Eleven's POV
I woke up, hearing Five and Luther talking about the apocalypse that Five have told me about.

"Oh, your awake, Eleven," I heard Luther say and I hummed as a yes. As Luther approach me and gave me a hot chocolate drink.

"Thank you," I softly said to Luther, and he ruffs my hair softly. Suddenly, I flinched because the door opened so loud. And I saw Diego approaching Five in furious.

"Do you have any idea what you just did?!" Diego asked in a yelling and aggressive way to Five as Luther stopped him, telling him to calm down. As Diego calm down, Luther asked him what happened.

"Our brother's been busy about what happened at Griddy's Donut where Eleven and her guardian works, at the Gimbel Brothers, and at the Meritech. And now, my partner died, because of you!" Diego said to him while pointing at him furiously.

"Who are they, Five?" Luther asked him and I'm just watching them argue quietly.

"They are from my former employee from the Commissions. They want me dead, but they want El the most because of reasons, because we know that she doesn't belong here in this timeline," I was shocked by what Five said.

"T-They want me... What?" I asked him, the three stared at me in worry. Diego sighed in defeat while approaching to me.

"Look, kid. I know you handle this type of situation back when you were in the 80s. But this time, it's serious," Diego said and he turned to Five in seriousness. "And they are in my game right now," He exclaimed and left the three of us.

"What's is this really about?" Luther asked Five infuriated. But my head is ringing like crazy, almost cannot hear what Luther and Five saying, I felt like I'm having...

A panic attack...

"El? Are you okay?"

"El...."

"El, your having a panic attack...!"

"ELEVEN!"

I snapped out when Five and Luther calling my name in so much worried, and I felt my tears falling from my eyes. "I-I'm sorry," I exclaimed to them and immediately ran outside and followed Diego.

"El, come back!" I heard Five called me but I just ignored it and ran to Diego. When I ran outside of the gym, I saw him inside of his car, and went to him. I knocked on the window to notice me, as he did. He opened the door for me, I hop on the car and closed the door.

"El, what's wrong?" He asked me in worry, and I'm having a panic attack again, and tears falling off. "P-P-Panic attack....." I exclaimed to him in fear, and feeling breathless. Til' he hugged me warmly, and I hugged him back while sobbing, and slowly feeling better.

"I know... Don't worry, I'll be here..." He exclaimed while comforting me. "I'll bring you back at the Academy, okay?" He said and I slowly nodded to him.

While Diego drove me to the Academy, and I'm just staring blankly at the skies, and felt my tears dried. I saw a fire nearby, and saw... "Klaus?" I called softly in surprised, but shock to see him crying.

"Stop the car, please," I said to Diego, "What?" Diego ask in a bit confuse.

"Stop the car! I saw Klaus!" I exclaimed to him in so much worry, as he stopped the gas. I immediately got out of the car, and ran to Klaus immediately.

"Klaus! Are you okay?!" I asked him and helped him out, and I also noticed he's wearing a different type of clothes. He looked up to me in anger and sadness, also tearing up.

"El... El, I can't take it anymore...!" He exclaimed and sobbing. And I immediately hugged him. "I'm here, I'm here... It's alright..." I said to him while comforting him.

AT THE ACADEMY...

I'm at the kitchen, drinking hot chocolate that made by Pogo, and it's good. Luther was also here and checking on me, Diego started to pack up, and Klaus is in his room resting. While putting down the mug on the table, I stared down on my drink, and remembering the past.....

Experiments...

Bad people...

Brenner...

Demogorgons...

It's so hard to forget everything.....

Until I heard a creak behind me, as I immediately stood up, use my power to get the knife and almost hit it to someone, but stopped to see... "F-Five..." I called out his name quietly. He's standing at the doorway calmly.

"That's one way to call you," He exclaimed a bit sarcastically while pushing the floating knife away from him using his fingers, and put it on the small table. "W-What do you need...?" I ask him.

"I want you to come with me and Luther. We're meeting the two assassins who's been chasing us, I have a plan," He explained calmly.

I became silent, and there's one thing I want to know from him. "I have a question..." I said to him. "Is it true..... You've been... targeting me?" I asked him in desperate but in anger. And he became confused.

"W-What? What do you mean?" He asked in confused, and I scoffed a bit.

"You've been targeting me before you came back here in 2019. I was your target to fix the problem, which is people getting killed by a Demogorgon," I explained to him, and he was shocked and became pale a little.

"How... Did you know..." He asked in shocked.

FLASHBACK... (SHOOTINGS AT THE ACADEMY,)
I was about to reach to Diego and Allison. I stopped to see the Bear-masked surrounded me, and slowly pointed the gun to me. "Look, I know you want to go back to your timeline, and J don't want to kill a kid..." He exclaimed and slowly removed his mask to reveal himself.

"I know your Agnes's kid, she's your guardian..." He exclaimed in a bit nervous and I was surprised. "She loves you vey much as her kid, and I really don't want to kill you." And he sighed in defeat and lowered his gun,

"But I want you to know... That Five... The kid you've been trusting... Was targeting you," He said, and my heart dropped.

"W-what?" I asked him in shocked.

"I know this is shocking. But the Handler gave a mission to Five before he came here in 2019, to exterminate you. Why? Because the Handler wants your town to be 'fix'. By I mean, she wanted to destroy your town, without you saving it, or killing this creature you called Demogorgon," He explained til' I heard Diego called me.

END OF FLASHBACK...

I told him everything of what Hazel told me. "Is it true?..." I asked him, and I slowly tear up. He was shaking in nervous, "El..." But I cut him off.

"Friends... Don't... Lie..." I told him in a cold and aggressive tone while tearing up. Until he sighed in defeat.

"I... I'm sorry... I should have tell you earlier..... But I'm too afraid to tell you," He explained in sadness, and his voice is trembling. I didn't spoke to him, and I just walked past him towards to my bedroom upstairs.

Suddenly, he immediately taken my hand gently to stop walking past him, but I didn't turned around to him. "El, please... You have to understand," He exclaimed in desperation and needed my forgiveness to him.

I looked down, let go of his hand, and walked upstairs to my bedroom without speaking to him.

I need time and space, Five. I'm sorry.....

Hellooo! Sorry I haven't been updating for days, weeks, and months, I'm back! I've been busy and exhausted a lot back then because of school, I know, huhu.

By the way, there's a part here where Eleven called her papa "Brenner," in fact. She now hated and despise him because of what he is doing to her from the past years.

And also, I'm still continuing the project that I announced from the stories I finished for the upcoming new stories. I just updated this chapter for like 1AM, and I'll make it up to you all, I promise you ; v ;
