Omen avoided the team on Sunday, Batman had called him three times and Omen had hacked into the systems after the first call. After seeing that the team didn't have a mission he didn't go to the mountain and ten minutes later Batman called him again. Omen picked up the phone, "Sup tall dark and broody?"

Batman didn't sound happy, "Where are you?"

"Home, Night and I are currently watching a movie, what's up with you?"

"Why aren't you at the mountain?"

"Because I know for a fact that the team doesn't have a mission and I'm still pissed at you."

Omen heard someone grab the phone, well it's kind of a phone, Omen made it so it wasn't the same thing. "Dude, what happened to you?" Kid Flash asked while sounding a bit panicked

"You'll have to be more specific, a lot of things have happened."

Someone else took the phone, "Why didn't you show up, you nearly gave some of us heart attacks." Artemis shouted at him. Omen had to hold the phone away from his ear when he heard her voice on the other end of the phone.

"Ow, like I told Batman, I'm still pissed, plus I have no reason to be at the mountain since I am not needed for anything."

The phone was taken once again, "Are you okay, your not hurt are you?" Megan asked with concern in her voice.

Omen rolled his eyes, "Only my ears thanks to the young archer." Omen soon heard people saying that they wanted the phone back and what have you, Omen rolled his eyes before he pressed a button, "Geez, I didn't think you'd miss me this much."

The fighting suddenly stopped and Aqualad spoke, "Who pressed the speaker button?"

"I did, I made these things after all, I know how the hell they work."

Superboy spoke next, "So why are you mad?"

"I have a list of reasons as to why I'm mad, now enjoy the sound of Doctor Spencer Reid screaming in your ear." Omen pressed a button that he had been dying to use and the audio from an episode of Criminal Minds played. The audio was from season seven episode four when Reid had played a prank on Morgan.

Omen hacked into the security cameras and watched as Batman ended the call, Omen called Superboy's phone. "Hello-" the audio began to play again and Omen laughed as Superboy pulled it away from his ear and tried to end the call. It was on speaker so everyone could hear it, Batman turned it off after a few seconds and Omen hacked into the intercoms.

This time Omen's pre-recorded voice came on, "We interrupt your regularly scheduled leisure time to bring you an important message. Never piss of an intelligent ghost that knows how to hack because I have a history of going nuclear, now enjoy the sound of even more screaming." The audio played once again and it continued until Batman managed to shut off the intercoms after several minutes.

Omen laughed a little and smirked as he closed his laptop and played the movie he had been watching. Some time later he got a call, it was his little bird, "Hello lucky Robin."

"Do I even need to ask why your mad?"

"Nope, I already told you, I'm pissed and I don't want to deal with their bullshit right now."

Omen could hear the amusement in Robin's voice, "Just don't stay mad for too long."

Omen smiled, "I won't, at least I'm not mad at you."

Robin laughed a little, "I'll talk to you later okay?"

Omen's smile widened, "Yeah, see you then." Omen hung up and he grabbed his laptop to do some work, he was going to do this, even if it killed him. After a few hours it was time to meet his little bird, Night was asleep so he just teleported and he sat on the bench in the park.

A few minutes later Robin appeared and Omen smiled, "Hello little bird."

Robin smiled at the old nickname, "Hey." Robin sat down and held Omen's hand, "So what have you been doing while ignoring the team?"

"I watched a movie and did some work, it's still pissing me off that I haven't gotten very far."

"You never told me what you were working on, you barely even mentioned it to the others."

Omen wondered if he should tell Robin about what he was doing, he eventually decided to tell him, he didn't want to hide things from his little bird. "I'm looking for the White Organization, they're doing god knows what right now and I hate thinking about it."

Robin hugged him, "If anyone can find them it's you, just don't do anything stupid, I'd like you to stay alive this time."

Omen smiled, "Well I'm already half dead but I promise to come back as alive as I am now."

Robin rolled his eyes and kissed Omen, "You better." Omen smiled, no matter how sad he was Robin was always able to make him smile, Omen really did love his little bird.

*The next day*

Omen woke up and wondered if he could get away with never going to school again, he didn't like it. He would just stay home but he had a reason to go, he was worried about his little bird. If the rest of the jocks on the football team decided to get them back for getting their friends in trouble he had to protect his little bird.

Omen got up and grabbed Night who was sleeping with him in his room, she meowed when he picked her up. Omen smiled before he got ready to go to school and he teleported, he had contacted Batman about Night. He said he couldn't go to school and leave her alone so Alfred agreed to take care of her, Batman also demanded that he go home with Richard.

Batman was still angry that Omen hadn't told him he was being bullied, he wanted to press charges but he and Robin had talked him out of it. Omen appeared in the mansion and he saw the three occupants of the manor within seconds. Omen did a two fingered salute, "Sup broody bat, super spy, lucky bird?"

Alfred raised an eyebrow, "Super spy?"

Omen smirked, "I come up with nicknames for most of the people I know, be glad that yours isn't an insult."

Alfred looked at the two heroes, "Does he really have nicknames for others?"

The two nodded and Bruce quietly sighed, "He has multiple nicknames for me." Omen had to stop himself from laughing at Bruce's and Alfred's faces, it was hilarious.

Omen put Night down and she sat down next to him, "Well then, I think I'll be leaving Night here now, hurry up young hero." That was another part of the deal, Omen had to bring Richard to school while Alfred took care of Night. Richard walked over to Omen and the half dead teen tossed Bruce a small bag before he teleported.

Omen transformed once they appeared near the school and Richard kissed his cheek. "Just promise me that you'll tell me if something happens."

Danny smiled, "I'll tell you anything little bird." Richard smiled and the two walked the short distance to school, they were almost on school grounds when three guys saw them.

The three walked up to them and Danny immediately got ready for a fight, it didn't look like it but he was waiting for an attack. One guy laughed, "Looks like the loser and the gypsy are gay freaks."

Richard was going to say something but Danny beat him to it, "Wow, I would have thought that you could come up with better insults then that. If your looking for a fight then I'll gladly give you one, just don't come crying to me when you lose."

The guys stuttered before he found his words, "What? Unless you want to die I'd suggest you shut your mouth."

Danny smirked, "If you think that you can beat me then I encourage you to try. You won't win though, plenty of people have tried and none have succeeded, take your best shot kid." Danny's eyes were cold and intimidating, the air seemed to get colder as he spoke, his words were calm and terrifying.

As Danny said the last part he cracked his knuckles and the three took a few steps back. The guys quickly ran away and the air went back to it's normal temperature as Danny's eyes regained the warmth Richard always saw in them. Danny sighed as he ran a hand through his hair, "Well that was interesting."

The two walked into the school and they stopped at Richard's locker before stopping at Danny's and going to class. Danny didn't listen to what the teacher was saying at all, he was just bored as hell at the moment. Danny felt his burns flare up and he tensed ever so slightly and he waited for the pain to pass.

Richard noticed him tense and he got worried, he was glad that they sat next to each other, he passed Danny a note. Danny looked at it and he read it, 'Are you okay?' Danny had to stop himself from smirking, he grabbed a pen and wrote his answer before passing it to Richard.

'I'm fine, my burns just hurt a little.'

Richard frowned before he wrote his response and passed the note back, 'Don't hurt yourself.'

Danny smiled a little, 'I won't, don't worry about me little bird.' Richard was still worried but he couldn't do much about it at the moment, school tended to get in the way of that.
