Dark and I were walking back to our hotel from watching the fireworks. He held my hand lovingly and wished me a happy birthday. I smiled as he kissed my forehead. Hand in hand, we walked. I smiled as we were near a beautiful river. We walked to the lake and saw that behind the river was a cliff with a beautiful over view. We sat at the edge watching the stars. I was so happy. Its my birthday, I get to spend the day with Dark and go to Disney world. Dark and i shared a kiss before we heard visitors behind us. It was some guy and he asked Dark to help him with his car for it broke down.
" Name's Jake." They shook hands.
" Sure i'll help you." Dark looked at me.
" Just wait till I get back." He smiled. I smiled back and nodded. A few minutes passed and i heard someone behind me. I turned around and stood up.
" Alice?!"
" Hello (Y/n). Remember me? Your bff?" She asked.
" What are you doing here?" I asked. She smiled.
" Revenge." She said normally.
" Re-" Before I could ask, she pushed me down the small cliff. Everything was in slow motion as I watched her run and just as she left, Dark was in sight reaching for my hand. I was taken by so much surprise that I felt paralyzed. The fear of dying also paralyzed me. I felt the cold wind wisp past my ears. This is it... I thought as I watched Dark's face twist in horror as I hit a rock right to my head and blacking out.
