Dick was sleeping until he was having a nightmare. He started screaming for Bruce. "Tata! Ajuta-ma!" (Dad! Help me!) Bruce wasn't coming since he was with a girl.

  "Tata!" He yelled and Alfred heard. He came running and tried waking him up. "Master Richard! Wake up!" He tried until Dick woke. He cried and buried into Alfred. "Mom and Dad fell.." He said and cried hard.

  "I know, but your here. I'm here and.." Alfred stopped when he saw Dick asleep, he smiled and tucked him in but he stayed. He was supposed to leave in the morning to see an old friend, now he stayed to watch Master Richard.

  Dick woke up to find a note to his door. It was from Alfred saying he was gone and that he made breakfast.

  Dick got up and stayed in his pj's, he wore black sweats and a grey long sleeve. He slid down the railing of the stairs and saw a lady wearing a shirt and pants of Bruce. "Who are you?" He asked and she looked at him with a glare.

   She had long curly brown hair, tan skin, and blue eyes. "I'm Quinn, I'm Bruce's girlfriend." She said and Dick snorted. All girls are gone by five minuets.

  "Dick." He said and she gasped. "How dare you?" She said and Dick rolled his eyes. "I'm Dick, its my name." He said and she glared. Bruce came out and Dick smiled. "Morning Dad." He said but Bruce kissed Quinn and Dick gagged at them. He found muffins and took two, he ate them while Bruce was getting things heated.

   Dick decided to teach a lesson and yelled, "Take the smoochy party and take it to your room!" Bruce let go and Quinn flipped him off and Dick got cocky and gave her two birds, Bruce saw him and he gave a sheepish grin and Bruce glared and Dick grabbed his muffins and ran.

  Dick was at school and it was snowing hard. He was outside reading until some bullies came. "Falling Grayson!" They shouted and he tuned them out. He let them call him names and waited till the bell rang and then he would go home.

   He was being punched in the gut until the bell rang and he fell to the ground. He would take down the bullies but he would hurt them too much so he had to let them. He called Bruce and it went to voicemail.

   He tried twenty times until his phone died. He was stuck here in the snow.

  It was eight at night and he was shivering. His nose was red and he had snow all over him, he could be a snowman. Dick was wearing jeans and a jacket so it wasn't warm.

  A teacher saw him and shouted in shock. "Grayson?" She asked and he gave a smile which crack with snow. She helped him get inside and all the ladies in the office cooed and smothered him with blankets and tried getting him warm.

  "Why didn't you call Mr. Wayne?" Mrs. Pearl asked and Dick didn't want to get Bruce in trouble, even if he was mad at him. "My phone died." He said and Mrs. Pearl gave him her phone. "Here, try mine." She said and Dick said thank you and tried.

   He dialed Barry's number and he picked up. "Hello?" He asked and Dick sighed relived. "Bruce, I'm at school. When can you get here?" Dick asked and knew Barry would understand why he pretended Barry was Bruce. "I'm coming right now Dickie! Don't worry! I'm there in a flash!" He said and hung up. "He's coming." Dick said and they all smiled.

   Barry was there since he ran and Dick saw him outside. "He's here, thank you helping me." He said to everyone but Mrs. Pearl shook her head. "Don't move, we have to talk to him." She said and Dick paled more than he was usually.

  Mrs. Pearl motioned Barry in and when Dick saw him, he was disguised in a long black trench coat with a black beanie and a black scarf around his face. He walked in savy and Dick did a face palm.

  "You called me?" Barry said in a deep voice. Dick was trying not to laugh so he bit his lip. "Mr. Wayne, you must be here to get Dick. He was left outside for hours!" She exclaimed and Barry clenched his knuckles. He was scared of Bruce but he cared alot for Dick so he was angry.

   "I know and I'm sorry, I was stuck in traffic and now I'm here to take my son back home." He said dramatically. Dick was giggling into himself so he quickly grabbed his Uncle's hand and said, "I'll see you after Christmas Break Mrs. Pearl! Thank you all so much!" 

  Barry held Dick's hand and strutted out of the school with Dick laughing. "Bruce is going to look like an idiot!" He said and Barry laughed too. "Serves him right. Why didn't he get you?" He asked and Dick shrugged. He didn't tell him about this morning and just said, "He didn't, he probably is home so at least I can see him there."

   Barry said nothing and ran Dick back home.

 When Dick got inside the manor he saw Bruce and Quinn on the couch doing some things Dick shouldn't see. "For the love me and that glorious couch, I beg you to take the love train and chug-a-chug back to your room!" Dick shouted and Bruce pulled back.

  Dick ran to his room and threw his stuff on the ground and might ask M'gann to erase his mind. He showered and dressed into sweats and a long sleeve and a sweater so he walked down stairs carefully.

  "Is the love train gone or will I behold my eyes to something horrible and jump off a cliff?" He shouted and Bruce glared at his ward's figure. "Your fine Dick!" He shouted and Dick glared at Quinn. She was smirking at Dick, she wore clothes of Bruce's and Dick stuck his tongue out.

  "Come eat dinner, Quinn made us some since Alfred's gone." Bruce said and Dick sighed. "Goodbye cruel world! I'm going to eat poison!" He said and Bruce smacked him upside the head.

  "What? After seeing what I saw you'll think we'll die too, if her food looks better than she looks then I know I'll be at least alive." Dick said and Bruce glared. "She made dinner so show some gratefulness." He said and gave a Bat glare. Dick refused and glared back.

  "Are we going to eat?" Quinn asked and Bruce looked at her. "Of course love." He said and they all sat together. Dick saw it was mashed potatoes and steak so he took a cautious bite. "Its nothing like Alfred's." He said and Bruce grabbed him by the arm and dragged him upstairs.

   He took him in his room and said, "What is wrong with you?!" Dick glared and said, "I'm not the one acting like a love sick puppy and making love on a couch that didn't need to see the horrors of your bodies and acting like a horny teen!" Bruce glared and shouted, "At least I'm not being mean!"

     "You left me at school and I was stuck in snow! Uncle Barry had to get me cause I knew you wouldn't!" Dick shouted and Bruce frowned. "Barry did? Why didn't you call me?" He asked and Dick hugged himself. "Cause you wouldn't answer, so I called him cause I knew he would get me." He said and glared at Bruce a Bat glare that would've made Bruce proud but he was too mad to see.

  "I was with Quinn.." He said and Dick shoved Bruce out of his room. "I need to sleep, my first night of vacation is going bad, I don't need you ruining it more." He said and slammed the door on his face.

    The next morning Dick woke up to laughter and music. He walked down stairs to see Bruce baking with Quinn. The girl was here, new record.

   Dick walked down stairs and slipped on something so he fell the way down and sat up. He saw what he tripped on...it was Quinn's shirt....

  Dick picked it up and said, "I thought teenagers were bad." Bruce saw him and narrowed his eyes. "Be nice." He said and Dick glared, "Woof." He mocked him and Quinn smirked. "Can you put that on the couch?" She asked and Dick bared his teeth.

  "Bite me." He said and thew at Bruce who caught it and placed it on the table. Dick sat at the table and poured himself milk and ate a muffin.

  Dick patrolled alone.

   Dick woke up and grabbed roses from the garden outside and wrapped himself warm. He found Bruce in his room and knocked. Bruce saw him and narrowed his eyes. "What do you want?" He asked and Dick never felt nervous around Bruce until now.

  After Bruce dragged him to his room that one night he left a bruise on his forearm that stayed. "I was wondering if you could-" Quinn interrupted and said, "Bruce, weren't we supposed to go to that movie?" Bruce smiled at her and then looked at Dick.

  "Ask me later, I'm busy." He shut the door on Dick's face and Dick said under his breath, "I wanted you to come with me to my parents grave...."

  Dick was at his family's grave's and placed a rose on each of their graves. "Tata, mama, Am putea folosi chiar acum." (Dad, mom, I could use you right now.)

  Dick let his Romanian out and said, "Mi e dor de tine." (I miss you.) Dick said goodbye and walked away crying.

  He walked home and when he got inside he was alone. He rubbed the bruise Bruce left and went to the kitchen and cried. Quinn walked in and smirked.

   "What's wrong Grayson? You saw your parents?" She said knowingly and Dick wiped his face. "How'd you know?" His accent was here and there and she laughed. "Bruce told me about how he got you." She said and Dick just walked back outside and ran.

  He ran until he was in part of the city and saw Mrs. Pearl with some other teachers. "Dick Grayson? Why are you out here without Mr. Wayne?" She asked and bunched his coat around him tighter. "Bruce let me walk out, I was visiting my...." Dick stopped until he sniffed and Mrs. Pearl seemed to understand.

  "Would you like to do something special?" She asked and Dick smiled. "Really?" He asked, he would usually say no but he was sad and Mrs. Pearl and him knew each other pretty well so he didn't mind.

 "I'd like that."

   They were all at Dick's family's graves and he already put those roses on but they helped him gather more and there were different. There were blue, purple, white, and more different colors. Dick decided to put it on Bruce's tab.

   "Would you like to say anything?" Mrs. David asked. Dick gave a soft smile to their graves and said, "Te iubesc mama si tata, esti lumea pentru mine." (I love you mom and dad, you are the world to me.) Dick said goodbyes as he was ready to leave.

  "Thank you everyone. So, I guess I'll see you in two weeks?" Dick asked in a joking way. Mrs. Pearl frowned and said, "We're going to play bingo with some others, would you like to join?" She asked and Dick shrugged.

  "Sure."

   Dick was home by nine and was laughing with Mrs. Pearl as she walked him to his door. "That was so much fun! I never knew Mrs. Pasen was crazy!' He said and Mrs. Pearl laughed. Bruce was at the door and stared wide eyed at Dick.

  "What is going on?" He asked and Mrs. Pearl fixed herself. "Mr. Wayne, I was walking in the city and found Dick alone since you let him walk around and he mentioned he was visiting...his um, parents and I decided to help him with some other teachers. Then we played bingo." She said and they laughed together.

  Bruce raised an eyebrow and Dick said goodbye. "See you later!" He called and she smiled. "Till next time!" She called and drove away. Dick walked inside with Bruce following.

  "You went to see your family? Why didn't you tell me?" He asked and Dick snorted. "You were busy with Quinn, and slammed the door on me so I went alone. Till Mrs. Pearl." He said and Bruce felt awful. Quinn came down and saw Dick, she couldn't see Bruce since he was in the living room and Dick left him to go to the kitchen.

  "Little brat, how was your family?" She asked and Dick took his jacket off and tried not to cry. Bruce glared at her and said, "Quinn, you need to leave and not come back." Quinn glared at Bruce and said, "Bruce-" He pushed her out with her jacket and said, "Bye Quinn."

   Dick stared shock as Bruce squatted to his height and said, "I'm sorry for everything. What's that?" He saw the bruise on Dick's arm and asked, "How did you get that?" Dick gave a sheepish smile and said, "When your dragged me to my room....uh, you left a mark...." He said smally and Bruce hugged him.

  "I'm sorry Dickie! I love you so much." Bruce said and Dick hugged his father back. "I'm glad your here." He said and they stayed like that until-

   "Why do I have a hundred dollars to pay for flowers?"

 Surprise! I wanted to do one-shots of Robin and Batman since I love them soo much! I'm still gonna do more and still writing my other books.
