Kim Taehyung- Awakening the Vampire King.

Selina POV

Long...long ago...(Two thousands years in the past)

Once there was a Vampire prince so strong that he killed so many without thinking of the consequences. 

His parents fear that he will alert the council of the Vampire slayer and put himself in danger and possibly death so they summon the witch that had powers to take down most of the mystical beings.

The witch casts a spell on the Vampire Prince that he will be in deep slumber till his beloved comes in search of him and only her blood will be able to awaken him.

"What a bunch of nonsense" I said as I put down the diary that I found in my grandmother library without reading the whole story, I do not believe that mystical creatures existed but my parents and grandparents did, always talking about stories that was told by their parents before, every girl in my family was name Selina including me, I do not know why the keep naming us that they did say that one of us had a huge destiny but I do not believe in their stories, who would it's the twenty first century for god sake but this year my family and I came here to spend the New Year with my grandparents, the said it was important for girls to spend their Eighteen birthday here. Hence us coming here because I will be Eighteen tomorrow, I was born on the strike of midnight on New Years. Somehow all the girls in the family were born on that time, but it was only my mother, grandmother and myself that were born on that day and time since we were the only females in the family, but the boys were born all over the different months. My brother was born in February. I wish to be him. Nobody wants to share their birthday. 

I love my grandparents  they were both loving people but we hardly ever get to visit since my parents are always have to working, sometimes my brother would bring me when he was not busy, I looked my grandmother cake, thinking of cake had my stomach growling reminding me that I had not eaten back anything since this morning.

"Where were you? You missed dinner with the family" said my mother as I walked into the kitchen going to the fridge to take out a bottle of water.

"I was in the library, I found a book on vampires. You will love it, since you like those things" I told her and watched her face transform into pure panic.

"You...found...what???" She screamed.

"Oh lord hold your horses, it's just a book about vampires mom" I said looking at her panicked face.

"Mother!! Mother!!!" She shouted, calling my grandmother.

Who came rushing in the kitchen.

"What is all the shouting about? You are hurting my old ears!" Grandma said, rubbing her ear.

"Sel found the book" She whispered.

I watched my grandmother's face also turn to horror.

"What is the matter with the two of you?" I asked them by now my father, grandfather and brother had the same look, am I missing something? My brother was older than me by three years. We were quite close.

"Sel only the chosen one can find the book" said my grandfather, since my mother and grandmother were now hugging each other.

"Chosen for what?" I asked hmm where did I hear this story? I try to remember but come up blank. I really should have listened.

"Did you even pay attention when mom told us the story?" My brother asked as he came to hug me to his side. Moral support maybe because I know what I am about to hear will change my life and theirs forever.

"You are the Vampire prince beloved Sel only his beloved will be able to find the diary and him, no one knows where he is, he will lead you to him, when the time is right" said my brother pulling me closer to him, everyone was looking at me with tears in their even my father who never show much emotions.

"Beloved? But Vampires are just myths, stop scaring me guys, is this some sort of new year joke?" I asked, giving a little nervous laugh because the look on their faces told me everything I needed to know.

"I am suddenly not feeling hungry, I will go up to my room now" I said trying to get away.

"I will sleep with you tonight Sel" said my brother, giving my mother a look when she opened her mouth to say something.

"I am not a baby Jimin!" I said but still hugged his muscle arm, and pulled him with me up the stairs.

When we entered the room, I let go of his hand and jumped on the bed.

"Is it really true Jim?" I asked him.

"It is Sel, only the Prince beloved will find the book, and it has something to do with our ancestors, since we are linked to the witch but never practiced witchcraft, I heard he is still alive, the witch that cast the spell, he will be awaken also when the Prince is woken up, I will be here with you tonight so do not be scared" he said.

How can I tell him I was about to jump out of my skin with how frightened I was, just then the big clock that grandma had downstairs made a sound alerting us that it was midnight.

"Happy birthday Sel, now come let's get some sleep. I am tired with all the driving we did to get here" he said as he climbed on the bed and kissed my forehead then turned his back to me and closed his eyes. 

I turn off the lights and turn my back to him also and close my eyes trying to sleep.

"Selina wake up, it's time you come for me, I have waited so long" said a sweet voice in my head.

I got up automatically and began walking. My legs carried me straight out the bedroom door. I could not even call Sam, he was still asleep, I continued walking till I was at the basement door, somehow I was calm, and not afraid.

When did I become so brave? I thought as I opened the basement door and entered.

I put on the lights and walked down, everything looked normal, my grandparents had made it into a game room for my brother and I, maybe that is why I was not afraid because this is where we spent most of our time when we were kids.

I walked farther into the room, my body was pulling me to the wall on the right, again I automatically went to the wall again, my body was definitely not my own at the moment, I touched the wall and watched it open, I gasped when I saw another stairs.

I should probably be running the other direction right now, but I can not control my body as I begin descending the stairs. When I met the bottom some fire lamps lit out of thin air, which spooked me out a bit.

I continued walking till I met with a glass case with the most handsome man I have ever seen in my life.

My mouth might have hit the floor like one of those cartoon characters if my jaw would allow it, is he really a vampire and why am I not freaking out?

"Come closer and open the case sweetheart" he voice said again in my head and like I am stuck in a trance I moved up closer and opened the case then touched his cheek running my finger down his left side. It is like being hypnotized. His skin was so cold.

"Now kiss my lips" and I did, I moved forward until I was close to him and kissed his lip, but gasped when his teeth burst my bottom lip.

Everything happened so fast one time I was over him and the next second he was on top of me kissing me and pulling more of my blood into his mouth.

I groaned and tried to push him off but he held my hand above my head and pushed his body closer to mine. 

My body feels like it's on fire but in a good way.

I moan again when he sinks his teeth into my neck.

He was draining the life out of me but all I felt was pure pleasure as he continued to suck me dry.

My eyes could no longer stay open as he continued to drink from me.

I am going to die here, right now...this very moment on my eighteen birthday.

That was my last though as darkness consumed my body...

I feel like I am floating in the air, then my body jucked and I open my eyes.

But everything seems clearer and brighter.

"I am sorry my beloved, I drained you, I did not realize until it was too late, and I had to give you some of my blood to turn you into one like me, but you need more blood" he said while his fingers moved through my hair.

I pushed away from him and ran up the stairs so fast it was like I had super speed he was right behind me too.

The first person I saw was my brother. He looks like he now notice me missing and was looking for me but right now all I can hear is his heart beating and the blood running through his veins.

I heard him gasping and was about to grab him when the prince pinning me against the wall.

"You will kill him if you drink from him sweetheart you will kill him just as I have killed you" he whispered in my ears.

"Who are you and why are you holding my sister like that, and OOH MY GOD YOU ARE THE PRINCE AND YOU TURN MY SISTER INTO A VAMPIRE!!" Said Jimin.

My parents and grandparents came rushing into the kitchen, that was where the door was that was leading to the basement.

When they saw me and the vampire prince several things happened, my mother screamed, my father and grandparents gasped as my grandmother ran to the fridge and grabbed a bag that looked like it was filled with blood.

She walked slowly to us and gave me the bag when the prince put me down.

I grabbed it and drank to quench my thirst. Where did they even get this from?

"That was prepared for the prince but it looks like you need it more Sel" said my grandmother, backing away slowly from us.

When I finished drinking it all, I turned to the Prince.

"What is your name?" I asked, getting into his face and rubbing my nose against his neck.

"Taehyung my beloved, we must now return to my kingdom, I suspect that the witch has awakened and has informed my parents so we must now take our place as king and queen" he said, looking me in the eye.

"What is going to happen to my family?" I asked turning to watch them, they were all looking at us.

"I can change them if they choose to or they can live out their human life right here but you will not be able to see them again" he said, making my eyes widen.

"It's their decision to make, since you are already turning, you will have to leave with me right away" he said, pulling me into his arms, hugging me close to him, lifting my body off the floor like I weighed nothing.

10 years later...

My life has totally changed. I was now the Vampire Queen and was with my first child for Taehyung, my beloved husband who has treated me like I was made of glass, and gave me unconditional love, his blood thirst was quenched with my blood and he only drinks when necessary.

My parents, brother and grandparents had decided to take the change after two years.

My brother was first and found his beloved also happily married.

My life was perfect with my perfect King...Kim Taehyung..
