DAN

"Phil?"

Questions were running through my mind.

Why did you leave?

 Who was she?

WHY DIDN'T YOU AT LEAST SAY GOODBYE?!

All this vent up anger and frustration just resting in me, I had nothing to do with it.

"Dan!" Phil said, a hint of regret in his voice. "I'm sorry but-"

"No Phil!" I snapped, cutting him off. Realizing the anger in my voice, I toned it down a bit. "You already said sorry, but just..."

Silence.

"You know what, Dan?" Phil asked in a calm tone. "I'll tell you everything at lunch break, I'm in a rush. Sorry!"

Then he went back to walking with his head down, all the way to school.

No way could he have been in a rush. School doesn't start for another 45 minutes! Oh whatever. At least he's going to tell what's been happening.

PHIL

I speed walk to the school, gripping on the ball thingys (AS QUOTED BY @leia_loves_phan , "I DON'T HAVE A DIRTY MIND, I HAVE A SEXY IMAGINATION!") with my head down.

I may have lied to Dan about being in a rush. I don't even know if I want to tell Dan about my parents; It could lead to him knowing about my self harm, and I don't want anyone to know that. I'm not ready to tell anybody yet.

-Later-

Lunch time rolls around and I'm kinda regretting telling Dan I'll start telling him what's going on.

I sit with PJ and Chris; some of Dan's friends he introduced me to when he stood up for me.

"Hey Phil!" PJ waves at me. I wave back and sit down. "Hi guys," I say back. (OKAY THAT AMAZING PHIL REFERENCE WAS A COINCIDENCE)  

"Hi!" Chris says to me. "Nice hat,"

"Thanks!" I reply, gripping onto it.

"Yeah, Lester," A cruel voice behind me spits. "Nice hat."

I feel the hat being ripped off my head.

And the gasping starts.

So if you didn't know, my new update schedule for the summer is every Saturday unless I say otherwise. So I hope you liked it! I'm busy on Saturday, so as I'm typing this, it's Friday. TODAY (the 22nd) is Brooke's (@Phantain ) Birthday ! Yay!
