It was a normal day. Well, normal for the most part - for everyone else except Izuku Midoriya. He was having the oddest day. He felt a little crazy if he was being honest with himself. The day started off normal. He did have a dream where he and Katsuki were little again and basically dreamed of every memory they had together. Everyone was in class and Izuku for some reason couldn't concentrate in class. He looked out the window watching leaves change a bit of color and small petals dancing with the wind outside. His eyes widen when he sees two small children run by the tree.

     They looked familiar... Wait! It was their younger selves! How was this possible?! "There is a mischievous thug out there messing with people's minds. We don't exactly know his quirk which is why we will be training in this area. Everyone put on your hero suits and meet me outside in the front of the school!" Mr Aizawa suddenly states bringing Izuku back to what seemed to be reality. Izuku stands up walking with Iida and Uraraka. He doesn't seem to listen to what they say but tries to engage as much as he can without looking suspicious.

     Everyone changes into their costumes while Izuku was quiet for the most part. The days grew colder and everyone had slight changes to their hero costumes. Everyone walks out and the first thing Izuku smells is the nice fresh breeze. Everyone was escorted around the 'so called area' and they were in pairs along with pro heroes. Izuku was walking with Kirishima, Uraraka, and Asui. Katsuki was also there but he practically hated everyone, almost. Izuku felt his head get all fuzzy and all of a sudden he stops and looks out at a playground. 

     Two kids playing hide and seek but peeping their heads over structures playfully looking at the other. "WATCH OUT!" someone yells and Izuku doges to his side out of instinct and falls on his ass. An orange mist was clouding the area and blue up a bit of the ground. Izuku scrambles up and turns to see someone. A villain?

     "THERE'S THAT FUCKER!" Katsuki yells and everyone was ready to fight. Izuku got in a fighting stance and he charged at them. Just their luck, they had to be the one's to fight this villain. The pro was there distracting him and everyone called for backup. The villain struck the pro to the ground. He then quickly reverted his gaze back to Izuku.

     "Oh shi-" Izuku starts under his breath but time seemed to stop. He blinked and all he could see was him and Katsuki at a carnival catching tiny gold fish. It was the weirdest thing looking at his own memory from another's perspective. Instead of a lucid perspective, he was watching his own memory out of his body. "Come on Kacchan!" the little Izuku says and he encourages his friend to catch one more fish. Katsuki already caught five. Such a try hard-

     "CAUGHT IT!" Katsuki exclaims with glee. The two laugh together and their moms take pictures as they silently banter with each other about their kids. The world around Izuku seems to disappear into dust and the next thing he knows, he is looking at another memory. I don't remember this one: Izuku thinks

     "KACCHAN!" Izuku sees himself buried under rubble. He was yelling at someone. Izuku turns around to see Katsuki laying on the ground with a pole through his chest. Izuku's eyes widen and he feels the tears roll down his face. 

The sight was gruesome and he felt like he could throw up. Izuku watched as someone.. No... All For One walk up to his memory self and say, "This world is now mine, Izuku" And Izuku watches himself get killed. He felt pressure around his whole body as he watched his memory self's body get compressed under concrete. Being buried alive with hard cold concrete must feel like this but ten times worse. The pressure was unbearable and Izuku started having trouble breathing. Izuku starched his chest and reached for his throat. 

       Izuku watched as All For One walk up to Katsuki and turn Katsuki over. Katsuki was barely alive and only had seconds to live. "Hope you enjoyed those pretty screams from him because you'll be a silent death. I wonder which one I will enjoy more..." and with that Katsuki is exploded with the hands of All For One. 

     "NOOO! PLEASE NO! GOD NOO! NOOOO!" Izuku screams and All For One turns to him.

     Izuku's heart stops as All For One was completely still, as a statue. He teleport slowly towards him but was moving faster and faster. Izuku tried to move but he was stuck in place. All For One was in front of Izuku and whispered, "Goodbye kid" in a malicious-menacing voice. Izuku felt pain shoot through his entire body and screamed in pain before he felt his body jerk. He opened his eyes and gasped for breaths. 

     "HE'S ALIVE!" someone yells. He felt as if he was being held by someone. He also felt a gentle hand caress his hair back and cup one side of his face. Izuku looks up to see Katsuki. His face was plain and surprisingly filled with worry. He was scratched up and cut in a few places.

     "Ka-*cough* acchan.." Izuku tries to say but his throat was heavily dry.

     "Dammit Deku! Don't fucking scare me like that..." Katsuki says and Izuku grabs his hand that was still cupped on his cheek.

     "I... I scared you?" Izuku scratched out.

     "Yeah idiot! I just watched you get thrown into a fucking building and you falling ten feet from the ground. Your body was so limp I was certain that you died..." 

     "I saw you die..." Izuku strains out and Katsuki only gives him a confused look. "Today I kept looking around and saw everything we did together as kids. T-then when I see the villain all I saw after was us. The last thing I saw was you getting k-killed by All For One and I couldn't do anything. I couldn't save you, I couldn't move. I COULDN'T-"

     Katsuki brought Izuku in for a long hug and whispered. "I saw All For One Kill you..." Izuku looks at him worried. "I couldn't do anything. I was helpless, on the ground with my leg missing... I'm never going to let that happen. You won't see me die. I won't see you die. That's the last thing I want to see on this planet."

     The two just sit their in each others arms as the fight behind them suddenly dies down. "Let's become heroes together. I promised you that when we were kids."

     Izuku smiles as he hugged Katsuki deeply. "The nostalgia is so real right now..." 

     With that the two boys laughed and never broke the hug.

A/N: Okay, so this was a tab bit rushed but I will probably remake this. I might even make this into a story. I've had this written for awhile and I just added to it because I never got to finish or publish it. It's not the best One-Shot but I needed to post something XD.
