They need to plan ahead for their business,that plan is called a business plan. It is said that starting a business without a business plan is like walking through the dark without a flashlight.

To succeed,before starting up a business is to establish a complete business plan.

So I can ask someone.Could you tell us what a business plan is,N.A?

N.A: Firstly,we need to understand what a business plan is. A business plan helps companies focus on immediate needs and future of the businesses. Even for veteran businesses also need to update a business plan to orient the firm development.

A good business plan not only determines the success in transforming the business idea become a reality, but also helps you maintain focus after the success.

Next,about necessity of a business plan. A daily statement of economists and managements as well as business owners is: "If business fails to plan, it Plans to fail"

This statement covers all sense of necessity to establish a business plan.

N.A: Of course, business plans will change depending on specific industries of businesses. Do not provide a general plan and we should make the specific business plan.

+)To create new management tools: The process of preparing a written plan will provide management facilities in the long term benefits for your business. These methods can be used when the plan is updated or developed for other purposes

- No plan before starting up your business can be badly affect your work. There is no the map for you to follow. You will have troubles in working that prevent you from taking chance to be sucessful. In addition, no a business plan, investors will not believe in your business's development, so they will not invest in your business.So without money, your business can not expand production or development in the future.

- Besides that,for poor plan, in any business ventures, poor plan will definitely leads to failure and loss of money from investors. It is extremely important to have a good business plan to help business grow. Most new business fails within few months or years time because of poor planning.So I have the following advice: Review your plan for consistency. Is it coherent? Is it realistic? This is the guide to start up your business. It will help you get what you want. Remember, a little planning will take you a long way.

- Writing a good business plan can't guarantee success, but it can go a long way toward reducing the odds of failure.

L.C: With busy men,It is hard to control everything to do,If you are a busy man or a forgotten man.Why don't you make a plan for you and use "Personal Plan"?

You should make a plan for you and make sure that everything must be done on time! So that you can save your time because You know :"Time is very precious"

The following benefits of having a plan ahead are:

1. Working in the way of plan will get more effect.

2. When we have a plan, we will be positive and catch cleanly necessary works that we have to do therefore in the process of working makes everything easier.

3.Building a effective plan will get lots of the advantages in working.

4.Utilize all available time.

T.D: It spends lots of time on unnecessary things.

Results of work are not perfect.

It is easy to create the pressure for people.

And I have some tips for building a plan:

- You should build a plan at the night.It is very effective because you will be comfortable to sleep and don't care about work tomorrow.Specially,

Sleep will help you to correct the mistakes in a plan.the following day,you will see a perfecter plan.

- You should write down your goals on paper.

I:Yes,you are a student of university so have you ever planned for yourself in studying,Cuong?

V.C:Yes,I did.

- Building a plan ahead is very necessary.

I have been building a study plan,that plan can change if necessity.But specially,I have to comply with proposed plans.

- When I was a student of the high school,I had a personal plan for myself in order to pass important tests.when I started to study at university,I had a new plan in order to helps me to study better.Now,one of my goals is getting a medium licence or a good one when graduating school.Therefore,I will have a good job with a high salary.Building a plan ahead will help me to easily deal with problems.

- For example:to prepare to present my presentation,I often prepare a plan ahead,it helps me to be confident,the presentation will be fluenter and I am confident to answer any question.

- If we don't building a plan ahead in studying or our work,our life will became more difficult when graduating school.

- Review our plans ,if they has some troubles or mistakes,we need to modify them to get perfect plans.
