"Alright, ready to get your ass handed to you?" Taehyung questions as he looks over at you with an arched eyebrow and a smirk on his face. This causes you to narrow your eyes at him while pulling the helmet off of your head.

Once it's off your head, you lean all of your body weight onto one hip as you rest the helmet on your other side. Taehyung remains seated on the motorcycle.

"Are you ready to get your ass handed to me?" you question.

"Hm, no, I'm not a fan of pegging." He jokes while staring over at you, licking his lips. This causes you to break character, letting out a laugh. You then reach over and smack his arm. "Ow! Now, BDSM... that I wouldn't mind trying." A joke is the only way he's able to respond to this action. You merely laugh again before rolling your eyes.

"Well, lucky for you, I like a little light choking." You joke back. He arches an eyebrow and merely smirks up at you.

"Are we still telling jokes here or are you really into that?" he asks while slightly scraping his upper teeth along his lower lip. Your smile slowly fades as you lick your lips.

"That's for you to find out..." you respond. This causes him to reach over to you, hooking his thumbs into the belt loops of your jeans as he pulls you towards him. You stumble forward slightly before quickly regaining your balance as you stand directly in front of him. "Eventually." You finish, your voice barely coming out as a whisper. Taehyung merely smiles before letting go of your belt loop with one hand.

His hand then slowly reaches up for your face. His hand gently caresses your hand before he uses his thumb to glide along your lower lip. You swallow, feeling a lump forming in your throat. He then uses his hand to pull your face close to his.

You slightly lean down, seeing as he's still seated on the bike.

He tilts his head back slightly to let his lips reach yours. He gives you a tender, gentle kiss. Letting out a pleased sigh into the kiss, he slowly pulls away.

"That'll be worth the wait, baby." His deep voice sends shivers down your spine. The feeling of his touch on your face causes your body to heat up. He then merely smirks up at you as he sees the way you remain speechless after kissing him. "That should be enough of a distraction for laser tag." He mumbles.

Upon instinct, you widen your eyes and smack his chest lightly.

"Hey! You dick, if you think that's going to make it easier for you to win, you're mistaken." You respond. He then laughs before standing from his motorcycle. Once he sets his helmet onto the motorcycle along with yours, he walks towards you before wrapping his arm around your waist. He leads the way towards the laser tag venue with a wide grin on his face.

Upon entering the place, you see people of various ages running around the dark room with neon, glow-in-the-dark lights sprinkled all over the wall.

"Hey! Get back here!" you hear a little girl yell. While you hear this, you see a little boy running towards you both. You manage to get out of the way but Taehyung isn't able to.

The little boy runs head-first into Taehyung's leg. This causes Taehyung to let out a sound out of shock before he looks down at the boy. The boy's eyes widen as he quickly realizes he's going to get in trouble.

"I'm so sorry, mister. She was-" he pointed backwards at the little girl who was yelling. She's still a decent distance away from the boy. Taehyung interrupts the boy by smiling and crouching down so he's eye-to-eye with the young child.

"That's okay." Taehyung says, his deep voice coming out soothing and relaxing. "But be careful, okay? You didn't get hurt too badly from running into me, did you? Your head's okay?"

The little boy nods.

"Y-yeah, I'm okay." He responds. Taehyung smiles his signature boxy smile.

"Good. Just be careful. You don't want to accidentally get hurt." Taehyung says. The boy nods before he quickly goes to run.

However, he's too late and the girl catches up, shooting him up close with a proud smile on her face.

"Ha! Got you." The little boy begins pouting and whining while Taehyung and you watch the interaction.

"That's not fair! You only got me because I ran into that guy! We need a do-over." The boy argues.

Their little argument continues and you two watch them with smiles on your faces. Taehyung then makes eye contact with you and nods his head towards the area where you pay for the laser gun, goggles, safety equipment, and pay for the session. You nod and walk with him towards it before you bring up the topic of kids.

"You were pretty good with that little boy." You state. "You're really patient." Taehyung merely shrugs before scratching the back of his neck.

"I love kids. He didn't mean to bump into me and he apologized right away." He says before glancing back at the little girl and boy. "I was more worried about him falling over or hurting his head when he bumped into me." This causes you to smile up at him as he says this.

That's one of the most attractive traits in a partner: being good with children. It's very easy to lose your temper around a child when they're misbehaving. However, when someone can refrain from yelling or scolding a child or can manage to punish the child without being so rude to the child, it's a trait that makes them perfect long-term.

"Hi, we'd like to do an hour of laser tag." Taehyung says, interrupting you from your thoughts.

You hadn't even realized that you made it to the counter.

"What colors would you like for your lasers?" the employee asks. Taehyung glances over at you.

"I'll have the purple one." You say while smiling. Taehyung glances over at you before he smiles.

"I'll do the green." Taehyung states. The employee gets you the equipment and tells both of you were to go and how to start the game.

As you're both getting your safety gear on, he looks over at you before smiling softly.

"You like purple?" he questions. This causes you to look up at him before nodding your head.

"Yeah, I love it." You say before licking your lips. "Why?"

"That color's a special color." He states before tilting his head to the side. "How about we add that to our vocabulary?" This causes you to furrow your eyebrows at him.

"What do you mean?"

"We could have it mean something... just between us." He states while grinning over at you. "It could mean something like 'I care about you.'"

"So... we'd say it like 'I purple you?'" you question. He nods his head.

"Yeah... I purple you." He smiles over at you. You grin before nodding your head.

"Okay... that sounds cute. I purple you." You repeat.

The two of you then go to the play area and get into position to start laser tag. While you're getting into position, Taehyung asks if you're ready.

With a simple 'yes,' he starts the game and you immediately duck behind a trench. Your eyes begin to scan around the room. You quiet your breathing by breathing a little more slowly as you look around for Taehyung.

While you're looking for him, Taehyung is creeping around the corner of the drench you're hidden by. He smirks as he sees you and aims his gun at you.

However, he's too slow and your eyes detect his movement as he holds his gun out. You're able to shoot him right into the chest, leaving him with only four of his five lives left.

You run away after shooting him, leaving Taehyung in shock. As he runs after you, it's then when you two realize that there are other players in this game.

You're now shot once by someone other than Taehyung. This causes you to widen your eyes before you find another place to duck near. Taehyung then approaches next to you and you aim your gun at him, ready to shoot.

"Don't shoot! We gotta get rid of our competition first and make sure it's a one-on-one between just the two of us." He states. You arch an eyebrow, ready to argue before Taehyung gets shot again.

As he widens his eyes and ducks, you see the little boy run past.

"That's for making me lose my game earlier!" he says while laughing maniacally. You narrow your eyes at the child before shooting him yourself. Once you do, he pouts and whines, throwing a tantrum in the middle of the game.

Apparently that was his last life.

The little girl runs past and begins laughing at the boy, causing Taehyung to come out of hiding to shoot her. She begins whining as well, which causes the little boy to laugh hysterically.

"There, now we're even." He states to the little boy while giving him a wink. The little boy nods and laughs. Apparently both children are now out of the game.

This leaves you, Taehyung, two teenage boys, and a female college student in the game.

"Okay, if we're in an alliance, we have to figure out who to target." You whisper to him. Taehyung nods his head as he eyes the other players left.

"I got the two teenagers. You get the girl out." He states. "We'll meet here once we get them out." You nod your head and immediately begin moving away from Taehyung.

He remains still and begins watching the two teenagers. They shoot at one another, clearly wanting to finish their competition against one another. He arches an eyebrow before licking his lips. He looks at their vests and see only 2 glowing lights left.

Each of them only have 2 lives.

He waits for one to get the other to their last life before deciding to act. He smirks as he pulls the trigger, hitting the teenager and sealing his fate. The other teenager looks around the play area, confused as to where the shot came from. He then begins shooting in random places.

Taehyung sneakily moves away from the spot he was hiding in and moves to another location to shoot the boy, leaving him with his last life. He then goes into one of the stair areas high up before getting the boy out with one last shot.

You, in the meantime, are watching the girl. She still has 3 lives left. You narrow your eyes at her and watch as she scans the area for new targets.

Deciding to be an attacker rather than a defender for once, you run past her, managing to shoot her directly in the chest. She tries shooting at you but you run faster and in sporadic movements so she's unable to aim at you.

You then manage to run past Taehyung as he goes to ask where you're at in the game.

This causes the girl's attention to go to Taehyung.

You shoot her as she goes to shoot Taehyung, blocking it so it hits you instead.

She then approaches Taehyung at a closer interval and Taehyung immediately holds both hands up. He turns on the charm and gives a smile to the girl. The girl merely smirks, holding her gun upwards as you watch from a distance, hiding behind a barrier.

"Aw, you only have two lives left... I'm at one." She states. "Should we team up?" she flirts with him, causing you to roll your eyes.

You slowly approach behind her, crouched down as you stare at the back of her head.

While he stares over at her, he can see you in his line of sight and merely presses his lips together.

"I don't know if that'd be a good idea." He responds when you're finally close enough to hear him.

"Why not?" she says while putting on a 'pick me' pout. You roll your eyes and mock her from behind before holding your gun up, aiming it at her.

"Ah because I already have a partner in crime." He states. You take this chance to shoot her from the back and watch as she turns around in shock.

"That'd be me." you say while grinning. You pretend to blow on the end of the barrel of the gun before giving her a wave. "Now, where were we?" you question while staring over at him.

"This isn't fair." He pouts while staring over at you. "You have more lives than I do."

You shrug your shoulder and put your arms to your side.

"Okay, shoot me. Make it so we're even." You say without hesitation. He then stares over at you before he raises his gun and shoots you until you're both at 2 lives left.

"Should we leave it at that or keep it more interesting?" he questions.

"How so?" you question while biting onto your lower lip.

"Don't you think it'd be more fun to have just 1 life left?" he questions. "Makes it more... exhilarating." You raise an eyebrow before nodding your head.

"Okay." You say before shooting him with no hesitation. He then widens his eyes before shooting you once more as well. You two stare at one another before you grin. "Let the game begin."
