After Jack's little lecture, I'm not really sure what you do, but a certain person from the crowd signals me to where she is.

I hesitate. Without saying or thinking it, I was about to go to Tris, but who knows what this woman wants. I believe it's worth one more failed conversation with Tris.

So I go over to her.

She looks familiar, and when I get close enough, I recognize her.

Its Lauren from Dauntless.

I don't know her the well, but I've seen her around a bit. She always seems to be staring at me.

Kind of like she is now.

"Hey Four." She says simply.

"Hi Lauren. What's up?" I ask her. Better yet, why'd you call me over here?

"I got news of what Jeanine's response to Jack Kang's peace treaty and I wanted you to be the first one to know."

I'm thankful the she thought to seek me our first, but something about it seems suspicious.

"Why me?" I say, raising my eyebrow.

She bites her lip but is quick to stop when she sees me looking.

"Because you seemed to be the most flustered about his desicion to ignore the evidence and not attack Erudite."

That was mostly Tris. The only reason why I was really flustered was because he was insulting her.

But I don't tell her that.

As much as I know that this could be a trap or trick of some kind, the very curious part of me feels that I need to know what Jeanine has decided.

This is the only reason why I follow her into the elevator.
