Chapter 10
Chapter 10, Andrews pov
I'm currently sitting in my room licking my wounds, figuratively speaking, as Kaitlin rants about all the ways she could kill Hannah.
Let me catch you up on things. After Hannah kicked me in my special place, I painfully made my way back to my room. Kaitlin followed me, of course, and immediately turned on the Xbox and started killing things. I sat on my bed and sulked, while I nursed my bruised ego. Once Kaitlin got over her initial bout of rage, she came over and smashed her lips against mine.
"We will make her pay," she murmured in my ear.
"Kaitlin I'm not in the mood," I whined.
She scoffed. "Suck it up, buttercup. What she did was unacceptable. If you aren't man enough to show her her place then I will." And with that she stormed out and left me in peace.
Since then I've just been sitting here. In a way, I think I deserved this. What I did was wrong, but that doesn't mean I like it. And it must definitely means that I can't let Kaitlin go crazy on Hannah. Oh god, all this drama and Hannah's only been here for two days.

Hannah's pov
The girls came in our room to find my fuming.
"How dare he act like that towards me!" I pace back and forth across my room. "If I knew his weak spot I could get back at him. Public embarrassment wasn't enough," I fret.
"I have a plan!" Amy exclaims loudly. We all gather round to hear her plan. "This weekend we are going shopping and we are going to get you the hottest outfit we can find."
"Why would we do that?" I ask incredulous.
"Are you any good at poker?" Amy asks, ignoring my question.
"Yeah, but what does that have to do with anything?" I ask tilting my head to the side in confusion.
"Good!" Amy exclaims, "This weekend we are going shopping and then we are going to make Andrew pay!"

"Hey dad," I say into the phone. "Is it okay if I go shopping with some friends this today in Panama City?" I bite my lip nervously. If he says no then it might ruin the plan Amy has.
Whatever it is clearly involves poker. All week Amy has been testing my skills. Each day after classes, the four of us (me, Ella, Amy, and Emma) set up a game and battle it out until bed. Of course, no one has beaten me, but they have offered some helpful tips.
"Of course, Hannah. That's perfectly fine. I'll make sure you have money on your card," Dad answers.
"Thanks dad!" I say in relief.
"So, how are things going with the school?" Dad asks.
"Oh it's great!" I Reply quickly. I don't want to tell dad about the problems I've had with Andrew. He would totally freak.
"How," he hesitates. "How have you been doing?"
I sigh. "It still hurts dad. I miss mom more than anything."I can feel tears pricking my eyes but quickly blink them away.
"I miss her, too." I can tell his crying by the tremble in his voice.
"Dad, don't cry!" I plead. He's going to make me cry.
"Okay. I won't. Have fun shopping!" He says quickly.
"Okay, dad. Bye," I say, smiling softly.
I head back inside to my room to be besieged by Amy.
"Can you go? Can you go? Can you go?" She ask, excitedly bouncing up and down. I smile and nod in response. "Yay!" Amy squeals. "Go get your purse!"
I do as she says and meet her, Ella, and Emma at the car. Ken is standing there talking to Amy.
"Please, babe," he begs. "Please let me go with you. You haven't spent time with me in days!" He groans. She just sniffs and turns her nose up at him.
"Amy," I admonish. "Give the poor boy a break!"
Ken sends me a smile before looking at Amy hopefully. Amy just stares at him critically.
"Please, please, please!" He wraps his arms around her and peppers her with kisses.
"Fine!" Amy caves. "You can come."
"Thank you!" He spins her around gleefully. "Thanks Hannah!" He says when he sets her down.
"No problem." I smile. Ken is such a sweetheart when it comes to Amy. He'd literally do anything for the girl.
"Let's go!" Amy exclaims as we all pile in her car. Ken drives with any sitting shotgun and me, Ella, and Emma squished in the back.
We arrive at Pier Park in less than an hour and start looking in stores. The first store we go in is American Eagle. Amy, Ella, and Emma make me try on almost every dress in the store but don't mind any satisfactory for their plans. I, however, find many things that I like and pick up. We look through several more stores before Amy finds what she wants.
She ends up buying me a black and white floral skirt with a tight, white, lace tank top that reveals a bit of belly. It's a little out going but cute.
(Hannah's outfit!)
After finding the perfect outfit, we went to Charming Charlie's for accessories.
"Babe," Ken groans. "Why do I have to carry all the bags?" As punishment for Andrews actions, Amy was making Ken carry all the bags today.
And trust me, there we a lot of them. When you unleash four girls with unlimited credit cards at a shopping center you tend to have a lot of bags. I alone had five bags of clothes plus one of shoes.
"Ken stop whining and put the bags in the car if you want," Amy says while browsing through the store. Ken leaves quickly to get rid of the bags and us girls are left alone.
"Ooh!" Ella squeals. "Hannah soo needs this bracelet to go with her outfit.
I walk over curiously and see her holding a chunky gold bracelet. It's cute and understated. I like it.
"I like it," I say smiling. "I have necklace that'll go nicely with it."
"Then we're all set!" Amy claps her hands. "I'll tell Ken to meet us at Margaritaville for dinner!" She quickly texts Ken while I get in line to pay for the bracelet.
The cashier is a young guy with a nice smile. "How are we doing today, ladies?" He greets me and Ella.
"Good." I smile setting the bracelet on the counter.
"Ah, a pretty bracelet for a pretty girl." He winks.
Ella giggles and I blush. The boy, Chris, according to his name tag, had dark skin contrasting nicely with his perfect white teeth. His chestnut brown eyes sparkles with mischief as he checks me out, in more ways than one.
"Your total is thirteen dollars and two cents," he says. I take the money from my wallet and hold it out to him. His fingers brush mine as he takes the money from me. He scribbles something on the receipt before sticking it in the bag. "Your receipt is in the bag. Have a wonderful day." He grins.
As we walk out of the store and Ella snatches my bag from me and pulls out the receipt.
"Oh my gosh!" She squeals. "He gave you his number!"
"No way!" I laugh taking it from her. Sure enough his number, along with his name and a winky face is written on the bottom of my receipt.
"I can't wait to tell Amy!" Ella enthuses.
I laugh walking into the restaurant. "Come on gossip girl. Let's eat first."

When we get back, I take a shower and comb my hair out to get ready for later. Amy helps me do my make up so that my contour is perfect. While she did that, Emma works on my hair to get it in big messy ringlets. Throughout the whole time, Ella outlines the plan.
"So, what you're going to do is go to the basement under the boys building. Andrew runs a poker ring on the weekends. All you have to do is go in and win. You're a fantastic player, but mixed with the outfit we bought you're unstoppable." Ella motions dramatically.
I smirk. "So I'm playing dirty. This'll be fun."
After hair and makeup, I pull out my new clothes and slip them on. I add the bracelet and a gold heart necklace my mom bought me. As a last touch I add a leather jacket and black sandals.
"Perfect." Amy smiles evilly.
