The police car pulled up into the driveway and as Ronaldo pulls out the keys the lights and engine turns off. The cop who sat in the driver seat, looked over to his chief Garnet who was staring at herself in the car mirror. She put her fingers where the burns were and she slightly flinched in pain. "Pearl really did it this time, she's totally going to get her sweet-butt in jail where she belongs" Garnet thought to herself.

Ronaldo: Chief, we're at you're house now
Garnet: Ah, thanks for your help. I'll see you tomorrow at the station ok?
Ronaldo: Yep
Garnet: (gets out of the car and closes the door behind her)

As the police car drives away in the distance, Garnet makes her way to a small condo and she searches for her keys in her pockets. Unusually, the door opened and Garnet saw her short parents in their saggy pajamas. Ruby, #1 mom, was red with an messy dark brown Afro with a red ribbon wrapping around her head and then Sapphire who was her #2 mom had blond hair with silver streaks due to old age. Sapphire's right eye was blind but her left eye worked perfectly fine.
The two moms rushed over to their daughter and affectionally squeezed her legs due to Garnet being the only one in the family having the tall genes. Sapphire looked up to her daughter with her stable eye and pouted

Sapphire: Dear what happened to your cheek! It's burned!
Ruby: WHAT?! Who did this to you! I'm going to beat the hell out of them!
Garnet: Moms it's fine! (chuckles) Just a little an accident between me and an old friend (walks into the house and closes the door)
Sapphire: I'll go get you an ice pack (goes into the kitchen)

Ruby and Garnet place themselves on the the sofa making a light creak sound due to how old it was.
Garnet: You know I could get you guys's a new sofa. I have enough money to replace it.
Ruby: That won't be necessary. Me and Sapphire like this couch because it reminds us when we first moved here when we got married. Too may memories on this piece of junk (laughs)
Garnet: I remember when I was younger I would jump on the couch and you guys would get so angry with me (laughs)

Sapphire then arrives with an ice packet and places it on her daughter's cheek. Garnet winces at the blazing sensation but uses her own hand to place it where it burned. Sapphire settled right next to Ruby and looked at her child. ,
Sapphire: Her burn will heal soon. Garnet you should get some rest you look tired.
Garnet: Yes ma (kisses her moms cheeks and goes upstairs to her room)

Ruby and Sapphire cuddle together

Ruby: Who do you think was that "old-friend" she was talking about?
Sapphire: (knows) Pearl...
Ruby: Great, so our daughter is in love with a criminal?
Sapphire: Hey, you were pretty bad too when you were younger (chuckles)
Ruby: Haha we were both terrible!

The two laugh and peck each other on the cheek

Later that night...

Pearl had her hammer and knife and was moving the old glass panes so she could get into the condo. She did it as quietly possible because she wanted to suprise her sweet delusional Garnet. When all the glass was out of the way, Pearl stabs the criss-cross cloth to make an entrance for herself. She pokes her head through to see what room she was in. Pearl saw that she was in the living room and she slowly crawled out. She looked at the pictures that layed near the lamp and she saw a framed photograph that showed Ruby, Sapphire and Garnet smiling in front of the house. It was so long since Pearl had seen Garnet's parents. She remembered that when Garnet and her were dating, she was introduced to her family.

Pearl: (thinks) Things were pretty serious between us...(snaps out of her thoughts) Focus Pearl! Just find Garnet and go!

The criminal creeps up the stairs and into the dark hallway. Pearl then realized there was two doors and she face palmed. Now how was she going to know which one didn't contain a set of pissed off parents coming after her.

Pearl: (curses silently) There's always a way, must be a way... (tries to remember which was Garnet's room back when they "studied" in her room during high school)

Pearl finally realized which one is her room and grabs the door knob and turns it quietly. As she peeked through, she saw Garnet standing over her with her arms crossed.

Pearl: 💩!

Garnet grabs the collar of Pearl's leather jacket and pulls her into the room before she could escape. The cop pins down Pearl on the floor and cuffs her own hand with Pearl's so she couldn't escape her this time. Pearl couldn't yell because she knew if she did Garnet's parents would wake up and beat the life out of her. Pearl was trapped, and this time she couldn't run away. She then realized she was shackled to Garnet and she became more outraged.
Pearl: What the hell! Who handcuffs people to each other!
Garnet: That doesn't matter Pearl! This time you can't escape from me! You're going to explain!
Pearl: (spits at her face) I'm not going to do anything for you!
Garnet: (wipes) You owe me!
Pearl: What do I even owe you!
Garnet: (scoffs) Let's see, you left me without saying goodbye, you splashed coffee on me and you spit in my face!
Pearl: (gives middle finger) Shut-up! You were asking for it!
Garnet: (gets off Pearl and sits on the mattress)

Pearl joins her and tries to get the shackles off but it was no use. Garnet glanced at her and grinned which made Pearl infuriated.

Pearl: You should let me go! If you don't , you're getting another bruise on the cheek of yours!

Garnet: I just what to talk Pearl! Can we have a regular conversation like we used to!
Pearl: ....What about? (gives in)
Garnet: ...Where did you go?
Pearl: Somewhere far away
Garnet: That's not what I meant!
Pearl: Why does it even matter to you! It happened 4 years ago!
Garnet: Because I loved  you Pearl! I still love you even after all that you've done to me....
Pearl: (blushes hard) ...Me?
Garnet: Yeah, even after you left I didn't date anyone else. After I graduated, I became a police so I could find more information about you so that I could figure out where you've been!
Pearl: Stalker much?
Garnet: Shut-up (teasingly nudges Pearl)

   They sat their laughing and giggling until Pearl became tense when she had to reply to Garnet's question

Pearl: (sigh) If I told you, it'd just cause more trouble...
Garnet: Try me (scoots closer to Pearl's face)
Pearl: Get me out of these cuffs and I'll tell you everything
Garnet: (hesitates) But you'll try to leave me again! You're going to break my heart and I don't want that! I want you to stay here with me...

Pearl leans in then grabs the sleeves of Garnet's shirt and pulls her into a smooch. She grazes Garnet's lips and forcefully pushes her closer. The police loses herself and falls on top of Pearl and they make-out.

(I'm going to skip the make-out session because I'm a teenager and writing this lovey-dovey stuff is GROSS, sorry)

Garnet's eyes open and let's in the sunshine through her window. She grumbled and buried her face into her pillow. Garnet then realized Pearl was sleeping in her arms shivering. She pulled Pearl closer to her body and Pearl embraced her.

Garnet's MIND:
Oh 💩! Did we- we have.... (remembers last night) No we didn't thank goodness! That would of been awkward waking up to in the morning. (looks down at her hands) Wait I uncuffed her last night and she didn't leave! She- she loves me! Pearl Stone Water still cares about me! 

Pearl's eyes shot right open and she sits up in a rush. She accidentally bumped Garnet's chin with her head and Pearl turns around swiftly.

Pearl: Wh-what time is it?!
Garnet: (rubs her chin and looks at the clock on the wall) It's 10:20, why?
Pearl: 💩! Connie and Amethyst are probably worried sick! (gets up and puts on her leather jacket) 
Garnet: Wait, Pearl!
Pearl: Hm? (turns to Garnet)
Garnet: Are we dating again?
Pearl: (walks over to Garnet and kisses her lips) What do you think? (Walks toward window) I'll see you later officer ( jumps out the open window)

Garnet: Damn, she's so hot (touches her lips) ...and kissable!
