Jo payed a visit to one of her patients before she was about to leave the hospital.

"Why are you still here Dr Saltzman? The babies need some rest, too?!"- the old woman said.

"They told me that they can't be at peace if I don't make sure you are all right, Mrs West!"-Jo replied looking at the women's chart.

"I am sure Dr Miles will look after me"- the woman replied.

"True. I am leaving you in capable hands"- Jo said and she wanted to add something more but her pager beeped and she saw that it was Liv's number.

She quickly said her goodbyes to the woman and went to her room to call her back.

"What is it?"-Jo said worringly to Liv-"we said you would beep me only if something is not right.

"Kai came a minute ago. And he is bleeding from his nose."- Liv said.
"Why are you keeping him there? Bring him here."
"This is not a medical thing, but. witch thing "-Liv replied.

Jo called Alaric to let him know that she would be making a detour.

Eversince she returned from the fake world, having spent time alone for a while, Bonnie found that at times she needed big crowds, but then again she wanted to just be all by herself.
Caroline worried about her strange mood swings. And being Caroline, she came to Bonnie unannounced bearing gifts of coffee and Bonnie's favourite muffins.

"You are not answering calls, so here I am."- Caroline said walking in Bonnie's house as she opened the door-"what's up? Because I know for a fact there is no major magic thing happening, plus, you have been avoiding Elena so obviously..."

Caroline could always pick on her friend's love troubles even back then when she was just a human teenage girl.

Bonnie sighed a little and took the muffin from the box. They sat down at the kitchen table.

"I know about your awkward kiss with Damon"-Caroline continued.

"It was nothing."-Bonnie then said.

"Why are you looking so guilty about it if it was just a compulsion thing?!"-Caroline wasn't letting it go.
Bonnie was not amused and was on the verge of asking Caroline to leave, but then she looked at her friend finally feeling she needed to off-load all that was going on inside of her.

"I have feelings for Damon."- Bonnie blurted out.

"OMG, I knew it!!"-Caroline shot out.
Bonnie now tried to shoot down the excitement and declared that she was working on resolving the matters of the heart.

"Did something happen in the fake world?? Damon is not himself either and not because Elena erased all of her romantic memories of him. Stefan said there was something more... and I said that it's only cos you were both away in a crazy place."-Caroline went on.

"What did Stefan say??...and nothing happened in the fake world."-Bonnie's heart grabbed for a straw wanting to know if Damon had said anything to his brother.

"Stefan just said that Damon talked about you all the time when we tried to bring you back. Especially after the nught he found Mrs Cuddles in the cemetery. He was changed, Stefan said."

"He sure isn't saying much."- Bonnie said and then puffed in
a slight despair.

"I wish I didn't have these feelings... I wish Elena didn't erase her memories..."

"You think it would have been easier then?"-Caroline retorted.

"They would probably be together and I would know that there was no chance whatsoever and I would just kill these emotions."- Bonnie said, heart dying a little as she said it.

"If you never went to the fake world..."- Caroline then said-

"Or if I turned a diffetent corner...if, if, if"- Bonnie said in frustration and now flashed back to the kiss induced by magic -

Flashback

"Where are we?"- Bonnie said looking around not recognizing the house she and Damon were at.

Damon looked around and all of a sudden the place looked very familiar to him-
"This is my grams' house."

"You Grams?"-Bonnie uttered.

"Believe it or not I had a Grams, too."-Damon said and he wondered around the place with fond memories coming back to him.

Bonnie followed him and he now shared with her stuff he had forgotten.

"My mother brought me to her when I was six and left me with her for a while."

Bonnie saw a sparkle in Damon's eyes she had never seen before. He took her by the hand and took her to the attic to show her his favourite hiding place.

"I would be here for hours playing. The maids went crazy looking for me."

Once again he took hold of Bonnie's hand and now she followed him to an attic window leading out to the roof.

They got out to a platform and the view of the landscape before them showed a marvellous stretch of forest.
Damon looked at Bonnie as if he was enchanted by her with loving eyes filled with gladness that she was there beside him.

Bonnie's eyes smiled back at him.
He then neared his head towards her gently slipping his hand on her back. They could both feel the gulp and the churn in the stomach. Damon placed a small kiss on her lips moving slightly looking for validation in her eyes. Bonnie gasped with anticipation for more and wrapping her arms around his neck and they both pulled one another in a long awaited deep kiss.

"Bonnie?!" Caroline called her friend for attention as she noticed she had slipped into a daydream.

"Ha?"

"You have it bad!"- Caroline concluded.

"Ugh... and I don't want to think about it. It was Kai playing with us!"- Bonnie said- "but the more I try not to think about it, the more I slip into it and..."

"What??"- Caroline opened her eyes wide wanting to hear more.

"I dreamt us making love. Huh... it was so real... I am at a masked Ball...and Damon appears watching me dance with another guy... I look his way and leave the guy, and Damon follows me and we end up in a room...and..." - Bonnie now gulped a bit- "Enough!! I will have to use some magic to stop thinking about him that way. (A/N- watch the video as it is so good and it is so Bonnie's dream!)

"Seriously, you are going to do the Elena thing, erasing Damon, too?!"

"Of course I am not!!"- Bonnie retorted- "I have to be focused. There is another fake world and I am afraid that Kai will find the Babilonian ascendent to open it before us."

"Yeah- how is that going?"

"I am sorry, but I can't tell you."- Bonnie said.

"You can't tell ME? Aren't we like best friends??"

Bonnie sighed a little- "I can't put you in danger."

"We were always in danger together, Bonnie!!!"

"Caroline, this is worse than ever. These vampires kill others without thinking. They have no humanity!"

"I am in danger by association!"- Caroline said.

Bonnie sighed. She knew what great danger they were all in. And she had only told them half. She had not told them that the Bennett witches escaped from that world. And that their blood made those vampires.

Elena called and now the women set up a retail therapy session to forget about their current problems.

In New Orleans, Elijah set up a meeting with Hayley and Jackson as it was the full moon and they were in their human form.

"Bonnie Bennett is capable to undo the curse. I will go and ask her if she is willing to do it." Elijah said.

"And she will do it? Doesn't she despise the Originals?!"- Jackson asked.

"It is not going to be easy."- Elijah said- "I will try my best to try and convince her. While I am gone, Rebekah will look after Hope."

"How can you be sure that Klaus will not talk her over to his way of thinking?"- Hayley said.

"That is out trump card. Rebekah had always stuck with Klaus no matter what. That is exactly what will work with Klaus."

"He can dagger her at any time!"- Hayley said.

"All daggers are destroyed."- Elijah said.

Hayley was still nervous, but she knew they had no other choice but to trust Elijah. She now took Jackson by his arm for comfort.

Elijah stood up. They said their goodbyes as he had to leave for Mystic Falls. They agreed to meet again by the next full moon.

Elijah then left, but he stood for a moment looking back seeing Hayley and Jackson in a hug that was full of love and devotion, and the female hybrid kissing her husband.

Elijah then turned around and left.

In Mystic Falls

Damon found Lily trying to open a fake door in the Boarding House. He took a look at the books scattered on the floor.

"It's jammed."- Damon said- "Father did it. It must be something very important behind that?! What secrets are hiding behind this door?!"

"Secrets that could help us make a deal with the witches from the other world."- Lily said.

"What did Father know about it? And you?"

"The Council knew"-Lily said.

Stefan came home and looked at Damon seeing the scattered books on the floor.

"Apparently our Father hid something behind that door!"-Damon said-"you deal with her, I can't."
He left them and went to his room for a bath.
His mind was weiry and it was not about the new fake world and crazy vamps, but about Bonnie and his heart that was twisting and turning thinking about the witch 24-7. Did he have dreams of taking their kiss in the world of illusion and taking her to bed, yes, he had, he coudn't deny it. But she refused to acknowledge that there was so much more between them and it just made him want to rip everything apart. He now slipped in the bath trying to cool down.
