It had been a few months, almost a year, since Naruto had left with his Jose Porla. Naruto was now six years old and he had grown much since he was last seen by the people of Fairy Tail. His face was the same, but his height had gone from 4'3 to 4'7. His warm blue eyes was gone and they were replaced with ice chips.

Make no mistake, Naruto was treated good in the Phantom Lord guild, even better than good since his father was a known dark wizard. Naruto had also grown in his abilities as well. Gajeel mainly taught Naruto how to fight and helped him increase his strength and speed. Jose helped Naruto focus his magic so he could use spells with chanting or saying the attack. This gave Naruto an edge in battle since his opponents would have to look at his body movement of read his mind to know what's coming next.

Naruto had also gained a reputation in Fiore as The Fallen Fairy and the Dark King of Phantom. That's right folks, Naruto is now the Ace of Phantom Lord.

Right now, Naruto was training with Gajeel and the battle was intense. The entire training field was filled with craters and rubble. Juvia was off on the sidelines, looking at them with wide eyes. When they say they won't hold back, they won't hold back. Remarkably, the Gajeel's and Naruto's clothes were just fine, no damage was done to them at all, making Juvia wonder if they were holding back or what.

After eating iron, Juvia and Gajeel went back to the guild while Naruto decided to stay at the demolished training, saying he wanted to practice his dark magic.

Naruto trained in his dark magic, mastering Dark Lightning, an offensive move, and Dark Repulse which spread dark energy outwards. This move would be used for defense or offense, given the situation. Naruto trained all day until he dropped, literally. When Naruto was unconscious, he dreamed of something he never dreamt about before, but it was real.

He opened his eyes to see a dark place with little light. With that little light he was able to see pipes, like he was in the sewers. Looking down, he saw that there was water that stopped at his ankle.

"Where the hell am I?" Naruto asked aloud as he looked around.

"You're in your mindscape." Naruto heard a voice behind him and his instincts kicked in. He jumped to do a spinning back heel kick which was blocked, then grabbed. He twisted his body to throw a punch, which was caught. Naruto then flipped his body upside down, using his other leg to attack the head, but the person used his forearm to block. Now Naruto couldn't attack.

The person flipped Naruto upright and put his arm behind his back so he couldn't move. "Well, you sure are stronger than me when I was your age." The man let him go and Naruto looked back at him, but couldn't see his face.

"Who are you?" The man walked out of the shadows and into the light for Naruto to see a blond adult man with same golden blond spiky hair and same color eyes like him. Naruto, at first thought, thought that this was his father, Minato Namikaze, but he did not feel scared or even threatened by the man. It was like he had this aura of goodness around him. The man's face was round, like Naruto's, and he also had whisker marks like Naruto.

The man chuckled and scratched the back of his head, "Well, I'm you. To be more specific, I'm a past you. My name is Naruto Uzumaki."

"So, you're who I was in a past life?" Uzumaki nodded, but he soon started to sulk.

"I can't believe it, my reincarnation is way smarter than me at this age." Naruto gained a tick mark at Uzumaki's dumbness and promptly smacked the back of his head.

"Why the hell are you crying?!" Naruto yelled before calming down. "I know there is something you wanted to tell me besides the fact that you're my past self." Uzumaki gained a serious look.

"I've seen how your life have been since the moment you were born and need to tell you not to go down this dark path. I've seen what it does to people." Naruto looked to say something, but  Uzumaki stopped him. "In my life, my best friend, Sasuke Uchiha, went down this same path and he was forever changed. The hurt he felt from his brother, turned sadness at the betrayal of his brother, Itachi. And from that sadness turned into rage, its maddening. He went on this path of hatred to kill his brother and when he did kill him, he fell even more. Once he got revenge on his brother, he went after the people who basically told Itachi to betray his family and then wanting revenge on the village." Naruto stood there with a sad look. Is that where he's going to end up? A person filled with anger and revenge?

"What a sad story. What happened to him?"

"I was able to pull him off of that path, but he did a lot of bad things as I was trying to do that. I almost went on that path to." Naruto looked at Uzumaki in surprise. He couldn't imagine this guy going down the path of hatred. "I had a demon sealed inside of me when I was born. The result of this was that everyone hated me and I hated them right them right back. I could've done down the same path as Sasuke."

"What stopped you?"

"I made bonds with people who truly cared about me and that stopped me from going down that path." Uzumaki looked at Naruto. "You have bonds with the people of Fairy Tail and the people of Phantom Lord. One day you will make the right choice, but it won't be easy. The right choice isn't always the easiest to make."

"Thanks for the advice Uzumaki. Was there anything else?"

"Yeah," Uzumaki put two fingers to Naruto's forehead. Naruto felt a rush of energy flow through him, "now you'll be able to use chakra. It's like the magic of my time. Also, I'll be teaching you everything thing I learned when I was a genin, the starting point of a ninja." Naruto raises an eyebrow.

"Well that doesn't seem like you learned much." Uzumaki smirked.

"You will be surprised. Anyway, it's time for you to wake." And Naruto did. He was still in the training field and it was late at night so he decided to go to the guild lodgings for some much needed rest.

In Fairy Tail

With it being almost a year since Naruto left, a lot had happened. Lissana Strauss, younger sister of Mirajane and Elfman, had died on a S-Class quest. The mission was to kill a monster that had been making regular attacks on a village. Sounds easy, right? However, this monster was nicknamed The Beast for a reason. Mira, one of the strongest S-Class mages of Fairy Tail, nicknamed the Demon of Fairy Tail, could not defeat The Beast, even with the help of her siblings. Elfman tried to use his magic to takeover The Beast, but he could never do a full body takeover, unlike his sisters. The best he could do was change his arm into a beast or monster he killed. When had control of The Beast's form, but quickly lost control as the spirit of The Beast took control of Elfman's body. Mira was able to knock out Elfman, making him revert back to his regular self, but not before The Beast killed Lissana with hit with a clawed hand.

With Naruto leaving to join their enemy and Lissana dying took a toll on the guild. Natsu acted like an idiot in front of the guild to try and lighten everyone's mood. This worked for a little bit. Everyone in the guild even drank, fought, or constantly took missions to ignore their sadness and/or guilt for the events.

They just hoped that it would change soon.

In the Phantom Lord Training Field

Naruto was in the training field practice with his new 'magic.' So far, Uzumaki didn't teach him any jutsu yet, as he said that to learn the jutsu he had, he would need great control of it. Uzumaki also told ways to increase his chakra by becoming stronger and smarter as chakra was the combination physical energy and mental energy. The fact that Naruto had mastered tree climbing and water walking, showed Uzumaki that his reincarnation could kick his twelve year old's self ass easily. The first three jutsu were the academy three, substitution, transformation, and clone jutsu. All were very basic for Naruto, even the clone, which Uzumaki could not do the illusion version of the clone jutsu to save his life.

The next jutsu was the Shadow Clone Jutsu. It made real physical clones and they were good for getting information or overwhelming your opponent.

"Nice job, Naruto, you mastered my best jutsu. When you're older, I'll teach you the Rasengan."

"Cool, I can't wait." Naruto grabbed his things and decided to head into the guild lodgings for some rest. That is until he heard a voice call out to him.

"And you're ONLY six. You're way stronger then I was at six." Naruto turned to see a man who looked a lot like Uzumaki, only a few differences. The man's bangs framed his face and his face was more narrow the Uzumaki. "But what else could I expect from the son of Titania and a powerful dark wizard."

"First off, I wouldn't call myself Titania's son. Second, I haven't met my father, only thing I know of him is that I look a lot like him and that he raped my mother." Naruto looked at the man with suspicion. "Who are you?"

"I am Minato Namikaze," Minato chuckled at Naruto surprised face, "Most powerful dark wizard besides Zeref and you're father Naruto." Wind blew across the field as son and father finally meet. Naruto staring at his father with widened eyes and Minato looking at his son with a smirk.

This is a meeting long time coming. Something Naruto didn't know if he would enjoy or hate for the rest of his life. Looks like he was about to find out which one.
