Shabhana's POV

"Lekin yeh hua kaise? We were so careful (How did this happen? We were so careful)"

"Uska car baahar nehi hai baahar gayi thi tabhi kidnap hui hogi (Her car is missing, she might have gotten kidnapped when she went outside)" Sahil said.

"Par woh ithni raat ko baahar kyu jaayegi? (But why would she go outside so late at night?)" Ishaan asked.

"Kuch hua tha kya kal raat ko? (Did something happened last night?)" Nazneen asked Ayan.

"Ayan abb kya kiya tumne? (Ayan what did you do now?)" Ananya asked angrily.

"Kuch nehi kiya yaar (I didn't do anything)"

"Toh uska kamre main kya kar raha tha tum? (So what where you doing in her room?)" I asked.

"Main bas baat karne gaya tha usse but one thing led to another and.........(I went to just talk to her but one thing led to another and.........)"

"And what?" Sahil asked.

"You slept with her didn't you?" Ananya asked.

"I........."

"I told you I didn't trust this guy" I said.

"Tumeh patha bhi hai tumne kya kiya, Shaadi ho chuki hai uski (Do you even know what you have done, she is married)" Ananya screamed.

"Ya you are right Shaadi ho chuki hai uski patha hai mujeh lekin yeh bhi patha hai ki aise insaan se hua hai jisse woh pyaar nehi karthi (Ya you are right she is married I know but I also know that she is married to someone she don't love)" Ayan said.

"Pyaar ki baat toh tum karo hi mat woh toh tum bhi nehi karthe usse (Don't you dare talk about love even you don't love her)"

"Of course I love her"

"Isliye usko chodkar mere beech pad gaye the na tum (Oh that's why you left her and was after me)"

"I was trying to hurt you not love"

"Wait.........are we pretending like there is a difference?" I asked and Shail chuckled everyone looked at him confused.

"Actually main jaakar Kavya ko doondtha hoo (Actually I will go and look for Kavya)" Sahil said and walked outside.

Ananya sat down holding her head again and started crying.

"Ananya shaant ho jaao hum doondthe hai kavya ko aur main kabhi usko jaanpoochkar hurt nehi karoonga yeh tumko bhi patha hai caahe kithne bhi deny kar lo tum, woh girlfriend se pehele dost hai meri.......(Ananya pleese relax we will find Kavya and I would never intentionally hurt her even you know that no matter how much you deny it, she is my friend before a girlfriend.........)"

"Dost mat kahe usko (Don't you dare call her your friend)" Ananya lashed out and walked out Nazneen went to close the door behind her everyone in the room looked worried. I fished out my phone from my pocket and called my assistant.

"Hello, do teen media walon ko bulalo (Hello, call one or two media people)"

Ayan's POV

I saw Kavya standing on the balcony looking evidently worried as she was trying to call someone.

"Damit" She said as she threw her phone on the floor in frustration.

"Kavya.....tum teek ho? (Kavya.......you okay)"

"Tumeh main teek lag rahi hoo? (Do I look okay?)"

"Tumhari phone ki haalat dekh ke na bolne ka mann kar raha hai 'nehi' lekin cheeze thodne ki tumhara purana aadat hai (Seeing the condition of your phone I want to say 'no' but you have a habit of breaking stuff)"

"Jaise tumhara video camera? (Like your video camera?)"

"Cohod maine tumhare liye sandwich banaya hai kha lena Naaz ne bathaya tumne dinner nehi kiya (Leave it I made a sandwich for you eat it Naaz told me you didn't have dinner)"

I said and started to walk away.

"Ayan wait......." She said.

And I stopped.

"Thank you, hamesha mera khayal rakhne ke liye (Thank you, for always taking care of me)"

"Aur koi nehi hai na khyal rakhne ke liye toh......... (There isn't anyone else to take care of)"

I said and she smiled.

Half an hour later

Kavya's POV

I licked my fingers as I finished eating the sandwich that Ayan made for me. We were sitting on the terrace under the stars it would have been a really romantic moment if we weren't in the most unromantic situation possible.

"Ek baat poocho tumse? Tum Shabhana ka help kyu kar rahi ho? Kyuki usne tumne jaane diya pichle baar? (Can I ask you something? Why are you helping Shabhana? Is it because she let you go last time?)"

"No kyuki usne tumeh jaane diya pichli baar (No because she let you go the last time)" "Aur uski baat tum mujeh codkar chali gayi so it all worked out for the better (and after that you left me so it all worked out for the better)"

Ayan said and I laughed.

"Seriously yeh koi hasne waali baat hai kya? (Seriously is this something to laugh about?)"

"Abb hasi aa rahi hai toh main kya karoo? (Now if I feel like laughing then what am I supposed to do?)"

And then Ayan started laughing.

"Woh.......video camera mera nehi tha waise (that.......video camera wasn't mine by the way)"

"Jaanthi hoo uski wajah se chodkar nehi gayi thi (I know I didn't leave you because of that)"

"Fir kyu chodkar gayi thi? (Then why did you leave me?)"

"Woh tumhari phone peh...............chodo abb farak nehi padtha tum abb woh insaan nehi rahe jisse main chodkar gayi thi bohot badal gaye ho tum (Actually in your phone............leave it, it doesn't matter now you are no longer the person I left you have changed a lot)"

"Toh technically humeh fir se saat main hona caahiye nehi? (So technically we should be together again right?)"

Ayan said and smiled.

"Shayad (Maybe)"

Suddenly his smile vanished and he looked into my eyes my heartrate increased as I became overwhelmed with emotions as I got lost in his eyes he leaned in for a kiss and I close my eyes. But before anything could happen Ishaan's voice brought us back to reality he was talking on his phone.

"Main jaldli waapas aa jaoonga tum figar mat karo (I will come back soon you don't worry)" He said, as he walked left and right he saw us and gave us a smile.

"Mujeh chalna caahiye (I should go)"

I said as I got up abruptly and walked away but only if walking away from my feelings was as easy as that. That night I tossed and turned in my bed wondering what would have happened if I wouldn't have walked away.

Ayan's POV

I stood on the balcony clueless what to do next for a few hours I looked at the sky as I waited for an answer that never came loosing all my hope I walked back inside my tracks automatically stopped as I reached in front of Naazneen and Ishaan's room I peeped inside to see Naaz who was fast asleep Ishaan smiled as he covered her with a blanked and kissed her on the forehead. A small smile appeared on my face a small voice inside me said you could have that too without thinking I walked towards Kavya's room but I froze when I reached in front of her room I just stood there confused what to do next.

Kavya's POV

After feeling incredibly restless I climbed off my bed and without thinking went and opened my door to step outside only to spot Ayan standing there clueless and confused. Without thinking I pulled him close and kissed him I used my leg to close the door as we kissed passionately in that moment I forgot all my problems all the pain, it was like everything else suddenly vanished and we were the only two people in the world only if that was true..........

I felt a sharp pain on my head as I opened my eyes I tried to hold my head only to realize that my hands were tied up to the chair I was sitting on I looked around to realize that I was in a spooky looking cottage and that's when I realized what had happened.

"OH fuck" I said.

Shabhana's POV

"Uski safety tumhari zimedari thi teek hai, aghar usko kuch hua toh uski zimedaad tum hogi samje? (Her safety was your responsibility okay, if anything happens to her you will be responsible do you understand?)" Kartik shouted at me.

"Suno tumhari biwi kho gayi hai tum tode tensed ho main samajthi hoo, lekin main apni tharaf se usse poori security de rahi thi lekin yeh issliye hua kyuki who aadi raat ko bina security ki aur bina mujeh inform kiye baahar gayi thi lekin hum poore koshis kar rahe hai usko doondne ki lekin aapko bhi shaant rehena hoga taki hum hamare kaam teek se kar sake (listen your wife is missing and you are a bit tensed and I understand that but I have been giving her full security from my side but this happened because she went outside in the middle of the night without informing me and without any security but we are trying our best to find her but you have to stay calm so that we could do our work properly)"

"Woh baahar kyu jayegi raat ko? (Why would she go out at night?)"

"Areh woh uski.........(oh that her.........)"

Sahil began but I shushed him which followed by an awkward silence. But that's when we heard someone shouting from outside. We stepped out to investigate only to find a girl shouting at a couple of guys.

"Badla lena caahthi hai who, she wants to take revenge don't you guys get it" She shouted at a few guys.

That's when I saw a familiar face within the crowd.

"Naveen........." I said.
