"Y/N, I'm so sorry." Sunmi states.

You merely sigh as you can't help but not be angry at her. How would she have known? She didn't even set you and Changbin up together. All she did was encourage you to go on a speed dating session. You're the one who chose him.

And that's not even your fault either. How would you have known he was cheating on his boyfriend or... for a lack of better words, 'guy he's talking to?'

You wouldn't have known. You blindly assumed everyone there was single. You naively thought that only single people would show up there, completely forgetting about the fact that there are some people who are unfaithful. There were probably other men from that night who might've been married and just didn't wear their ring or bring up the fact.

"That's your fifteenth time apologizing. Again, I chose him. All you did was make me go to the speed dating session. You didn't do anything wrong." You respond while looking over at her. Her hands are tightly gripping onto the steering wheel as she shakes her head.

"Yeah but that's the point. You wouldn't have met him if I didn't make you go to that." She states.

"Listen, if we thought like that about every single decision or bad thing that happened in our lives, we would be stuck living in the past." You respond. "For example, what if I didn't choose the salad at lunch and instead ate a burger. Maybe I wouldn't have met Changbin then either. Do you see how ridiculous you sound?" you question.

She laughs at the example that you use to make her feel better.

"Okay, fine. You win, I'll drop it." She states. "Just can't believe the boyfriend tried fighting you."

This is what causes you to laugh.

"Yeah, well I got lucky that the motorcycle guy from last time showed up." You state.

Sunmi comes to a stop as the light turns red. Taking advantage of the red light, her head snaps in your direction as she stares over at you with shock present in her facial expressions.

"I'm sorry, what?" she questions. "Wait a second, is that who was on that motorcycle that drove off when I found you?" you nod.

"Luckily for me, motorcycle guy AKA Taehyung showed up." You state. "He was at the museum himself and was in the same room as me and intervened when the boyfriend was about to hit me."

"Well, damn. His helmet was already on so I didn't get to see what your knight in shining armor looked like. What did he do to intervene?" she questions.

"He lied and said that he was my boyfriend as well and made the couple think he was going to scold me or something for cheating on him as well. That way the boyfriend figured I was already getting my karma for dating his man." You state.

Her jaw is practically on the floor for a few seconds before she smiles widely.

"Oh my gosh, talk about good luck." She states before shaking her head. "You're pretty damn lucky he was there. The fact that a grown ass man was about to fight you is terrifying." She states.

"I know, I literally think my life flashed before my eyes when he was stomping at me, ready to fight." You state. "He even slut-shamed me. Like hello? Blame your boyfriend, not the girl with him unless you know the girl is aware that he's in a relationship. How the fuck would I know he wasn't single?"

"Right? Why do they always target the girl?" she questions before taking her foot off of the brake and stepping on the gas when the light turns green. "They always assume we know that they're cheating and like it or something. Hello, majority of women aren't like that." You nod in agreement.

You two continue to drive back to the university in silence after having that discussion.

Once arriving at your dorm, you two walk in to see Seulgi already waiting for you two.

She smiles eagerly when she sees the two of you.

"Ah! There's my girls!" she states before stepping towards you two. "I brought some food so we can chow down while talking about how your date went." She says while holding up two plastic bags filled with food containers.

You look at Sunmi. Sunmi looks over at you.

The look you give her is a look that says 'do I tell her or is she going to make fun of you for the rest of your life for this date?'.

The look she gives you is a 'should we tell her?' kind of look.

Seulgi immediately senses the stares and lets her arms fall back to their normal place at her sides. She loosely holds the bags in her hands now. Her head tilts to the side, a smug smirk on her face now.

"Okay, the fact that you two can't even say anything means it's definitely a date worth telling about." She responds.

You sigh softly before nodding your head.

"Oh, yeah. You'll get a kick out of this one." You state before stepping towards your front door. Placing your key into the keyhole, you unlock the door.

Seulgi steps aside to let you unlock the door. Her smirk widens at your words and she looks over at Sunmi.

"Ah, on a scale of ten being the best date ever and a five being the date I set her up on, where are you on the scale?" she questions.

"A two." Sunmi answers without hesitation.

"I could argue one." You state before stepping inside of the dorm, allowing the two to follow you into the room. This causes Seulgi to laugh now. You immediately start taking your shoes off and putting your bag and everything down on the bed before sitting down.

Sunmi closes and locks the door behind her as she steps in and Seulgi immediately sits down at your desk near your bed, turning the rotating chair in your direction.

"Okay, from start to finish, I need to hear everything." She states while starting to take out the food from the plastic bags.

"Food first, story after." You respond immediately.

"Food and story at the same time." She compromises.

"Deal." You respond. She grins before scotting the chair a little closer to you to hand you your container. You thank her and immediately start digging into your food. She then hands Sunmi her food and the three of you eat while you tell the story.

You're now at the café the next morning, getting a coffee to wake yourself up for class soon.

As you wait in line to place your order, you glance around the coffee shop. It's a little emptier today with the exception of a few students sitting at the tables, already cramming for their own exams.

You place your order and then stand aside to wait for it.

After about a minute, your order is ready and you reach for the cup. Making your way towards the exit, you let out a soft sigh.

Another boring day of class.

However, while on your way out, someone tries opening the door while you're opening it. This causes you to be pushed backwards, losing your balance for a second. You gasp, trying to gain your balance once again. Thankful that your coffee didn't spill, you're relieved.

However, that only lasts a few seconds before you're angry.

"The door is clear for a fucking reason." You mouth out to the person who pushed you. "Pay attention." You order.

After saying this, you look up at the person with narrowed eyes.

"Oh shit." Your eyes widen at how deep his voice is. It reminds you of Taehyung's. "I'm sorry, I'm late for work and wasn't fully paying attention. My bad."

He has silver hair that's pushed back out of his face. He's wearing some smokey eyeshadow and a lip tint.

You bite onto your lower lip as you see this man.

"Well... watch where you're going next time." You respond, not wanting to fully back down but also growing intimidated by this man based on his voice alone. He laughs softly before nodding his head.

"Okay." He states. "My apologies..." his voice drifts off as he subtly asks for your name.

"Y/N." You finish his sentence for him.

"Y/N." he states before nodding his head. He then places his hand on his chest, gesturing to himself. "Felix."

"So, what's your job that's so important that you're not seeing through clear doors?" you tease.

"I work in song writing." He states. You nod your head.

"Ah... professionally or are we talking SoundCloud rapper type of thing?" He laughs loudly before shaking his head.

"Professionally. Outside of my studies, that is." He points towards the university. "I study music at the university a few minutes from here."

"I go there as well. I study architecture." You respond. He nods his head.

"Well, I guess I'll be seeing you around campus sometime then." He states before stepping forward, moving past you. He then glances back at you with a charming smile on his face. "That is, unless you'd like to see me sooner for a date?" he questions.

You tilt your head to the side before giving him a smile. You nod your head.

"Yeah, I'd like that." You respond.

"There's this really cool festival coming up... would you like to go with me?" he questions. You nod your head.

"Sure, that sounds fun." He nods his head before smiling. "What type of festival is it?"

"Music festival. You know, similar to the large ones that are always going on around the world. Like that." He states. You nod before taking a sip of your coffee.

"Cool, yeah I've been to some of those." You state.

"Sweet! Well, here's my number." He states. "We can text more about it since we both seem to be in a rush right now." You nod your head and take the small piece of paper from him.

You then make your way out of the café, giving him one last smile before stepping outside.

Once outside, you look down at the card with his number on it.

Lee Felix – songwriter for Brave Entertainment

You smile softly before tucking the phone number into your pocket and going back to your car to go to your class.
