I WILL ONLY MAKE BANNERS FOR THOSE WHO WILL USE IT. THIS MEANS THAT I DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY IF I FEEL THAT I WILL BE MAKING SOMETHING YOU HAVE NO DESIRE TO USE.
