  JACK HARPER WAS ALWAYS A DELINQUENT , he grew up Cobra Kai and eventually, John Kreese became a father figure to him. When Johnny Lawrence lost against Daniel LaRusso, he took that as the opportunity to step up to the plate and became the mans star student. Then, eventually, the Cobra Kai empire fell but the two never stopped planning.

When Cleo was born from a one night stand, the woman left Jack alone with her immediately after giving birth. She couldn't deal with his behavior, or raising a newborn baby. This left poor Cleo to have the words show no mercy beaten into her over and over again.

When Cobra Kai opened back up, Cleo was sent to be John's watch dog and when Miguel won against Robby, he figured it was time to join her in the dojo. Now, she has to face her options, be loyal to Johnny's Cobra Kai, or Kreese's Cobra Kai. Which would be the toughest decision she would ever make.

Was she the bad guy? Or misunderstood hell, maybe she was both.
