Date: 10-11-17

The title sort of says it all. I'm going on a break from putting up chapters on Wattpad for my original stories. I may still put up chapters of my Teen Wolf fanfiction Affectivity.

I will still be writing, but not as much. I'm sure some of you have noticed that I'm falling behind on my updating. I was trying to update a chapter for both of my original stories each week, but I'm not exactly keeping up with that.

I feel like I'm chasing my goal and never catching up, so I'm going on a bit of a break to try to catch up. This'll also give me more time to think through my chapters, which means when I do write it'll be planned, instead of just writing whatever and hoping the plot comes to me. Which is what I usually do.

I do think about my stories and come up with the major plot points, but most of the smaller things are not planned and I need to change that because I'm putting a lot of pressure on myself. I'm sorry if this isn't making any sense.

So I'll start putting up new chapters for my original stories in a week or two, I'll just have to wait and see.

My writing has pushed away a lot of what used to make me the way I was. Like how I don't read books anymore. For a few months I was hardly reading at all, when I used to read for hours every day. Recently I started reading Teen Wolf fanfics. The point is, I used to read all the time and now I don't. Which is okay as long as I find some time to read every day.

I'm also going to rehearsal almost every day after school for a play that I'm in, so I have less time because of that too.

It's difficult to write two books at once, start a fanfiction, study for tests, do my homework, and do after school stuff. Besides the problem of having less time, I also haven't been feeling like writing anything but my fanfiction lately and I've been feeling sick because of allergies and an ear ache, plus headaches from the ear ache.

So that's why I'm taking this sort of break, and I'll be back soon when I know I'm giving you all something that I put my heart into, not just wrote to get it done.
