"Did Y/N ever talk to you last night?" Seulgi questions Sunmi as the two walk through the hallway together. While asking this, she looks over in her direction while Sunmi thinks for a moment. After a few seconds of thinking, Sunmi immediately shakes her head.

"No, I didn't..." her voice drifts off as she reaches the end of her sentence, almost worried. She then looks over at Seulgi and furrows her eyebrows. "Now that I think about it, she missed class this morning too. We usually alternate between bringing coffee for the two of us." The steps of Seulgi's footprints slow before halting to a stop. She stares over at Sunmi, who momentarily continues walking.

After realizing that Seulgi stopped, she looks back at her, stopping as well.

"Let's go make sure she's okay." Seulgi immediately states. Sunmi nods in agreement before the two do a U-turn, going back to the direction they came from.

As they beeline towards the dorms, they grow more and more worried about you by the second.

After getting into the hall where your room is located, Sunmi bites onto her lower lip while Seulgi immediately starts using her fist to knock on your door.

"Y/N? Please, tell me you're in there." She states. It remains quiet for a few seconds. Sunmi furrows her eyebrows before stepping towards where Seulgi is standing, now contributing to the knocking as well.

"Y/N! Oh no, please be okay." Sunmi says. Seulgi's knocks become more desperate.

Unfortunately for the two, you open the door at that second, causing the two to tumble forward. They barely manage to keep their balance before quickly letting out sighs of relief as they rush towards you.

"Whoa!" you say as the two take you into an unexpected hug. "What's going on?"

"You missed our first class together." Sunmi states.

"We got worried." Seulgi adds.

You tilt your head to the side as you think for a second.

You had just woken up from their banging on your door.

"No, my alarm clock hasn't even-" you turn your head to look back at your alarm clock, only to see that the device is blinking, indicating that the power had turned off overnight. You widen your eyes. "Oh shit!" you say, quickly escaping the two's strong grasp, rushing towards your alarm clock.

"Did your alarm not go off?" Sunmi questions. You nod, rushing towards it, re-plugging the device into the wall and setting it up once more.

"Oh thank God." Seulgi states. "You scared the shit out of us."

"Especially because we knew you were planning on seeing Taehyung last night, which you never ended up giving us deets on, by the way." Sunmi points out. You glance back at them before quickly running your hands through your hair.

"Oh my gosh, there's a lot to catch you both up on." You state before rushing to your closet, starting to flip through the hangers in your closet holding various clothing items. "But I don't have time for that right now, I'm already having a late start to today."

The two look at one another before shaking their heads.

"You only have one more class today." Sunmi states.

"Which we already got the notes from, by the way." Seulgi states. You furrow your eyebrows before looking over at them.

"What? How?" Seulgi shrugs.

"Eunwoo had the class this morning. We're on the same lesson as them, so I just asked him for the notes today." Seulgi states before pushing her hair off of her shoulder. "I figured I would ditch class today because I have plans." You look over at Sunmi, who grins.

"No point in going if the notes are already written for you." She states. "You have plenty of time to tell us what happened with Taehyung." Seulgi nods in agreement, now smiling as well.

You eye the two while contemplating before shrugging a shoulder.

"Eh, fine." You say before sitting on your bed. "Saves me the stress of having to get dressed in real clothes, so I'll take the excuse."

The two eagerly rush towards your bed, sitting down as they stare at you.

Their expressions resemble a pair of dogs who are about to be fed a treat, eager and ready to hear the juicy details.

"Okay, so we went to the pizza place near campus. I texted him last night, lied and said that I had a date so he would be there in case of emergency. He ended up coming in a little late but when he got there, time went by so fast."

"What'd you two talk about?" Seulgi immediately questions.

"We were talking about our days. He asked about my classes, I asked about his job. Then, we got to talking about what our ideal types are." Seulgi arches her eyebrow as you say this before looking at Sunmi. The two meet eyes and both are now smiling.

You don't notice because you're picking at a loose thread in your blanket.

By the time you look up, the two are no longer looking at one another but instead, looking at you.

"How'd that get brought up?" Sunmi questions.

"Oh, Taehyung asked what my type is. He was encouraging me that I'll find the right guy soon, so he decided to ask." You state. "So, we ended up spending a few hours together and I didn't get home until late last night. By the way, Taehyung and I have been talking a lot about music lately. I think he has me falling in love with Frank Sinatra's music." You smile.

Sunmi smiles at the thought of you and Taehyung getting close enough to share music with one another.

Seulgi, however, smiles because she heard 'Taehyung' and 'falling in love' in the same sentence coming out of your mouth.

"Sounds like you had fun." Seulgi states. You smile and nod.

"I definitely did. The next time I see him, I'm going to ask him to the party. I figure it'll be easier going with a friend anyway. Won't be awkward or uncomfortable for either of us." You state. "But funnily enough, that wasn't the most eventful part of the night." You state.

This causes the two to lean forward, now even more intrigued.

"Did he... come into your dorm?" Sunmi asks.

"Oh! No." you state quickly before shaking your head. "No. So, when I got back from hanging out with him, I got ready for bed and was seconds away from falling asleep until Lucas came knocking on my door." You state.

Seulgi now has an amused smile on her face while Sunmi's jaw drops.

"What?!"

"For what?!" You laugh at the two's reactions.

"He came over to say that he told Yuqi he couldn't go with her because he went to the last party with her. He basically was saying that he felt really guilty about turning me down and that he wanted to take me to the party."

"What'd you say?" Sunmi questions. Seulgi stays quiet while staring over at you.

Though she's quiet, you can see the judgment ready to form if you say 'I said yes.'

"I told him that he missed his opportunity and that I was going to ask someone else." You say before shrugging. "I started thinking while he asked me and it's pretty fucked up to do that to Yuqi. I mean, yeah, I did want to go with him but not as a 'I felt bad for saying no, so I left the other girl to take you instead' date. I wanted to go with him because he really wanted to, not because he felt guilty."

You watch as Seulgi smiles, no longer ready to judge you. Sunmi merely nods her head, impressed.

"I'm glad you said no." Sunmi states.

"Well, I couldn't help but imagine how you two would react if I had said yes. I could practically hear Seulgi telling me that I deserve better than that and to have some dignity." Seulgi's smile widens before she laughs.

"Ah, I can die happily knowing that your first instinct was to think about your dignity." Seulgi states. "The old Y/N would've said 'yes' in a heartbeat." She states.

"Which wouldn't have made you look good... not to mention how upset Yuqi would be with you and Lucas." Sunmi adds.

"But now, she'll only be mad at Lucas's dumb ass and not you. Exactly how it should be." Seulgi states. You laugh and nod your head.

"So, when are you going to see Taehyung again?" Sunmi questions.

"Probably in a few days." You state. The two nod.

"Yeah, make sure you definitely ask him the next time you see him." Sunmi states. "You gotta make sure he's free that night."

"Sunmi, he stayed with Y/N for hours because he thought she had a bad date. I'm pretty sure he'll be free." Seulgi states. You smile before rolling your eyes.

"Now that you both are all caught up on my love life," you say, transitioning to a new topic. "You need to catch me up on what happened in the class I missed this morning." Sunmi merely laughs before shaking her head.

"Don't worry. I already made a copy of my notes for you, you're set." She states. This causes you to smile, leaning forward on the bed to hug her tightly.

"Ugh, what an angel." You state while hugging her. "What would I ever do without you?"

Seulgi arches an eyebrow before letting out a cough. This causes you to widen your eyes, already knowing how Seulgi gets when she's left out of things.

"Two." You add onto your last sentence. "What would I ever do without you two." You state. Seulgi merely laughs before shaking her head.

"You forgot to call me an angel as well but that's okay because we both know I'm not going to heaven." She jokes. You laugh before nodding your head.

"The things you do and say? Yeah, no chance."You add onto her joke, causing the three of you to laugh.

I've been very busy lately but have been exercising more, eating a little healthier, and I've been trying to see my friends more often. I hope all of you are doing everything to keep yourselves happy and healthy like I've been trying to do.
