"GREAT!" Adrien clapped his hands in excitement "Um..I'll pick you up at  7:00?" He said in a warm smile "Sure"

They both went separate ways and Marinette got home to get ready..

Marinette's POV
Okay, soooo what Im going to wear? I am having dinner with THE GABRIEL AGRESTE!!! okay okay okay calm down. I have at least 2 hours to get ready. I went to my closet to pick out some clothes that are not to flashy for a dinner.

"This is okay, its just a dinner after all!" I picked a plain beige sweater with light blue jeans, white flats and I tie my hair in a bun .. i grabbed my purse and checked the time "I have 45 minutes left. I might as well watch some TV a bit" I was going down stairs until I heard a meowing sound from outside..I went down to the bakery door and I found an unusual cat. Its pretty, it has a light reddish fur and dark blue eyes.

"Hey you! What are you doing here outside?" I bent down to get a closer look at the cat. It meowed awww so cute. I pet it and it purred. Its a girl and I decided to keep her.. I carried her inside and I fed it and she went up to the couch and sat there. "I will name you...Tikki!" I heard the door bell rang and went down stairs..

"Hey Mari!" Ughhhhhh Boi! I told you not to call me that. But I shrugged it off "Hey Agreste!" I greeted him he looked up and down at me and he smirked.. what sup with ma outfit? "You look hot" he said in a seductive tone. "Okay, bye! Tell your father that your an assho-" I was about to close the door and he block the door with his foot he opened it and looked at me his eyes were looking at me intensely. He's moving forward and I was stepping back and suddenly I hit the counter
SHIT!!!!!!!!!!

Adrien's POV
Ah she look so cute when she's nervous. I haven't told anyone but. I definitely have fallen for her. She hit the counter and I was so close to her. One move and we'll kiss. "You got three seconds to move or I'll kick you" she said in a low tone. God!!! Why?! I thought that's hot "one" i still didn't move "two" She said ready to kick me "Haha okay okay" I stepped back and she ran outside.. Haha I ran outside to catch her I suddenly back hugged her and I heard her gasped, I rested my chin on her shoulder and whispered "Are you ready to go now?" I said "Y-ye-yeah" she stuttered
End of Adrien's POV

Both of them went to Adrien's car and it was silence and Marinette broke it "Why did your dad invited me to dinner?" She said while not looking at him "Ah~ you'll find out" She nodded and Adrien sighed "Marinette?" She hummed in reply "What do you think of me? What do you see in me?" She turned around facing him she was about to speak but they already arrived at Adrien's house, Adrien sighed and got out of the car and went to opened the car door at Marinette's side "M'lady?" He offered his hand and she took it "Im only being nice to you just for tonight" she said and that made Adrien chuckle

They went in and they have been greeted by the one the ONLY!!!!!!!! Gabriel Agreste....."Hello Ms. Dupain-Cheng!" He went down the stairs "Um g-good evening Mr. Agreste thank you for having me for dinner" she smiled and he got triggered because that smile reminds him of a certain someone..
He smiled warmly "So? How's your parents?" He questioned her. Marinette's parents have told her that they are also friends with Mr. Agreste back then "Oh! They have been doing well." Adrien came up from behind and he look at the two having a conversation his dad seems to enjoy her company since his parents and her parents are close. "Oh! Come let's eat I have something to tell you both" he walked towards the dinning room "Your dad is nice!" She said

Adrien's POV
"Your dad is nice!"she said and I interwind my fingers to her she looked at her right hand that has been interwind by mine. "Let's go" i gently pulled her to the dinning room.. until my dad saw us "Oh, you two are dating?" He placed a happy smile on his face..Marinette was about to speak and so I did it "Yeah" I looked at her and she glared at me and she tightened her grip on my hand and it hurt. But I didn't want to let go of her.
End of Adrien's POV

Dinner was fun they joke around and tell each others stories but then something happened......
"Oh! I forgot to tell you both" Mr. Agreste said while putting down his glass "What is it dad?" Adrien and Marinette turned to him

"Me and your family are going to New York for a business meeting, and you two will also join because we felt bad for being busy these days..so what do you say?"

" Think its a great idea dad!" Adrien agreed and smiling widely "What about you Marinette?" Gabriel question the shock bluenette "S-sure!" She's didn't know what to say but she kinda wants to come because she wants to go there for inspiration and create some new designs "Great! We'll be going there in a week so that you'll have time to study and take your finals."

"Great." They both said but Marinette she wasn't so sure but Adrien loved the idea
