Original Script:

scene: a rainy evening. a middle-aged woman, sitting on the pavement, hugs herself and looks so small. she is crying. she starts to cough.

policeman: misis, tahan na po kayo...

(missus looks at blood on her hand and begins to laugh as she coughs some more)

misis: ikaw manong, (she asks the cops and starts to laugh, her sanity leaving her) ginagamit mo rin ba ang anak mo?

scene: isang barong-barong sa ilalim ng flayover sa gitna ng karsada, magkabila maraming sasakyang nagdadaan.

A baby is crying in the arms of his mother, (show scene as if you are looking down at a child you are carying) two other boys are drinking coffee.

misis: tahan! tahan sabi e! Mamaya ka an umiyak! (looks at the 2 kids as she coughs) o, ano pang ginagawa nyo dyan? Bilisan nyo habang trapik! (show bunch of rags – mga basahan na bilog) dalawang tali na dalin nyo't mukang uulan ngayon! (looks back at the kids, one of them is still drinking coffee) O ikaw? ano pang ginagawa mo dyan?!

boy 2: nay, isang kapi na lang po...

misis: lintik na... sabing umalis na e! (coughs) aalis na ako! (looks at crying child in her arms and sees a little girl in front of her.)

girl: sama po ako nay...

misis: wag na... (cough)

girl: sige na po nay..."

misis: wag kang makulit! dyan ka na lang sa tatay mo! (looks at man drinking beer on the ground)

tay: oo nga, samahan mo ko dito ( pulls on girl)

girl: nay...

misis: sabing hindi na e! wag matigas ang ulo! (looks at husband) sige aalis an ko!

scene: along the street, many people passing by, woman asks for alms.

misis: konting tulong lang po... (show carrying baby, other arm outstretched to ask for alms. she coughs and sees blood in her hands. hands tremble...)

scene: back in the barong-barong, husband meets his wife by the entrance.

tay: o, ba't ang aga mo ngayon?

misis: masama pakiramdam ko e... (sees girl crying) ano nanamang problema nyan?

tay: a... e... kwan kse... (show child glaring at them) napalo... (child picks BBQ stick on the ground beside her) tigas kse ulo e!

girl: ARRHHHHHHGGGGGG! (shouts and stabs her father in the eye with the BBQ stick. blood flies hehehe)

tay: anak ng.....!!! (hits the girl so hard she goes flying and lands on the pavement- road.)

misis: (sees blood dripping from between her daughter's legs) a-anong ibig sabihin nito?!?

(the child slowly stands-up from the pavement) BEEEEEEPPPP!!! (a rushing truck tries to avoid her, but it's too late. The child gets run over.)

misis: ANAAAAAAAAK!!! (she screams)
