   "Well," Raven paused. Did she really want to do this? Gar reached over and took her hand.
   "You can trust me." She blushed and took her hand away. Quickly shaking the blush off, she glared.
   "Why should I?" He seemed to think for a minute.
   "For every question you answer, I'll answer one." Raven raised a single eyebrow.
   "Like twenty questions?" Gar nodded.
   "Okay. What do you want to know?"
   "Why you're crying, duh."
   "Then I would have to tell you my while life story." Gar put his hands under his chin.
   "I've got time." Raven couldn't help but smirk slightly at the childish gesture.
   "Well, my mother thought she was in love with my father," Gar stopped her there.
   "Wait, she wasn't?" Raven glared again.
   "Do you want to hear the story or not? Anyway, she thought he was the one. Then he raped her. She was too scared to get an abortion. I was born. He left her. She's always tried to act happy, to try to get me to change, but she doesn't know that I know what happened. I hear her cry herself to sleep. A few years ago, I met a guy. His name was Malchoir, now that I look back at it, that's a lame name. But he had hair so blonde it was almost white and his eyes were the clearest blue ever. He tried to do what my father did to my mother. Luckily, Kori, Jinx, and Karen came before it actually happened. I didn't know my father until two years ago. My mom couldn't support both of us, so he got part time custody. Every time I go over there he hurts me. He says it's my fault he has to spend money on me. I started cutting myself. Kori and Karen didn't find out until Jinx told them. She walked in my room once and saw my left arm. They helped me stop. They've always been there. But, it's just so stressful. My mom has cancer. She was trying to hide it from me. I found out though. I," she choked back a sob, "I don't think I can actually feel. I know what I'm supposed to feel, but I can't actually feel it." Gar pulled her into a hug. She accepted it and started crying into his chest.
   "It's okay, Rae. People who cry aren't weak. They've just been strong for too long." She pulled back and have him a watery smile. He strangely thought her red nose and pink cheeks made her look cute. An unfamiliar tension spread between them as they leaned forward. Raven's lips parted slightly. Their eyes closed as their lips touched. A small, tingling feeling started in their lips and spread through their bodies.
Gar pulled her closer while she put her hands around his neck. His tongue gently ran across get bottom lip, asking for entrance. This seemed to snap her out of it. She pushed him back.
   "Whoa! What are you doing?!"
   "I don't know, I'm just doing what you're doing!"
   "Well, what was I doing?!"
   "I don't know! But whatever it was, it was happening on my face!" (Got that from Teen Titans Go episode Rocks and Water. They brought Aquaterra.) She took a deep breath.
   "Okay, we just go back to our lives and pretend this never happened." Gar looked at her incredulously.
   "What are you talking about?! You can't tell me you didn't feel anything." Raven bit her lip and blushed.
   "See, you're blushing. You did feel something." Raven shook her head.
   "So what if I did. It's just teenage hormones. Nothing to act on." Gar actually glared.
   "You were so worried you couldn't feel, now I know why. If you block and ignore your feelings, then they won't be as often. You need to start accepting that you're human. And humans aren't perfect." Raven glared.
   "I never said I was perfect."
   "Good, because you are far from it." Raven stood and grabbed her bag.
   "I don't need this. I'm leaving." As she was walking away, she hard Gar shout one last thing.
   "Keep runnin from you're problems Raven!"
