I stormed out of the house with anger. I couldn't believe it! I just dumped my boyfriend because he cheated on me. Oh, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Belle. And my now ex boyfriend is Derik. Anyways, I'm outraged to hear that he used me just to get to my friend, Nicole! I now feel embarrassed and upset. How could he do this to me?!

I paced down the street. I didn't realize where I was going until it was too late. When I looked up, I found myself in front of an abandoned house on a deserted street. "Uh oh", I said. This is really bad! I have no idea where I am. I turned on my phone. "Damn, no service." What was even worse was that the sun was setting. Suddenly, a noise reached my ears. It sounded like snoring. But from where? I turned to the house. Okay, now this is weird.

Without thinking, I started towards the abandoned building. Maybe the person inside could help me. The snoring got louder, so that meant that somebody lived here. But who? I touched the doorknob. The door creaked open. I looked behind me to make sure nobody was watching. The coast was clear. I took a deep breath and stepped inside.
