7:30 am

First day of college and I am super excited. I've been wanting to go to Minde University ever since I first started high school. I worked really hard and passed all my tests just so I can get accepted to this college that I wanted.

My phone rings as it interrupts my day dreaming about college.

"Shancai, I'm coming to your house in 20 mins. Let's walk to school together." My best friend Chen Qing says through voice message.

"Alright, I'll be ready." I voice message him back. Finding out that Qing got in really made me happy. I wouldn't have to go to college alone. Now we have each other.

7:50 am

"Shancai! Chen Qing is here to walk with you to school." My mom says to me at my door as I comb my hair a bit.

"Okay, I'm ready." I say to her as I grab my backpack.

"Shancai, are you ready?" Qing asked me and I nod.

"Be careful today and study hard." My dad says to me and I nod and walk out the door with Qing.

"Shancai, I heard that there is some rich kids at our school and they are super popular." Qing admits to me.

"Really? How did you know that?" I questioned him.

"I heard it from someone. I wonder who they are." He says with an excitement on his face. I roll my eyes and shake my head at him. Qing always get excited over anything. He can be so clueless.

"Well whoever they are, lets not get caught with them. We came to college to study and work hard. That's all I want for this year." I remind Qing.

"Right, same here. Let's have the best year of our lives." Qing says to me as he reach out his fist as he awaits for me to connect my fist to his. I look at him with a smile and gladly fist bump him.

8: 20am

Stepping foot in college for the first time feels so unreal. The atmosphere feels great to. I can't wait to study and do well in college.

"Shancai!" A familiar voice calls out to me. I turn to see it's Li Zhen.

"Li Zhen, you're here. In Mingde?" I asked her.

"Yeah I got accepted to. I was so happy to get in." She says.

"This is really exciting now. All three of us won't be alone." Qing said.

"This year let's be best friends and always stay with each other." I say to my two best friends.

"Yeah!" Li Zhen says and we all stick our hands on top of each other and rise it up in the air.

8:40 am

It's my first class of the day and I get to have it with my three best friends. So far so good. I check our schedules and I have a lot of class with Qing, which he is super excited about.

Qing always want to stay next to me and always protect me. I know he means well but I don't need that much protection.

"Shancai, we should eat lunch together." Li Zhen suggested and I nod happily.

"Of course." I reply smiling back.

"Did you see them."

"They were so hot!"

"Shancai, who do you think they are talking about?" Li Zhen asked me.

"I don't know." I say to her honestly.

"You don't know who F4 is?" A random classmate asked us.

"Who's F4?" Qing asked the girl behind us.

"They are to hottest, tallest, and most riches guys in Mingde. They are well known for what they are." She explains.

"What class are they in?" Qing asked again.

"They are seniors. They graduate this year." She says.

F4? What kind of name is that? It kind of sounds intimidating.

12:00 pm

The name F4 stays in my mind all day. I hear people gossip about them all the time.

"Shancai! you made it." Li Zhen says to me across the lunch room.

I walk up towards her to the lunch line.

"Where is Qing?" She asked.

"I'm here!" Qing appears as he breathes heavily. "Sorry, Class ran a bit late." He says.

"Don't worry you're here now. That's all that matters." I say to him as I pick up my tray and the lunch ladies put the food on them.

"So Shancai, what classes are the hardest for you?" Li Zhen asked me.

"Hmm, I'm not sure yet but I really like my nutrition class." I admit to her.

I wait until Qing get his lunch so we can walk together. The cafeteria is so full I'm not sure where we would sit right now.

"I love our nutrition class. Me and Shancai sit next to each other in that class." Qing says to Li Zhen and I couldn't help but smile.

I later bump into a pretty hard solid figure and I watch as my food falls on the tray. I stand shook of what happened and I look down to see green pairs of shoes being cover with rice.

I hear gasp from around me and I slowly look up to see a tall figure standing in front of me with food all over his clothes and some on his face a little.

"I am so sorry. This was a accident." I say to him sincerely.

"If apologies worked, why would we need the police?" He remarks. He's angry and the look on his face makes him look like he wants to hurt me or even worse, kill me. "Do you have any idea how expensive my clothes are?" He asked.

"I'm very sorry. I promise this was an accident." I say to him.

"Why should I have to deal with lame people like you? Clearly you're blind. Otherwise this wouldn't have happened." He says to coldly.

"Please, my friend is sorry. Let me help clean you up." Li Zhen suggested as she walks up to the angry guy. She places her hand on his face as she tries to wipe off the sauce off his cheek.

"Back off." The guy says as he pushes Li Zhen on the floor.

"Li Zhen!" I say as I crouch down to help her.

"What the hell! Why did you do that for? You're such an arrogant asshole who doesn't care about other peoples feelings. She was trying to help you and you pushed her down. Are you even a human being? You think you're so cool and popular that you can push her like that. You're just a stupid pineapple headed jerk!" I rant to him and as I finish, I feel his hand grabbing me from behind my neck, so now I am really facing him.

"You have a lot of guts." He says to me in a low voice. I have no choice but to look deeply into his dark eyes. I Feel his breath inches from my lips as I still smell the soy sauce on him.

He finally lets go behind my neck. That was literally the scariest 15 seconds of my life. I watch as him and his 3 other friends walk pass us but one seems to stop in his tracks to follow. He turns around with a smile and walks closer to me.

"Here." He says passing me a smile rag. I look at him with a surprised expression. I look down at the rag and back at him again and I still see a smile on his face.

"Thank you." I say as I finally take it from him. He walks away from me again leaving me with this small rag.

"Li Zhen! Are you okay?" I hear Qing says as it snaps me out of my thoughts. I look down to see him picking her up off the floor. All my food and tray is still on the floor.

"I'm sorry Shancai." I hear Li Zhen says.

"You don't need to be sorry Zhen. It's that stupid pineapple head Jerk fault." I say angrily as I clench the rag in my hand of anger.

Just thinking about him and how he was acting just makes me so mad.

"Who were those guys?" Qing asked.

"That was F4 and the guy you spilled your food all over was the leader. Dao Ming Si." A Random voice says behind us.

Hey guys. This was my first story. Sorry if it's not really good. I am really trying to make it entertaining for you guys. I will like for you guys to comment or give me feed back on how I can improve.

Also this books is pretty similar to the show Meteor Garden 2018 so don't be surprise to see some quotes from the show.
