Your POV
You just brought Dallon home from a big surgery. He was as high as a kite. You sat him in the recliner and made him lay down.

"Where are my fingers?" Dallon asks you. You laugh and point to his hand. "There right there Dal." He looks at his hand in confusion then closes his eyes slowly

"Do you need anything?" You ask. He slowly opens his eyes and looks at you.

"Hm?" He says stretching it out. You giggle to yourself and repeat what you had earlier said.

"Uh I don't even know. It feels like my arm is about to explode." He says and vacantly stares at you.

You laugh once again.
"Would you like some water?"

"Yes please cause I'm thirsty thanks," he says, fast.

You get up and get him a glass of water and a piece of cheesecake, knowing that it's his favorite.

You enter your bedroom where he is already passed out, fast asleep. You giggle and set the water and food on the table beside him.

You crawl next, trying not to wake him. He suddenly wraps an arm around you and you whisper, " I love you, Dal."

You two soon fall asleep in each others arms.
