Untitled Part 8

She looked over to him, confused as to why he had sighed when watching her, but she didn't want to ask him if anything was wrong, because they were going to have a good day today and she didn't want to risk uncovering some stress he was hiding. She knew he was worried about a lot of things, and she didn't want to make him think about them. She finished getting ready and made a move to pull her socks and shoes on.

She looked back over to him to see he was doing the same. She hopped up and rushed to the door holding it open for him. The excitement filling her was immeasurable. She was so excited to spend the day with him and be carefree once more. She reached for his hand, and he offered the slightest hint of a smile. She pulled him to the garage and straight past mother Hashirama who asked them where they were going.

He rushed and opened the garage door while she slipped onto her bike and rushed to pull her helmet on. "What, don't wanna be my backpack today?" he asked, and she thought about it for a moment. "Come on, Blue, you know you love the view." she said with a wink and pushed herself backwards out of the garage. He rocked his head and threw his leg over his bike as well and followed her back down the hill, clicking the garage door opener as he did so.

She rolled off into the street and took off down the road, him following close behind. She looked back at him and held a hand out beside her in a half heart shape. He rushed to catch up to her and completed the heart. She knew he loved her, but if this was as close as she could get to getting him to admit it, she would be ok with that for a while. She looked back to the front of her and saw all the lights shimmering in the distance.

She could hear the music in the distance, and she couldn't wait to get closer. She gave it a little gas and took off down the street. She pulled into the parking lot for the fair and paid for both of their parking. They only took up one space, so they only had to pay for one. She pulled into the lot and slung her backpack from over her shoulder and zipped it shut once more. He pulled in beside her and pulled his helmet from his head. He watched her for a moment before offering his hand to her.

She took his hand, and they made their way to the gates for admission as soon as they had strapped their helmets to their bikes. She knew it was just going to be them today and for that she was grateful, she just wanted to spend time with him. Not that she didn't want to see her friends, but she would have preferred to spend time with him alone today. She looked over to him and smiled, to which he returned with the slightest upturn of his own lips.

She knew he wasn't the type to express his emotions visually, and that was ok with her. However, he was good at showing how angry he could get, although never towards her. She also knew he was very physical with his affections. This was reaffirmed when he squeezed her hand gently. He followed her on all the rides, and she was thrilled that he would ride each and every one of them with her.

No matter what kind of ride it was he was riding it with her, be it a fast one or a slow one. She had to admit that the rides didn't give her as much of an adrenaline rush as riding her bike did. This was fine though; she was still having fun. She leaned into his side and sighed as they walked through the crowd. He looked down at her and just watched her for a moment without saying a word. He gently squeezed her hand, and she looked up at him.

"Would you like to eat?" he asked, and she nodded. She would love food. They continued walking towards the exit only for a stuffed cat to catch her eye. It was adorable and she wanted it. She sighed as she realized it was one of those games where you had to hold the water gun steady and shoot the target. Sure she had a steady aim with it, but she knew these games were rigged. She said screw it and decided to try it anyways. She almost had it when she glanced over and saw that Tobirama was playing as well. A buzzer sounded and she sighed as she stepped away from the game.

She hadn't won the prize she wanted, but she had won a smaller one which was still something. She stuffed the tiny stuffed cat into her backpack and looked longingly at the larger one that the man was pulling down with a prize hook. Her shoulders slumped when she realized he wasn't giving it to her. However, her eyes lit up when she realized he was giving it to Tobirama. He offered her the slightest twitch of the lips and she hugged him tightly.

When she let him go, she saw the faintest tint of pink on his cheeks, and she repressed a giggle as she hugged the large stuffed cat into her backpack. She slung it back over her shoulders and smiled as she thought about how the head of the stuffed cat was poking out of the bag. She turned towards Tobirama and held a hand out towards him. He slipped his larger hand in hers and they strolled silently towards the exit of the fair.

A deep blush covered her cheeks as she heard her stomach growl. She glanced up to see if he had heard it as well, but it seemed like he hadn't. She was grateful for that honestly because she hadn't wanted to let him know how hungry she was. She had been holding off on getting any food from the fair because she wanted to eat at his favorite place. She tucked herself closer into his side as they left the fairgrounds and made their way to their bikes.

She released his hand and walked over to her bike, sticking her keys into the ignition before she tossed her leg over the seat. She looked over to see him getting ready to get on his bike as well. He had already tossed his leg over his bike and was pulling his gloves onto his hands. She just watched him for a moment before tending to her own gloves. She pulled her helmet on and secured it, waiting patiently for him to do the same so she could follow him.

He backed out of the parking spot, and she followed him down the street. They pulled up to a fancy restaurant and he motioned for her to pull her bike into the spot next to his. She hopped off her bike and scanned over the building. She had never been here before, so she was curious about the building. It was a traditional Japanese themed building with the large red gateways and traditional partitioned doors.

She followed him up to the entrance and he slipped the door open and motioned for her to enter. The first thing she noticed was the pedestal where the host stood. She smiled at the man standing there and he grinned at her before he turned on his heel and vanished around the corner. She laughed lightly as he reappeared dragging someone else with him. "Kawarama, Itama, hello." she greeted, and the brothers rushed over to hug her, completely ignoring their older brother.

She hugged each of them and stepped back away to get some space between them. "How are you doing?" the brothers asked, and she smiled. She didn't want to bring their mood down, so she didn't go into detail on everything that was happening. "I'm doing well actually. Tobirama treats me very well." she said, and the brothers glanced behind her with disbelieving looks. Seems they didn't believe her one bit and that honestly saddened her. Because he really did treat her well.

Tobirama waved his younger brothers off and snatched menus from them and led her into the secluded room in the back of the restaurant. Sitting in one area of the secluded room was a woman with long white hair that cascaded over her shoulder in a thick braid while shorter layered hair framed her face. "Room is occupied." she said without even looking up from her phone. "I know it is, that's why I came back here." Tobirama said and Hinata jerked her head to look at him in shock.

"We can just go; we don't have to eat back here..." She said and he smirked at her. She looked from him to the woman who had yet to look up from her phone. The beautiful woman set her phone down silently and reached for the sake cup nearest her. She downed it and tossed her braid over her shoulder as she stood. That was when Hinata had caught a glimpse of the woman's face in its entirety. She was extremely beautiful but the look in her deep red eyes was feral.

Hinata felt nervous under the scrutinizing gaze of the woman, but she tried her hardest not to show it. The taller woman reached and tilted her chin this way and that, just taking in her appearance it seemed. The taller woman released her and looked back to Tobirama, only to grab him and hug him tightly. Hinata was genuinely confused by the interaction between the two but said nothing.

She couldn't take her eyes off of the beautiful woman before her, only to realize that she and Tobirama had similar facial structure. "Is this your sister? I didn't know you had another sibling..." Hinata said softly, and the woman laughed lightly and opened her arms to her. "I like this one Tobirama, she's funny." the woman said and hugged Hinata. "Backpack, this is my mother." He introduced her and Hinata's cheeks instantly flamed red.

How could she have screwed up that badly? The woman looked so young it was crazy. A brown-haired man entered the room from a back door, and he furrowed his brows as soon as he caught sight of the three of them. "Akane, Tobirama, is this the young woman Itama and Kawarama won't stop talking about?" he asked gruffly, and the two white haired individuals nodded. Hinata stepped forward nervously and offered a hand to the man. He shook her hand gently and offered the slightest upturn of his lips to her.

"I'm their father." he said, and she smiled. "It's nice to meet you both. My name is Hinata." she greeted, and they both nodded at her. "Well miss Hyuuga, why don't you take a seat, where are my manners?" he sighed and motioned towards the table that Akane had been sitting at. They all sat down in silence, and she started looking over the menu. "You didn't tell me you were bringing her with you today, but it is a pleasant surprise." Butsuma said with a sigh, and she couldn't help but wonder if he was irritated with her presence.

This made her feel bad, as if she were imposing upon them. She was consumed in her thoughts when she felt his hand place itself atop hers and squeeze gently. She looked at his hand then up to him and smiled. He was watching her from the corner of his eyes. An amused huff escaped Akane, and she looked over to the woman once more. "You two are cute." she said and Hinata blushed softly. She wasn't expecting this kind of treatment upon meeting them.

"So how did you two meet? Butsuma asked and she stiffened slightly. She wasn't sure if he would approve of their initial meeting, but she couldn't lie to him. "We met at Madara's bar. I was going to walk home but he refused to let me walk home alone." she said and Akane smirked. "Aw that's so sweet, Tobirama doesn't ever do anything nice for anyone." Akane chuckled and Tobirama scrunched up his nose in annoyance.

"She and her friends had also stolen the keys to my bike, so I doubt I would have paid her any mind had she not been trying to put them back in the ignition." he grumbled and Hinata's shoulders slumped slightly. Was that how he really felt about their meeting? It hurt to think that's what he thought about the whole thing. "Ah... Yeah that sounds more like you." Akane sighed, but the woman's red eyes never once left her saddened ones.

"However," he began, and she glanced at him from the corner of her eye. "I'm glad I met her... I never would have moved back if it weren't for her. I wouldn't..." "Wouldn't be happy right now?" Akane butted in and he nodded. This made her feel so much better about everything. She offered him her hand and he took it and squeezed it tightly. "I wouldn't be the happiest I've ever been." he said, and she smiled up to him. His lips twitched up in a small smile and her heart fluttered.

She was so deeply in love with this man, and he had no idea the extent of it. "I'm glad you're finally happy again." Akane said and Butsuma nodded in agreement. "I do have some concerns though." Butsuma cut in and they all looked over to him. Her heart clenched in her chest, and she wondered what he could be concerned with. "Miss Hinata, I have been informed of a certain situation that you've found yourself in, is there any way we can help?" he asked, and her eyes went wide.

She wondered how he could have found out about her predicament if Tobirama hadn't told him. "I have my sources." he sighed, and she looked down at the menu and away from his stern gaze. "I understand that this is in no way your fault, and I would like to help you if you know of any way I can. You make my son happy, and I can see it clearly, so you must be a truly wonderful person if he was willing to introduce you to us already. So... please allow me to help you." he said, and she nodded but frowned.

"I... I have no idea how you can help... and it's so frustrating." She mumbled, fisting her hands in front of her. "Well, as that may be frustrating... I also know how to help you get your job back when this is all said and done." he said, and she snapped her head up to look at him. "How?" she asked, and he offered a small smile. "I'm not just the owner of this place. I'm also a lawyer." he said, and her eyes widened a bit.

"You would fight for me to get my job back? And you don't even know me?" She was awestruck. She couldn't believe the man was actually willing to fight for her. "And if I can't get you your job back, I'm pretty sure I can still make the fight worth your while. I just need all the pictures that your boss had pulled down from around the ER." He said and her eyes slipped shut. She had figured out how he knew about all of this now. Brown hair and chocolate eyes flickered through her mind's eye, and she made a mental not to thank Hashirama when she got home.

"I can do that. Tobirama knows where they are so he can get them to you... but please...do not think any less of me for what is in some of those pictures... It's already mortifying enough knowing there's more of them out there. I couldn't bear having anyone think I'm some kind of whore..." She whispered and he nodded. "Of course not. This was an invasion of your privacy in your own home, there was nothing you could have done to prevent this." he said, and she thanked him softly.

Itama slipped the door open with his foot and entered the room with his hands full. Kawara followed after him in the same predicament. Hinata hadn't even ordered anything and yet there was food being placed in front of her and all over the large table they were at. "I called ahead while you were in the bathroom. I ordered a little bit of anything I figured you would like." Tobirama said and she smiled over at him once more. She leaned up and kissed him on the cheek and thanked him softly.

She looked around at all of the food before her and didn't know where to even begin. She reached towards a bun in the middle of the table, but Butsuma grabbed her hand gently and turned it palm up, placing something in her palm. He patted her hand gently and closed her hand around the item. He released her hand, and she pulled it back to look at the small object within her grasp. It was a small circular object with a blinking red light and a smooth surface.

"What is this?" she asked, and he frowned at her. Tobirama and Akane also frowned upon seeing the object. "It's a GPS tracker. Like an air tag for iPhone." Tobirama said and she looked down at it and her eyes slipped shut. She understood completely why he had given this to her now and it was a dark revelation. "Put it somewhere that it won't be found on your person. It is the only way we will be able to find you if anything happens. I carry one with me at all times just in case I need to attach it to something of mine, but I think you need it more right now." Butsuma said softly and she nodded.

She got up and made her way into the bathroom at the rear of the room, the tiny object held tightly in her grasp. She slipped the door shut behind her and looked at herself in the mirror. The sadness mirrored back at her was completely understandable, as well as the exhaustion. She thought about where she was going to put the device for a bit, only to nod and pull off her shirt. While she was out and about, she was going to put it in the inside of the cup of her bra.

She pulled her bra off and ripped a tiny hole in the fabric just big enough to slip it in between the layers of the cloth. She then replaced her clothing and made her way back out to them after she washed her hands. They all glanced over at her and Tobirama offered her his hand. She took it and slipped into her seat in front of Akane. They eat their meal in a comfortable silence, and once they had finished eating the younger brothers came and retrieved all the dishes.

They spent another hour just sitting and talking about anything and everything under the sun, anything to avoid the topic of the stalker and the hidden device. "So, are you two going to get married?" Akane asked out of nowhere and Hinata choked on her drink, her cheeks flushing dark red as she held both hands over her mouth. "Mother." Tobirama sighed and crossed his arms over his chest as he leaned back in his seat, his tone was scolding.

The white-haired woman leaned closer to the able and propped her head up on her hand, her lips pulling up into a feral smirk. This woman reminded her of Tsume, Hana, and Kiba. She also understood that this was where Tobirama got his standoffish nature from as well, although his personality was a definite mix between the two of his parents, she could see the parts that came from each parent. She looked between the two of them and sighed softly. She honestly hadn't thought about marriage to him, even though when she thought it over, she would love to marry him.

She could picture her spending the rest of her life with him, but she didn't want to rush him into something he wasn't ready for. She caught Akane looking at her with a raised brow and amusement swimming in her deep red eyes. She leaned back and whispered something to Butsuma, who flicked his gaze over to her, a soft smile crossing his lips as he watched her. She could tell these two loved their sons very much. She knew they wanted nothing more than for them to be happy in life.

She liked this about them, even if they weren't going to say how they felt out loud they definitely showed how they felt with their eyes. She looked over to Tobirama and he was watching her with an unreadable look in his eyes. He seemed super focused on her, and she could help the smile that crossed her lips. She wondered if he could see how much she loved him. He blinked slowly at her then looked away with the slightest hint of a pink tint dusting his cheeks.

She wasn't sure why he was so bashful when it came to her, but she liked it. "What about babies?" Akane blurted out of nowhere and Hinata slipped her eyes shut and attempted to control her blush. It wasn't like they were children being pestered by their parents, they were both fully grown adults, and they could handle the topic of marriage and children. She sighed and opened her mouth to speak, but it seemed Tobirama was thinking of speaking at the same time.

"I would love to have children." "I'm not sure we are at that point of discussion yet mother." They both said these things together, which made her freeze. Her gaze slipped over to sneak a glance at him, and he was frozen as well, his lips still parted from where he had been speaking. She pulled her gaze away from him and looked at the two before them. Butsuma was pinching the bridge of his nose, no doubt he had a headache from his wife's antics. Akane, however, had a wicked smirk pulled across her lips.

She glanced back at Tobirama and he was still watching her with curious eyes. "Perhaps I said the wrong thing." She whispered and folded her hands before her. "You didn't. I should have had this discussion with you before my mother." He said and she looked over at him once more. He seemed calm, but his gaze was sharp towards his mother and her prying questions. "Oh, come on dear, it's no secret you want children with her. And I can't wait for it." Akane mused as she downed yet another small cup of sake.

Hinata wasn't sure what to think of the group, but she knew she had been enjoying her time with them. She looked around at each of them and she smiled, she wanted to see them again soon. She stood and stretched, pulling her backpack back on her back and pulling her gloves on. She looked over to Tobirama and he nodded to her. "Go ahead out to the front, I will be right out." he said, and she nodded as she pulled her helmet on and made her way out to where the younger brothers were waiting at the host station.

"So, you got you a bike too huh?" Itama asked and she nodded. "Yeah, I did. It's not as big as his but it is mine and that's what matters." she said, and they nodded. "I don't think you need a bigger bike anyways, they're too fast and I worry about you enough as is." Kawarama said and she smiled at him through her helmet. "You know... I rode a turbo Busa the other day." she said and Kawarama rolled his eyes. "Yeah, see mom and dad don't know that it was you on the news running from the cops, so don't tell them that." Itama sighed and rubbed his eyes. She knew they were stressing about her and that she didn't need to make it worse on them.

If they were this worried about her, she could only imagine how stressed Tobirama is. She knew he was worried about her, but he was good at hiding it. She looked over to see him hug his mother and father and she could help but smile as his mother kissed him on the cheek and waved him off. He had a good relationship with his parents, and she liked that. He made his way over to her and pressed a gentle kiss to her helmet before he slipped her visor down. She made her way outside after waving at the brothers.

She slipped her leg over her bike and adjusted herself on the seat. She turned her bike on and watched Tobirama as he did the same. She couldn't help but notice every crease in his leather pants as he moved. There was something oddly stirring about watching the way he moved, as if every movement was for her and her alone. He stopped messing with his bike and stepped back off of it. He turned to her and pulled his helmet off.

She cringed under her helmet, knowing she had definitely been caught staring at him. "Take the damn helmet off." he commanded, and she begrudgingly did so. Before she could even open her mouth to say anything one hand was cupping the side of her face and pulling it toward him. Her mouth went dry as his lips slammed against hers. She slipped her eyes shut and enjoyed the feeling of his lips melding with hers.

As soon as it had begun, it had ended. She might dare say she was disappointed in this. "You'll get more when we get home." He said gruffly and she smiled as she pulled her helmet back on and secured it once more. She looked over to him and followed him out of the parking lot. They took off down the street and headed towards the highway to get back on the bypass to get home. She followed him down the off ramp and they made their way to the four-way stoplight.

There was a car beside them, and the girl was taking pictures of them. Hinata held her hand up in a half heart and Tobirama reached over and completed the heart as the girl snapped another picture. The girl blew them a kiss and began talking to the person in their back seat. Hinata looked up at the lights and prepared to shift gears, only for her bike to jolt forwards and shut off. A blush crossed her cheeks as Tobirama laughed at her for stalling the bike.

He showed her how to get it started back up and she shook her head in embarrassment as she shifted from foot to foot to get more comfortable holding up the bike. The light turned green and she started to pull out from her place to follow him, but her bike jolted forward and stalled once more, much to her embarrassment. She looked up to see how far he had gotten, but her heart plummeted as she reached out to him as she heard the impact.

It was as if everything was in slow motion as the car slammed into both him and the woman that was next to them. The impact sent his bike flying across the intersection to where it pinned him to the curb beneath it. She didn't even realize she was running until she fell to her knees in front of him. She forced herself to her feet and carefully pulled the bike off of him with the assistance of some others in the intersection.

They put his bike in the grass and rolled hers over to the sidewalk as well while she was working on him. She laid him flat on the ground and carefully pulled off his helmet. She used the large stuffed cat to support his neck while she felt around for any broken bones. She reached up and smacked the call button on her Cardo. "Hinata?" "Hashirama. Come to the four-way by the bypass. Tobirama crashed." She said as she continued to work on him.

So far there were no broken bones, but he was out cold. She brushed her fingers over his cheek and pulled the pen light out of her bag. She flashed it over her eyes and sighed in relief as they were both equal and reactive. "What did he do this time?" Hashirama asked and she froze. "There was nothing he could do. The car ran a red light and hit him." She said and sat back on her feet, only to pull off her helmet and hold the phone to her ear now. "Hashirama, can you hear me?" she asked, but suddenly a chill ran down her spine. All the bystanders had stepped back to give the ambulance space to get in when it got here.

But it was silent... way too silent for a crash to have just happened.

She sent out an S.O.S. text to all her nursing friends and pinged her location.

:-:-:-:-:

Hashirama had been dreading a phone call like this for the longest time... the one where his brother had crashed and truly injured himself. He had to admit at first, he thought it was because he had pulled some dumb stunt and that's what had caused the crash. But... when Hinata said he had been hit by a car, he knew it wasn't something Tobirama could've avoided. He rushed through the house, grabbing his keys and wallet as he passed through the kitchen.

He had no time to explain to Mito what was going on as he rushed past her. "I'll explain later, I have to go." he said and took off. He caught a glimpse of her as she rushed outside to see him throwing his leg over his bike and taking off. His helmet was left behind. He knew this was reckless, but he had to get to his brother before it was too late. He was sure Hinata had already called the police and ambulance, but he had to make sure he got there in time to help her.

"Hashirama, can you hear me?" she asked, and he frowned as he kicked it into next gear and sped up. "Yeah, I can hear you. What's going on?" he asked through his earpiece, but he wasn't sure she could hear him. He heard the phone drop, and she cried out. He kicked it up another gear and leaned forward on his bike, as if that would make the thing go any faster. "No please! Not him! Don't hurt him!" she cried out and his heart thudded in his chest as he rushed forward down the street.

"I'll go with you please just don't hurt him!" she cried out and he heard a man sigh. He had to get there! He leaned into the curve of the road and kicked it into the next gear. A police car pulled out behind him and kicked on its lights, but he didn't stop. He knew he could outrun the cop but that wasn't his concern. "Hinata! Can you hear me!?" he called out and got no response. "She can't come to the phone right now." a male voice said, and his heart dropped into his stomach as the line went dead.

The silence in his ear was deafening.

He peeked back at the cop once more and sighed to himself as he dropped into the final gear and gave the bike all it had. Sure enough, the cop was lost in his mirror before long and he was practically flying. He knew the cop had probably got his plate already, but he didn't care, he would handle the repercussions. He weaved through traffic and pulled off to the intersection that Hinata had told him to meet her at.

People were crowded around something in the middle of the road. He hopped off his bike and could hear the sirens in the distance. He rushed over to the crowd and Ino was already on site with Sakura doing what they did best. They were crouched around Tobirama and were shining a light into his eyes to check for responsiveness. He crouched beside his brother and the rapid beating of his heart made him fall onto his knees.

"What happened here?" he asked and the two didn't bother looking up from what they were doing to give their response. "He was hit by Hinata's stalker." Ino said and his shoulders slumped. "Hinata sent out the S.O.S. text and pinged her location. That's how we got here so fast." Sakura said and he nodded solemnly. "She called me... I was on the phone with her when he took her." he said, and they stopped and looked at him for a second before resuming what they were doing.

They had already put a C-collar on him before he had gotten there, so he knew his brother was in good hands. His eyes widened and he looked around for Hinata's phone. He found it a few feet away set neatly beside her toppled bike. He tapped the screen and the first thing that popped up was a picture with the unconscious Tobirama and a strange man. It was of Tobirama on the ground and a man was throwing a thumbs up in the picture.

He had white hair and ghostly blue eyes that seemed to glow even in the picture. This was a taunt and he knew it. The man was playing a game and thought he had just won.
