"GIRLFRIEND!!" Jin's dad exclaimed. "My son has a girlfriend?! OH MY GOD, THIS IS BIG!!"

I chuckled at his silliness.

"Dad," Jin said with an embarrassed face. "Please keep it low." He said softly.

"Of course, son!" His dad finally calmed down. "Sorry, I just became a little too happy."

"Ah, it's okay sir." I smiled.

"Sir? No No No No," he denied. "Call me appa."

"A-Appa?" My eyes widened up.

Flashback

"A-APPA!!" I screamed on top of my lungs.

"I am sorry, my Hyejin." He showed me a face full of regret and sadness.

"Woori?" Jin shook me.

"Woori?" I asked. Oh wait! "Oh Y-Yeah! I am Woori, I am sorry." I apologised and his father chuckled.

"It's okay, dear." He said. "Anyways, have dinner with us tonight?" He asked me.

"Yeah that's a great idea!" Jin exclaimed.

"I-I don't know.." I hesitated.

"Say yes!" Both of them exclaimed in unison.

I gave them a hesitatant smile.

"O-Okay." I said.

"Our plan is working fine till now." I said to Jin while walking with him towards his room. "Your dad seems to like me."

Dinner still had an hour so Jin decided to show me a tour of his house, which I didn't object. It's better if I see what all there is in his house. It might be helpful in the future.

"Yeah, our plan sure is working but.." Jin took a pause. "Hyejin, I don't want to do this." He stopped walking and looked at me with sad eyes.

I didn't say anything but just looked back at him.

"If my dad has hidden those documents, then it is for a good cause. I believe in him a lot, Hyejin." He said.

Believe? Sure.

"Just start walking already." I said as I started walking in front of him, totally ignoring him. I heard him sigh and began walking too.

We soon reached at his room. When he opened it, I was in shock. I entered his room with hesitation.

"You rich brat! How luxurious life have you lived?!" I exclaimed.

"This has been my life since the day I was born." He said, nonchalantly.

This explains why he didn't want to sit in the cardboard box.

I rolled my eyes as I sat on his bed. But wait, it's so soft!

I jumped again on it.

"Dude! It's so soft!" I exclaimed as I kept jumping on it.

"Keep jumping on it, I like the view." He chuckled as he looked at my chest.

I got off the bed and punched Jin on his chest hardly.

"I told you to not flirt with me, I am not your real girlfriend!" I exclaimed and he chuckled.

"Yes, I know." He laughed.

Stupid, idiot, asshole,...I cursed him with all the words I knew from the curse kingdom.

"You see, this is the first time I am introducing my dad to a girlfriend. This is why he got so excited." He said.

"Ookay?" I said. Why is he telling me this?

"Well, Hyejin." He sat on the bed. "My dad told me this when I was in middle school. He told me to make as my girlfriends as I wanted, but he told me to introduce him to the one I had planned to marrying." He said.

"Wait," My eyes widened. "You dad thinks that you want to marry me?" I asked him.

"Yeah, that is why he got this excited." He said nonchalantly again.

"Dude, I am not marrying you!" I exclaimed.

"But before that, I should be convinced to marry you, shouldn't I?!" He exclaimed.

"Now that's offending." I said with a poker face.

"My ideal type is someone who has a puppy face, and you surely don't have one." He said.

"Why not just marry a golden retriever then?" I asked him.

"I'd love to, but I would want to have human kids after marriage." He said and I almost puked. I just imagined him having sex wit—nevermind.

"Soooo..." I looked around his room. He had a lot of stuff toys for some reason. I grabbed one of them. "You like stuff toys?" I asked him.

"Yeah, they are so cute!" He exclaimed and I chuckled. Should I find this cute?

I stopped smiling when my attention caught a stuffed unicorn sitting on Jin's study table. I went towards it and held it. This is...

Flashback

"Happy birthday, my sweet little baby." My mom and dad said and handed me over a box.

"Yay! Presents!" I exclaimed.

I tore the gift wrapping agressively and opened the box.

"A unicorn!!" I exclaimed. "It's so beautiful!"

"Unicorns spread happiness. This will keep you happy at all times." My dad said.

"Thank you eomma and appa!" I said as I hugged them.

End of Flashback

"You have been staring at that since 5 minutes, Hyejin." Jin stated and I snapped out.

"Huh? Oh this.." I took a glance at it again.

"Did you have one of these too?" He asked me.

"Yes." I said as I smiled. "My parents gave it to me as my 9th birthday gift. That was the happiest day of my life." I said.

"Ahh I see." He replied. "Do you still have it?" He asked me. I don't remember where with is now.

I shook my head. "It got destroyed." I lied.

"How?" He asked me.

"M-My little brother peed all over it." I said the first that popped up into my mind. Wait, did I even have a little brother?

"You could have washed it though but nevermind." He said.

He has had a bright life.

I smiled.

"Let's go out now, shall we?" I asked him as I grabbed his hand and started walking out of his room.

"Huh? But why?" He asked me.

"I wanna see more of your house." I said. The more I see, the better it is.

We were at the dinner table. Me, Jin, his dad and his mom were sitting on the chairs of the dining table while the food was getting served to us. Wow, this is formal.

"Jinnie! Why didn't you tell me that you had your girlfriend over?!" Jin's mom scolded Jin.

"Ahh sorry mom, I just wanted to introduce Woori to appa first." Jin showed his mom an apologetic smile while his dad smirked at Jin's mom. Now that is rude. His dad is going to get some after the dinner.

"Anyways," Jin's mom looked at me with a smile. "Where are you from?" She asked me.

"Ah, I am from Daegu." I replied back.

"Daegu?! Two of my band members are also from Daegu!" Jin exclaimed. Everybody gave him a questionable look while I glared at him.

"Jin, isn't she your girlfriend?" His dad asked him.

"Yes Jinnie, you should already know where she is from!" Jin's mom exclaimed and looked at me. "Do you know where Jin is from?" She asked me and I nodded.

"Yes, he is from Seoul. His dad, which mean Mr. Kim was born in Gwacheon but was brought up in Seoul." I said.

"That very great!" Jin's dad exclaimed. "Look Jin! She knows everything about you! But you don't even know where she belongs from." He scolded Jin. Oops.

Jin's P.O.V.

Honestly, appa scolding me in front of Hyejin is very embarrassing. And he doesn't even know that Hyejin has done a fully packed research on our family! I barely know her full name and I don't even know her age!

"So Woori darling, what is your age?" My mom asked Hyejin.

"20 years old." She answered. Okay well, now I know her age.

While my parents were still asking Hyejin some irreverent questions, I took a glance at the clock. Its 7:50, which means that it's going to come soon.

As soon as the needles of the clock struck 8, Hyejin's phone started ringing.

"Oh, if you'd excuse me." She said and got up from her table to answer her call.

My parents looked at me with proud eyes.

"I like her." My mom said.

"Me too." My dad followed. "You have made a good choice, my son!" My dad exclaimed. At that point of time, something in my heart shuttered down. I am sorry appa but she is the one who is going to steal tonight from our house.

"Haha thanks appa." I said.

Hyejin came back soon.

"Sorry if I consumed time," she showed an apologetic smile. "My mom and dad have to leave Seoul because it's urgent. They will come back tomorrow though."

Her acting is really good. It's even better than my look—no Jin! Your looks are the best!

"Oh, then where will you stay for the night Woori?" My mom asked.

"Umm..I don't know.." she said. "Maybe a hotel?" She said.

"No, that is not acceptable." My dad said strictly.

"You will be staying here." My mom said.

"No, it's really okay. I can manag-" She got cut off by dad.

"Since you are Jin's girlfriend, it is our duty to make sure that you are safe. Stay here tonight." My dad said.

"Bu—" They again cut her off.

"No buts!" They both said in unison.
