Mira's POV

It's been two hour since I was banished from atlantis and I'm getting hungry and tired to the point where my legs are sore. "I think I should rest" I swam to the side of the cave and sat down on a rock.

Time skip 10 minutes

I was about to get up when I heard someone barking orders. "Huh?!" "STAY IN FORMATION!!" They had barked. There was no where to hide, it was a fight or flight experience. "I have no where to go and no where to hide. If they attack me, I'll defend myself" I thought. I took a deep breath and pulled out my scythe. My necklace started to glow dimly, but I didn't care. They came around the corner and I saw a purplish-blue kraken with taller krakens behind him. The one upfront saw me and his yellow eyes widen. "WHO ARE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU HERE?!" He yelled. I gripped my scythe tighter. "Why would I tell you and why are YOU here?" I asked. He pulled out a gun and pointed it at me. "I don't have time for this! Men get her!" He barked to his men over his shoulder. The krakens that were behind him started coming at me, shooting at me. They had terrible aim, I easily was able to dodge and block them. My necklace glow brighter and I felt stronger as the power ran through my veins. I ran towards them tripping and knocking them down. As they hit the grow, they were knocked out by the sheer force of my attacks. The kraken that gave them orders, stared at me wide eyed. "D-Did you just...." He trailed off. I smirked as I stared down at one of his men. "No I didn't kill them" I told him and looked at him, the smirk still playing on my lips. "H-How?" The gun shook in his tentacle. I laughed at his terror. "Wouldn't you like to know." I began to walk towards him, the jewel in my necklace glowing it energy blue, just like the Nexus. His eyes grew wider and he started to shoot. I blocked every shot that came at me, the ones I didn't block simply went past me. I was 5 feet from him when I lunged forward at him. It happened so fast. I knocked the gun out of his tentacle and swung my scythe at him. He dodged, but it gave me the opportunity to kick him to the cave wall. I kicked him. "ACK!" He exclaimed when he hit the wall. I swam to him quickly and held the scythe to his throat. The world seemed to slow down. We were eye to eye, face to face, our faces 4 inches apart. "Time to find out who you are and if I should spare you."
