Personally.I think that companies should introduce flexitime system.Firstly,I think introducing flexitime system can help each person learn how to share work with others.Secondly,it is very convenient for staffs such as mother with young childens,people after sick or on short training course.Thirdly,staffs will feel comfortable,they will work better and they will work by all their ability and enthusiasm and the effectiveness of work is higher.So,introducing flexitime system is a good idea.

In my opinion,I think that companies should spen much money entertaining customer.Firstly,it will establish a good relationship with customer and especially potential customers so it helps company’bussiness is developing.Secondly,if companies spend much money entertaining customer,they wii retain company’customers.It will establish good relationship with customer for a long time.Thirdly,it will promote company’reputation about all aspect such as service customers,prestige.Customers will believe in company and company’bussiness is more developing and progress.

If I were a TV programmer,I would have many plan for Tv program.I am planning about Ring Golden Bell program and it will be broadcast next month.Firstly,I plan the main component of program includes introducing,main program,advertising and games.I think introducing will last 5 minutes,the main program lasts 1hour,advertising lasts 10 minutes and game lasts 15 minutes.I will arrange items as:the first is introducing then the main program,following is advertising and final is games.Two persons will be the presenter.they are young male and female and they will be MC.In our program,I plan to interview business personlality who sponpors for program.He is director of a company.

Being a good manager requires a lot of qualities and skills and being a manager also has many advantages and disadvantages.To be a manager ,you will have much power and receive respect from staffs and all in your company.You will be well-known by all other people.In addition,you will get high income when you are a manager.You also have more travel opportunities and build up wide relationship with other people.It helps you very much in your communication and learn more knowlegdes and experiences of other people.But is also has many disadvantages.Being a you manager,you will have little free time and to be under  high pressure.You will easy to get stress.In addition,you must take high responsibility in work.

My company had a negotiation between manager and staffs in last weekend.It discussed work anh salary for staffs.We will have a plan to work with one company’construction.So we will have to work hard to complete contract.Our staffs will wok hard,too.We plan to increase time for working by 2 hours than usual days because of a lot of works.and we will to increase salary for them by 5 %.However,they only agree with us about increasing time for working and don’t agree on salary.They suggested  to increase salary by 7 % and had bonus for persons who make many products.Finally,after 2 hours discussion we decided to increase salary by 6 % and had bonus for persons work hardly.
