Scarlet huffed as she and Connor walked off the boat into the warm town of Summerland. Scarlet wiped her head as she sighed.

"Hello summertime. Isn't it freezing at the base?" Connor nodded as he took off his hat.

"Yeah... but this is Summerland. It's almost always summer." She huffed as they neared the base.

"I could kill someone, but let's be glad me and another 2nd year didn't come. The heat would be unbearable." Connor smiled as they went inside. Three people were inside with water bottles and washcloths. The older boy smiled at them.

"Hey... you from Aqina?" They nodded as they went over. He held out two washcloths. "Take them. This day is the hottest this year." Scarlet grabbed it and wiped her head. The cold from the cloth felt great.

"Hottest? The hell..." Connor huffed lightly.

"We're here for some files that have been needed at the union..." The female panted as she looked at him.

"Follow me. I know where you need to be at." The duo smiled as they followed her to a seperate room. "What files are you looking for?"

"Um..." Scarlet pulled out the paper and started reading them off. The female quickly found them and got them to the duo. "Thank you."

"No problem. Sorry they weren't sent up. We're very laid back, so we thought we had more time." Scarlet smiled.

"Hey, we have to put up with this lazy guy. You're good." Connor huffed as they went back.

"Thanks for the files. Take care of yourselves in this heatwave." They nodded as they went back to what they were doing. The duo panted as they got to the ship as it was preparing to go back to Aqina.

"Holy molly... will I be glad to get back..." Connor chuckled at her words.

"Yeah... ok..."

Scarlet growled as she and Kai entered the overheated town. It was a little cooler from her last visit. Kai hummed as he used the jacket around his waist to wipe his face.

"Darn... lemme go jump in the water..." She laughed as they got off.

"This is cooler from when I was here with Connor. Be lucky..." They walked over to the base as the female from before was walking to it. She smiled.

"Hey! Whatcha need?" Scarlet smiled.

"Is the leader inside? There were some missing details."

Scarlet returned to the summer town with a frown. How was this possible? A missing file that was overlooked. She went over and went inside. Her eyes met the leader's as he frowned.

"Why am I not going to like this visit?" She frowned.

"A missing file. We just go word of it. Do you know anything about it?" She showed him the paper. He frowned.

"I do... I guess I got nervous about it. Here..." He grabbed the folder from the table behind him. "Just don't let any of the other rangers know. The Aqina rangers are one thing, but don't let it spread from there." She nodded as she took the folder and left. She didn't even interact with the others, which made it perfect.

She got back to the base, where the operator was waiting.

"Here you go. One missing file." She smiled at the teal haired girl.

"Thanks! Have a lovely day guys!" They nodded as she left. Scarlet hummed.
