What the dress looks like

Mira's POV
"Today was the day... The day I'm going to become queen of Atlantis. I'm nervous, sad, happy, and everything in between!" I went over to the mirror and looked at my self one more time before I had to go out. "Oh wait!" I swam over to my dresser and grabbed the necklace my father gave me. "He said only to wear it when I am getting crowned" I put the necklace on. It was a blue jewel wrapped in gold wire. It pulsed with light? I just realized I felt more powerful when I wear it. "It must get its power from the Nexus." I could hear Rasmus doing his speech.
"Now for the reason I have called you all here..." Rasmus announced."That's my cue...." I take a deep breath and swim gracefully to Rasmus. "There are fewer people than I thought there would be... Where is everyone else?" There was only the council that Rasmus and me have meetings with and Pikalus. "For the banishment of Mira" Rasmus finished. I could see the horror on Pikalus's face, but he didn't say anything. "WH-WHAT?!" I yelled. Rasmus turned and looked at me. I could see coldness in his eyes, but I could see a glint of guilt too. "Me and the council members have decided that you are unfit to be queen." Rasmus continued. "Rasmus please reconsider, I-I'll train more, pay more attention, Anything just please!" I begged. "No. I-I've made up my mind along with the rest of the council" Rasmus said. "Rasmus stuttered? He never stutters." "You are to grab most prize possession and Pebbleteen will escort you to the edge of Sector 4" Tears ran down my face, I turned away from Rasmus and swam away to my room. I grabbed my scythe and a picture of Cody, Joe, Selena, Sam and me. Then a separate picture of me and Pikalus. I turned around and saw Pebbleteen with her flaming sword. "L-Lets go, Mira" I swam past her, not waiting. "Pebbleteen never stutters either....."

Time skip a few minutes

We were at the mouth of a cave leading off away from atlantis. I turned around and looked at Pebbleteen. "I.... We....." "Why is she even trying? It's not gonna make a difference." I thought. "The council members and I never decided on your banishment." Pebbleteen finally said. "I've heard that Rasmus favors Cody and Joe over you. I'm not sure why." I didn't say anything I just gave her small nod and swam off into the cave. I could see the jewel glow brighter as my anger grew.
