Pearl: I have always had a thing for birds 👍🏻

Garnet: Personally, I like dogs and cats.

Pearl: (looks to Garnet)

Garnet: What type of pet?

Pearl: Maaaybe a bird? (doggy eyes)

Garnet: (frowns)
But Pearl they squawk a lot!

Pearl: So does a dog! Have you heard the neighbor's dog next door? That thing howls so much every time the owner leaves!

Garnet: Fine, how about a cat?

Pearl: But isn't that Amethyst's job?

Garnet: (stares at Pearl and chuckles)

Pearl: I heard that Steven's cats are going to have kittens soon! Maybe we can get one!

Garnet: Hmm...

Pearl: Pwease? 💖

Garnet: (thinks about it and decides)
