Luanne Nice was born on the 2nd of December in 1775. As a little girl growing up, she would always be restless & had irritability as well as insomnia & a constant feel with nausea & trembles all over her body. Despite all this, she was a very pretty little girl who managed to catch the attention of Thomas Jefferson, her slave master. On the 4th of April in 1784 at age 9, she had her first kiss. The kiss was no where near romantic. It was from her slave owner & it came as a shock to her. On that same day, Jefferson had forced himself onto her. She was only 8 years old when she had gotten raped. She ran to her parents & had clinged unto them, terrified of everything except her parents. Even her fellow slaves seemed to trigger her about her rapist. Than a year later on the 23rd of January, 2 things had happened. One, she now was an older sister & two, her mother died after giving birth to Pippy Hamilton Nice, aka their sibling. That is when she vowed to protect them at all costs. 2 years later on the 3rd of February in 1787 her father had just vanished. Neither Luanne nor Pippy had known where their father had went or if he was even alive. Unfortunately for her, that was when the sexual abuse had intensified. On the 21st of December in 1790, she had found out she was 2 months pregnant. Despite that, her baby's father continued until one night she had caught Jefferson trailing his finger on the skin of her little sibling. That's when Luanne had enough of that nonsense. On the 4th of March in 1791, Luanne ran away with Pippy during the night. Unfortunately Jefferson had caught up to them & tried to get them both back. Luanne knew this would soon be the end of her life but she had hope she would be able to stall long enough for Pippy to escape. He was also really drunk which made it better for them. Her & Jefferson wrestled on the ground as Pippy ran away. He managed to get on top of her before raping her once again as he repeatedly started to choke her & bashed her head against a rock before left for dead. Miraculously though, she was found by a older woman who was freed slave that took care of her. Whether by fate or coincidence, it was Ruth Nice, her grandmother who was separated from her daughter. She took nursed her back to health & took care of her as well as teaching her how to take care of herself. Unfortunately, Luanne also had lost some of her memory, forgetting about Pippy's existence entirely. Still, Luanne lived a very happy life as she gave birth & raised her son, Héctor II, after her father. Her grandmother died in 1805, but Luanne was OK because she knew this women would be in good hands. All of Ruth's property now belonged to Luanne & her son, so they took cared of it. Life went on until she found out about the War of 1812 & became a nurse. Although she loved that job, she knew she wanted to help out even more. So, she became a spy, & was never caught. Eventually, the war ended & she was won a medal of honor for her service. She lived the rest of her life in peace until dying on the 2nd of December in 1850, peacefully in her sleep at 75 years old.
