I know my fantasy and his words were too good to be true....

CHAPTER 9 : TRUSTING THE BADBOY

I can clearly hear the footsteps coming closer and closer and my heartbeat was matching those footsteps and was beating faster and faster 

No Alex ! Think something faster , you will not let them know that it was you , DO SOMETHING FAST ! my inner self was yelling at me 

I removed myself from the secure hold of Jackson and started pacing 

right to left .... 

left to right.... and was planning my escape

"What are you going to do Lex..?" Jackson asked in a soothing manner trying to calm my nerves

At that moment , I don't really know how I managed to get an Idea in that panic state of mind , may be it was due to the tone in which Jackson spoke with me or may be his soothing words or may be our happy and intimate moment , I finally got an escape plan in my mind 

But the biggest loophole in my plan was If I have to escape this gang who are searching for me , I have to reveal a big part of my secret to Jackson ....

But....

Jackson is the schools famous bad boy ... every person talks about his bad boy ways .... but he is nice to me ... Can I trust him enough to reveal a big part of my secret ? 

"Jackson " I called sweetly , even I was shocked by how sweet that tone came out 

"Yes Lex?" he replied observing me intently

"Can I trust you ..?" my sentence was cut short 

"Of course Lexi" his sentence was cut short by me now 

"No Jackson , listen , I know you are nice to me for the reasons unknown to me , but let me be frank here you are the school's well known bad boy , but for some reason I feel like I can trust you , Please be frank , I don't mind whatever your answer will be but know that based on your answer and your honesty my life , our relation everything will change ... So tell me honestly , Can I trust you Jackson to reveal the biggest secret of my life and be confident enough that you will not reveal my secret to any other soul moving on this entire planet?, hurry up I need your help here before they come finding me , I need to escape " I rant and wait and watch his every move intently because may be in case he lies I can may be see through from his features 

"Yes Lexi , You can trust me with your biggest secret and I will not tell anyone I swear " he swore looking directly through my eyes with sincerity laced through every word 

" I trust you Jackson " I smiled a real smile in years feeling so warm and happy for some reason I can't put a finger on

and I swear I saw some emotion flickering through his body 

"Jackson , they are coming close , Please check for any dress or something through this closet and I will try to find a way out "

"Okay " was the only thing he said before started searching the closet and I started searching some way to exit this situation 

They say when you feel like  all doors are closed , Don't loose hope , there will be one door open , You have to just search for it without loosing hope and that door was literally a door from Janitors closet to the backstage where the famous dance competitions were going on.. and they were not some inter school competitons , they were national level competitons , only one student from each state are selected to participate for final national level competition 

I came running back where Jackson was ready catching a blood red off shoulder gown , it was beautiful 

"Jackson , do you have water bottle?" 

"Yeah " he was giving me curious glances 

"Just pour some water in my hand I have to wash my face " I requested him seeing his face for the last time before my secret gets revealed 

"Okay " was all he said but was looking at me intently trying to figure out what am I doing 

and when I started washing my face ,I can feel his intense gaze on me and all of sudden I heard a loud gasp and lifted my face to look at Jackson and heard another loud gasp when he saw me looking at him and I was gifted with the view of Jackson's jaw on the floor and his big eyes were wide taking the view in front of him 

I smiled the real Alexandra's smile not the fake one which I give everyone and he gulped literally and dropped the bottle to the ground.....

well looooong time no see hello everyone 

sorry for late update ,

I was busy writing my final exams 

and hope the part is njot boring 

the next part I am thinking to write half part in Jackson's view other half in Alex's
