure to lock up when your done " the man says as he hands the other guy the key .

Meanwhile , Batman walks through a Dark Hall , and enters a room .

He clicks a flash light open on , as he inspects something inside a box . but what he doesn't realise is that , someone with a Red Hood is behind .... Or so we thought .

The Red Hood tries to grab him , but Batman Elbows him in the gut , and follows up with a punch , causing him to fall to the ground .

The Red Hood doesn't stop , and attempts to grab at Batman a second time , but Batman quickly kicks through a glass wall , and onto the edge of a floor that was high above a big Toxic Container .

Batman walks out of the room , but the Red Hood is on his feet . below them is the same man the other guy entrusted to lock up the Laboratory .

The Red Hood pulls out a gun , and points it at Batman . just as he shoots , Batman quickly pops it out of hos hand , causing the Bullet to go through a Toxic bin , and making a hole through it , causing some Chemicals to get onto the face of the Guy , as he shrieks in terror .

Batman is shocked to see that the chemical completely burned the mans head off , leaving only his skull .

Batman : get back ! Get away ! " Batman shouts , as The red Hood backs up away from him .

But the man backed a little to far up ..... As he falls in to the Chemicals , Screaming all the way down .

Batman : Nooooo !!!

The scene now cuts to Oswald inside his Mansion  , reading a book .

Oswald : A classic return , such a great story . the name is to be " A grand Renew " . Ogilvy , where were you ?

Ogilvy walks up to Cobblepot. 

Ogilvy : I was ....... Tending to business . have you not spoken to Mr Reardon yet ?

Ogilvy : Oh i was about to ...... Until i found this .

Oswald pulls a bottle filled with the poison from earlier in it , and rolls it over to Ogilvy .

Just then a man pops out from behind a Rock near Penguin's water fountain . then another . they point guns at Ogilvy .

Oswald : if you were trying to get rid of me , Poison isn't the way to do it . i prefer old fashion way . face to face. A bullet in the head.  I only ask you why , Ogilvy ? I thought we were friends. 

Ogilvy : we were . once . when we were equals.  Then you turned me into nothing more then a mere lap dog. 

Oswald : perhaps in your eyes . to me you were my right hand man . it does pain me to do this.  It damned well ruins my whole life !

Ogilvy : I'll be sure to share that information with Langstrom before he dies. 

Oswald : what ?! What did you do to Langstrom ?!!

Ogilvy takes a seat across from Cobblepot. 

Ogilvy : nothing . yet.  I still have you to take care of first . what was it you said ? " It pains me to do this . it damned well ruins my life " .

Then out of nowhere , Ogilvy pulls out a gun from his jacket , and shoots Oswald in the chest .

Oswald : Gaah ! You .... Bastard ......

He then falls face first onto the cold floor . dead . laying in his own blood.

Ogilvy : how gullible of Oswald.  If he had figured out  the betrayal of his right hand man , then how couldn't he see yours . yes men you can trust ....

The two men give a evil grin , as they look down at the body of The fallen Penguin .

Ogilvy : something hard to come by these days . yes , men go now.  Let us finish what we started. 

Ogilvy then pours some wine into his cup , and slowly brings it to the air .

Ogilvy : cheers. 

He then takes a sip from the wine .
