Hollywood Undead~Charlie & Aurora

This oneshot is for Maskyproxy57

Aurora strummed her guitar mindlessly as people passed by her, her brown hair was tied up in a ponytail exposing all of her tattoos. Every now and then some guy would stop and ask her about her ink, or some older women would glare at her and tell her she's going to hell for having done that to her body; it was the same old shit. She sighed and packed up her stuff and began to move closer to Sunset Boulevard where all the street performers would set up. She found out that it was pretty competitive being there, you kind of had to make yourself known by locals to be able to draw a crowd and keep the others from stealing the money you make. Of course she had earned her spot a few years back when she had first been kicked out of her home back when she was sixteen. One of the breakdancers had come to like her voice so he had let her occupy a space by him if she learned to beatbox for him. These days they worked together and would haul in more money than either of them had her made just by themselves.
"Hey Derek," she called as she made her way past and elderly group of tourists. He smiled back at her and helped her get set up for the day. "Anything so far?" He shook his head and unfolded the cardboard box that he carried with him.
"Just some of the kids from Inglewood, they always steal the spotlight." He said hotly.
"Oh relax they're just kids and trying to help their parents out."
"I know but they're gonna have o go to the beach or something cause this isn't working for me."
She rolled her eyes and shook her head at him, "Just cool it and help me okay? I need to swap out my old strings for the new ones."
Derek perked up and quickly set to helping her change and tune her guitar. He always enjoyed helping her with that stuff, mostly because each time she did that she would let him try tuning it by himself. "So you finally saved enough for the new ones huh?"
"Yeah and this time it was a lot more expensive than the last time too."
"The more you go to that store in sure they'll lower the price for you."
Aurora shrugged and sat down on one of the old crates that Derek had salvaged from the thrift store dumpster. He handed her the guitar and she began to play the first few chords of this new song called Gravity. She hummed the words at first just to get a feel for how everything flowed together, Derek watched her in amazement. He was always fascinated with how fast she could pick up a song, and from the sound of it, it was by that rap-rock band Hollywood Undead. The only reason he knew this was because he had met them when they were first starting out and were filming a music video for some song called No. 5. Over the years he had tried to follow the band's music and listen to it at the library. Derek was pulled away from his inner thoughts when he heard Aurora sing the chorus. All around them people were gathered listening to the beautiful sound of Aurora's voice. He smiled to himself as he pulled out the little jar that they shared for money and sat it out in front of them. It wasn't too long before she had drawn in the attention of a completely new group of people. Derek could see them lingering at the back of the crowd, wanting to see who was singing. Shortly a blonde male made his way through the crowd to listen, he had on a snapback, an LA Pride shirt and a pair of jeans. He kept his hat tilted low over his face until Aurora was done singing. After all the people had cleared the guy leaned down and dropped a twenty dollar bill into the jar.
Aurora's eyes stayed glued to the money that was just placed into the jar, "Thank you so much." She told the man gratefully. "You have an amazing voice, where'd you hear that song?" He asked still keeping his face hidden.
She shrugged and glanced at Derek, "He follows this band and it's one of their newest songs I guess..uhm Hollywood something. I don't know them that well."
The guy nodded his head slowly then pushed up from his knees to stand up. "The band is called Hollywood Undead by the way." He called to her over his shoulder as he walked away.
She glanced back at Derek who seemed just as confused as she was. They both shrugged and went back to performing.

That whole afternoon seemed to drag on and on, not many people showed up after that guy had left.  At around 5:30pm Aurora decided that she would head back to the shelter over in Inglewood before it got too dark. Derek offered to walk her halfway home, but like every other time she politely turned down his offer.
"I'll be okay Derek. It's not that long of a walk if I can at least catch one bus."
He sighed defeated and gave her and extra dollar so that she could take the bus all the way home.
"Be safe Aurora, have a good night." He murmured into her hair before she pulled away.
"I will Derek." She reassured him and turned to go.

The whole time she walked across town to the first bus stop she couldn't help but wonder who that man had been. Not once had he revealed his face or even said his name. So strange, these people and how they act. She shrugged to herself and turned down an old alley to cut her walk time shorter. Maybe he works for the band and didn't want me to know who he is, "Could be a plausible explanation.." She wondered aloud. "Oh well." Quickly she tossed her bag over a chain link fence followed by her guitar case. She hoisted herself up onto the fence and swung her left leg over. Right as she was about pull her other leg over she felt a pair of arms wrap around her waist and yank her off the fence. Her mouth was quickly covered with a rag and duct tape.
"Try and run and I'll kill you."
It's him! It's the guy from earlier today! All alarms rang through her mind as she tried to fight him off, but her eyes began to grow heavy. Everything around her blurred together as her body fell to the ground. The last thing she remembered was the man standing over her, some shiny type of mask covered his face.
"This'll be fun.." He said lowly as her eyes slid shut.

Aurora wasn't sure how long she had been passed out, but when she finally woke up the sky was pitch black and she could hear music pounding from inside a club. She groaned and rolled over onto her side. A sharp pain shot up her spine when she tried to sit up. "Fuck.. That hurts." Slowly she made her way to her feet using the side of the building for balance. Close behind her she heard a door slam open followed by six different voices. This caused her to duck down behind a dumpster in case they were with that guy.
"Jordon! Come on man we've gotta head back home!" One of the men called back to his friend. Soon another male stumbled out the back door with sunglasses covering his face and a Vans snapback hung off his head.
"I'm right here Danny." He grumbled and flipped him off.
"Guys why don't we go this way." Another male said pointing over his shoulder at the fence. Aurora instantly got this sinking feeling in her stomach, if they walked over this way they would see her!
"I don't see why not, it'll be quicker." Said another one of the men, he wore a sailors hat and had a 3 tattooed on his throat. To Aurora he looked the most threatening. She tried her best to move further out of the dim light, but there were crates and boxes behind her. She could hear their footsteps getting closer to where she tried to hide. She held her breath as she waited for each man to hop over the fence, not wanting either of them to hear her breathing.
"Hey guys check this out." The one named Jordon said, he bent down and when he came back into view he held Aurora's guitar case. "Who do you think this belongs to?"
"Damn it!" She let out a sharp whisper then quickly slammed her hand over her mouth. Each one of the men turned towards the spot that she had been hiding.
"Someone there?" Danny called into the darkness. "Is this your guitar case?"
Shit, shit, shit!! What do I do?! I can't let them take my case, if they do I won't have a way to make money tomorrow.. Or ever again for that matter!!
"I got this." Jordon sighed and hopped back over the fence, Danny passed the case to him when he landed on his feet. "Hey, you don't have to hide, we aren't gonna hurt you or anything."
His voice sounded calm and honest, like as if he really meant no harm to her. But then again she couldn't risk trusting him, or any of them, in case they did know that guy. But you need your guitar dumb ass! She sighed and moved forward slowly towards him, each time she moved it felt like her whole body was on fire. Especially a little further down. When she came into the light and she could clearly see, all of the men stared at her looking her up and down. At first she thought that they were just being pervs, but when she reached her hands out to take the case she realized that her hands and arms were covered in blood. "What the hell..?" She dropped her hands to her sides and looked at the rest of her body; covered completely in her own blood. This made her feel nauseous and sick to her stomach. Her head felt heavy, and next thing she knew the ground was rushing up to meet her and the gut in front of her was moving to catch her.

Jordon paced around the emergency room restlessly, completely worried for the girl that they had just brought here. The doctor had come back out about an hour ago and asked each of them what had happened and if they had had any idea who she was. They all told him what they had told the cops, "we don't know who she is; found her outside the club bleeding." He sighed and sank background down into a chair. How could someone do that to her? Matter of fact how could someone just leave her like that?!
"Jordon." George snapped his fingers repeatedly in front of Jordon's face until he looked up.
"What's up?"
George hooked his thumb over his shoulder, indicating that he wanted to talk to him alone outside. Jordon pushed up from the chair and followed behind his friend.
"Doctor said that her name is Aurora, she's been homeless since she was sixteen. Before that she was in and out of the ER for getting into fights over in Beverly Hills. They figured out that she was raped tonight, hence all the blood..." He paused to clear his throat. "Down there."
"Do they know who did it?"
George sighed again and ran his hands through his hair before answering, "You're not gonna like this as much as I don't, but they did figure it out.."
"And?!" Jordon snapped.
"It was Aron. Apparently he's done this before to a few girls, but never been arrested cause people keep bailing him out and somehow the girls change their stories about what happened."
"We have to protect her." Jordon said automatically. George nodded his head in agreement.
"Also she's awake and asking for you."

Jordon had to wait about another half hour before being aloud to go back to Aurora's room. When the nurse finally led him back there he could see that a lot of the staff knew Aurora, they all had stuffed animals and balloons and we're taking them to her room. A few of the older women had even told him that he was a good man for bringing her in and saving her.
"She's right inside."
"Thanks," he told the nurse before walking in the room. "When will she be ale to leave?"
"I'll go get the papers."
He hesitated for a moment, debating if he should really be here when he barely knew her. After a few more minutes he decided that he should at least see what she wanted to tell him.
"You're still here." Aurora said weakly, a small smile spread across her face when she saw him walk in. He nodded his head and gave her a small smile.
"I am, and you're safe now."
"Thank you, if it wasn't for you I wouldn't be here."
He felt weird being the hero in this type of situation, typically girls just said that after a spending a drunk night with him. He let his shoulders rise and fall as he took a seat at the edge of her hospital bed. "I only did what any decent human being would do."
She nodded her head, "Well then I'm glad that you are."
They sat in silence for a few more minutes until the rest of the guys walked in carrying stuffed animals and a few bags of candy. Danny even had her guitar case and duffle bag. She gave them all a hug and took her belongings.
"You guys are amazing, I guess not everyone in this town are complete losers." She gave a light laugh, George shoved Jordon's shoulder and pointed at her.
"Hey, you know it's not safe out there. If you want you can stay at our place."
"I couldn't do that to you guys, besides I stay at the local shelter over in Ingle-"
Dylan raised up his hand to cut her off, "And what if your attacker comes back? He'll know where to look for you."
"But-"
Danny shook his head and grabbed her things, "No more protesting. You're staying with us."
With that the guys took all her things out to the car and left Jordon to help her sign the discharge papers.
"Sorry about the guys but... You really should at least stay a while until we can find you someplace else more safer for you." He took the pen off the desk and signed off on the papers then held his hand out to help her get up. She took his hand and pulled herself to her feet.
"It's okay, but...why?"
Honestly that was a good question. One that he didn't know how to properly answer. Mostly cause he didn't want to tell her just yet that they all knew who had raped her, and that it would probably happen again if she was left alone by herself. He didn't want her to be scared or have to constantly look over her shoulder in fear all the time. Maybe he was a hero in this story after all. "I just want you to be safe. A beautiful girl like you shouldn't have to go through this alone."
She tilted her head down so that he couldn't see her cheeks blaze bright red, "Thank you Jordon."

About an hour later he pulled up to the house that him and the rest of the guys shared. It looked small on the outside but really once you step through the front door it was a lot bigger. Jordon quickly got out of the car and ran around to the passenger side to help Aurora. She smiled at him and let him carry her inside being as it still hurt to walk by herself.
"Uhm we all have our own rooms, so I'll just let you take over mine and I'll make do with the couch." He said as he sat her down on his bed.
"No I'll take the couch, you keep your room."
He chuckled and sat down next to her. "Why do I have a feeling that we are going to argue this for the rest of the night?"
"Because we will, and I'm taking the couch."
He sighed and held his hands up in mock defeat. "How about this, since neither of us want the other to sleep on that god awful couch, we'll both take the bed. If you're okay with that."
Aurora thought his proposition over then smiled and laid down, "Alright, but I must warn you that I tend to sleep naked."
This caught Jordon's attention almost instantly. He smirked and laid back on the pillows. "Well if you sleep naked don't be alarmed if I do the same."
She rolled her eyes at him then made her way out of the room towards the kitchen. When she got downstairs the unmistakable scent of Mary Jane filled her nose, it was like her whole body was switched into autopilot as she walked through the house until she found the source.
Dylan glanced up at Aurora and passed her a joint, "I knew I liked you mamma."
