Tonight is Thursday Night Smackdown, and I have a match against Rusev.. Last Monday on Raw, we confronted each other and it turned into an all-out brawl.. Our match at the Royal Rumble is not just any normal match, it's personal.. I jumped out of my thoughts when I felt a hand on my shoulder.. I looked up and saw Nikki standing there. "What are you thinking about?" I chuckled and grabbed her hand.. "I'm thinking about last week." She nodded "Yea, me too.. I'm also worried about tonight." "Why?" "Why? Because you have a match with Rusev tonight, and we both know that many does not fight fair or clean for that matter.. I think you should let me go out there tonight and be in your corner." I got off my couch and kissed her forehead before walking to the door.. "Nice try babygirl.. But no." She grabbed my arm before I could leave "Roman, please.. I feel like something bad is about to happen and I don't want to see that." I lifted her chin and pecked her lips "Hey, everything is going to be fine." She let go of my arm and I walked to the gorilla. The stage manager played my music and I walked out.. My attention completely in this match.. Next thing you know, I get clobbered to the ground.. I felt someone grab me by the vest and throw me down through ramp.. I grabbed onto the apron to try and find my balance.. I got to my feet and saw Rusev charging at me.. I moved out of the way and he slammed into the ring apron.. I tried hitting him back with massive shots but he kicked me hard in the stomach... He slammed me into the steel steps.. He picked me up and put me in the ring.. We both looked at the stage as Nikki's music played.. A few seconds later, Carmella walks out dragging a defenseless Nikki Bella out.. I was too beat to even roll out of the ring. Carmella grabbed Nikki and slung her into the barricade.. Nikki fell to the floor and Carmella stomped on her over and over again.. "Not so tough now are you nikki?!" She picked her up and dragged her to the announce table banging her head off the table.. She dragged Nikki back in and hit Nikki with a Bella Buster. Nikki grabbed her neck in pain.. I watched as they both walked backstage.. I looked over at Nikki, worried that she might be badly hurt.

I crawled over to her and helped her sit up .. "Babygirl you alright?" She looked at me with sad eyes. "I'm okay."
