The First Night
I don't own Naruto.
This was a one-shot turned full story. I hope you all enjoy it as much as the one-shot.
He tapped his fingers on the bar top as his brother sat beside him. He wasn't sure what he was even doing here. He was looking into the prospect of moving to town but there had been nothing exceptionally interesting about moving here as of yet. But that was just fine, he had only been in town a few hours. Sure, it would be nicer to be near work and everything else, but he liked being out in the Konoha countryside with its winding roads and secluded living.
He downed his shot and reached to order another, but something caught his eye down the bar. His red eyes trailed up and he smirked as he took in the sight of the irritated girl. Her long blue-black tresses fell around her shoulders in a shiny curtain and his eyes slipped downward. A Lavender crop top ended about an inch below her breasts and he had to admit they were eye grabbing in that tight shirt.
His gaze fell over her pale stomach and to the hip-hugging black jeans she wore. He had to admit she was attractive, much more so when she had tuned to look his direction. However, it didn't seem that she had caught him eyeing her. Her irate lavender eyes scanned the crowd, no doubt taking in the sight of her friends having fun on the dance floor. He had half a mind to ask her to dance with him but he decided against it the moment Hashirama caught him looking at her.
"Not her, Tobi. She's a nice girl who doesn't deserve the heartbreak. Not again." he said and Tobirama sighed as he tipped up his glass and downed the alcohol within. "Fine, buzz kill. But just know if she ever approaches me, it's free game." he said and his brother frowned at him. "Tobi... please not her." he said with a sadness in his eyes that his brother understood well. She'd been broken down too many times to count. Much like himself.
Life just seemed to fuck him over on the daily.
He waved a lone finger in a circle and another shot was placed before him. "You got it, Hashirama. I'll leave the girl alone for now." he said and Hashirama smiled at him. "Thank you. And her name is Hinata." he said and he took a glance back at the woman at the other end of the bar talking to Madara. A smirk was sent back his way when Madara caught him staring. "You could ride home with me tonight." Madara said a little loudly and he rolled his eyes.
He couldn't make a move on the woman but Madara was allowed to? That made no sense. He supposed she seemed comfortable with him though, seeing as she hadn't slapped the Uchiha like most women he tried to pick up at bars did. He rolled his eyes once more and downed his shot. He wasn't going to order anymore shots because he was his own ride home. And he had an hour drive to tend to if he wanted to go all the way home, but he supposed he might just crash at Hashirama's like his brother had offered.
He ordered some food and decided it was time to sober up. He glanced back down the bar at her as he eat, wondering why his brother was so adamant on him staying away from her. He crammed another fry in his mouth and dropped his head and shoulders a bit. He just wanted a backpack the last one had made him crash his bike, hence the new one sitting outside in the lot.
He had been turned away from having a passenger ever since, but something deep down within him was starting to stir and he didn't like it. He knew it was the loneliness ebbing out once more and he didn't like that one bit. It had made him a little irritable towards others to say the least. He knew Hashirama worried about him, but he didn't need his brother to stress over him. He sighed and leaned back as he felt himself sobering up. He looked to the clock and saw it was nearing 2 a.m. He finished the last of his food and stood, stretching before he grabbed his riding suit off the chair beside him and making his way to the bathroom.
He pulled his suit on and then his helmet. He made his way outside and saw that the bar was clearing out except for Madara and the bartender. He offered Madara a small two fingered wave and turned to leave, but the man grabbed him by the sleeve gently. "Hey man, the girls have some kind of plan and I don't know what it is." he sighed and Tobirama raised a brow at him. What did this have to do with him? "And?"
"They were near your bike." Madara said and he turned to the door once more. He was going to see what these women were doing around his bike. "Don't be too mean, Tobirama. They know bikes too." He said and he nodded as Madara left. Before long He heard Madara's bike start up and the sound faded into the distance. He wasn't going to be rude, yet. He slipped out the door and saw the woman from before leaned over his bike tentatively trying to put the key back in it seemed.
He walked up behind her and said nothing, but he saw her shiver and turn to look at him from over her shoulder. She tensed up and turned to face him fully. Her lips opened and closed and she couldn't seem to find words to speak. He leaned his head to the side curiously, a smirk tracing his lips as she continued to scramble internally under his gaze. She was cute in her panicked state. A soft pink blush adorned her cheeks and he reached a hand out to her as she offered up the keys to him.
She still had yet to say a thing and it amused him to no end. He leaned around her and he heard her breath tremble from between her lips. Oh, she was that kind of girl. Nervous in close proximity and shy. That was why Hashirama wanted him to stay away from her. He walked around her and tossed his leg over his bike, her just watching him as he did so. He looked back towards her and thought it over for a second.
"We are the only ones here. Get on." he said and she shook her head. He rolled his eyes as he looked over her once more. He wanted a backpack even if it was only for a little bit. And she was going to be it if he had to toss her over the back seat, which he knew he could also do... but that's frowned upon and considered kidnapping. An amused chuckle tried to find its way out but he stifled it down. It would be hottie-napping tonight if he had to do it.
"I'm not going to ride with you, I don't know you." she said and he was tempted just to introduce himself just so she would get on the damn bike, but he thought against it. It was probably the only night he was going to see her anyways. He revved the engine and looked at her once more, waving a hand to his back seat. She shook her head once more and he felt his eye twitch. Stubborn midget.
"Get on." he growled and she looked him over for a second but stepped closer, a scowl on her lips. That seemed to have worked because when he offered her a hand to help her on this time she stepped up and over his bike and slipped in behind him after securing the helmet he had offered her to her head. She placed her hands on his hips and he rolled his eyes. Seemed she had never been a backpack before.
He grabbed her wrists and pulled them around him and secured them around his waist, or so he thought. When he started rolling forward the hands found their way back to his hips yet again. He hit the brakes roughly and she gasped as he did so, her arms wrapping tightly around him once more. "Be a good backpack and hold on." he sighed and she snapped her head up at him, he could see that from his mirror.
"I'm not a backpack." she snapped and he chuckled deeply. "You are tonight... Backpack." he said and she huffed against his back but he only found this more amusing. He began rolling the bike back once more and soon enough took off down the street. He revved the engine and sped up as he curved down the city streets. He knew where she lived because Hashirama had told him she lived two streets away from him in a white house with blue window frames.
He pulled up to her house and she sat there for a moment. "You gonna get off, backpack?" He could feel her moving behind him to get off, only to stop and turn to face him once more. "Would... would you mind riding around a little more with me?" she asked and his eyes widened a bit at this. She wanted to ride more with him? Was he going to finally have his own backpack? Her arms started to slip from around his waist after a moment, but he grabbed her swiftly and locked her back in place.
This time she leaned into his back and an unfamiliar feeling filled his chest. It was nothing like the adrenaline rush from riding, this was something else. Some other kind of excitement. "Anything for the backpack." He had never heard his voice sound that way, but he couldn't say he didn't like the way it felt to talk to her like that. She was going to be his backpack if it were the last thing he did.
He fully opened the throttle and revved the engine loudly as he took off down her street once more. When he hit the bypass to get on the freeway he turned up the music and gunned it. They were reaching speeds of 120 plus and yet not once did she tremble against him. She just squealed in delight as he sped up. A shiver went down his spine and he liked this feeling. He adjustedd his footing a bit and he jerked up on the bikeand revved the engine as he popped a wheelie.
"Oh my god!!!" She squealed in delight as he rode the wheelie for a bit, her grip tightening around him and her knees digging up into the backs of his thighs. She wasn't scared, she was thrilled. Her excitement when he dropped the wheelie flawlessly was astounding. He could feel her heartbeat thumping through him and he grinned under his helmet. This shy little girl was an adrenaline junkie just like he was. This turned him on to no end, but there was no time for that right now.
Her hands wandered up to his chest and he raised a brow, but he wasn't going to remove them from him. He weaved from lane to lane smoothly and he felt her laughter reverberate through him. His backpack was having the time of her life. After two hours of following the interstate, he pulled off on the next exit and made his way to the gas station there. He hadnt fueled up since he had gotten to Konoha, he hadn't thought he was going to need to.
He stepped off his bike and watched her for a second to see if she were going to step off too, but she didn't. She just sat there with her hands on the seat in front of her like a good little passenger princess. He chuckled to himself at this and he wondered if she had ever ridden a bike before, because her reaction seemed as if she never had. However, her mannerisms and the way she knew exactly what to do to not crash them when he pulled his dumb shit screamed that she had.
His eyes drifted down to her cleavage once more and he smirked under his helmet. What a beautiful backpack he had acquired. He turned and made his way into the gas station, stopping only to grab a bottle of water for the possibly still drunken girl to drink. He made his way up to the register and his friend was sitting behind the counter. "Hey man, didn't think I would be seeing you back around here so soon." he greeted and Tobirama shrugged and jerked his head towards the window of the store where he could see Hinata still sitting pretty on his massive bike.
"Oh shit. Didn't think you were ever gonna be willing to do that again after the last one laid down your old bike." he said and Tobirama chuckled as he unfastened his helmet and took it off. "Me either. I tried to drop her off at home but she doesn't wanna get off the ride yet." Tobirama said and scratched the back of his neck with a sigh. "That doesn't seem like such a bad thing though, I mean look at her." he said and Tobirama rolled his eyes.
"Kakashi, I know you can see the cleavage from here you perv." he chuckled and the other white-haired man gave a wistful sigh. "If only I still rode, then my backpack would go with me." Kakashi said and Tobirama took another glance out the window and pulled his helmet back on. He flipped his visor up and shook his head. "Eyes off the backpack perv." he said and Kakashi looked over to him once more.
"You plan on keeping this one?" Kakashi asked after a moment and a wicked smirk crossed his lips. "I just met her tonight; she doesn't even know who I am or what I look like. I told her hop on and she did." he said and a silver brow shot up Kakashi's forehead. "Damn..." he muttered and ran his fingers over the book on his counter top. Tobirama's eyes caught sight of the book and he rolled them.
"I'll let you get back to your book." He said and turned to walk out but offered a fist to the other man, whose knuckles connected with his own before he turned and left. He looked over to hinata, who was leaned forward on the fuel tank of his bike watching him carefully. She would look good on her own bike. The thought didn't leave him as he strode ever closer, causing her to step off his bike with those long slender legs of hers. The thought of running his hands down her thighs fluttered into his mind, but he shoved it away.
He stopped a few inches away from her and he couldn't tell what she was thinking from the way she was just looking up at him. He handed her the water bottle and she took it in slightly shaky hands. He smirked at this. Did he make her nervous? There was nothing to be nervous about, he wasn't going to do anything she didn't want him to. He stepped over to the pump and lifted the handle, only to see her struggling with the water bottle and helmet.
He started the pump and made his way back over to her. He reached up and tapped the underside of her helmet twice. She seemed to realize what this meant as she lifted her head to him. He unfastened her helmet and pulled it from her head so she could drink. He watched her for a moment, propping the helmet on his hip under his arm. He pulled off his riding gloves and set them on the seat of the bike.
He reached over and squeezed the pump handle and locked it in place so it could fill up his tank. He lifted his visor and looked at the gauge to see how much fuel he was putting in. He looked at her out of the corner of his eyes and saw she was leaning to the side slightly with the water bottle to her lips. She was trying to get a look at him. This amused him to no end. She was so intrigued by him it seemed.
He turned her direction just the slightest bit and she leaned a little more. He turned his head back to the pump and she sighed. This made him raise a brow. "Curious, are we, Backpack?" he asked and he glanced over at her from the corner of his eyes once more. She tensed up but the look on her face told him everything he needed to know. He had some kind of effect on this young woman that she was trying to hide.
She bit her lip softly and he raised a brow. "That's not my name." she said suddenly and he tilted his head towards her in amusement. "I know your name." he said with a chuckle, only to look towards her. "Hinata." he said as he pulled the handle of the pump and set it back on the pump itself. He looked towards her and her body trembled beneath his gaze. Some bravado she had. No, this wasn't her shyness coming out, he noticed as she began chewing on her lower lip.
This was something else.
She started to down the water in her panic and he huffed in amusement. He flipped his visor down and reached for his gloves, but his phone started to ring. He pulled it from his upper chest pocket and looked at the name. It was his older brother. No doubt worrying about him because he wasn't home. He set it to speaker and nodded as his brother began his rambling. "Yeah, I'm all good." he said and his brother sighed deeply, no doubt fed up with him being out and about for hours on end.
The worry never ended with his brother. It hadn't since they were young children so why should it now. His brow raised as Hashirama asked about Hinata. "Yeah, she's with me. Still." he said and Hashirama sputtered for a second. "What do you mean she's with you?" Hashirama asked and he chuckled. "She's been with me since Madara left." he said and Hashirama sputtered once more. "I thought I told you-" "Yeah yeah. I was just going to give her a ride home, but that was a few hours ago. She didn't want to get off the bike so why should I make her?" he asked and Hashirama groaned from his side.
He asked to speak with her and so he handed the girl the phone. They talked for a few minutes and suddenly her face lit up, she opened her mouth but he waved a hand at her to catch her attention. She looked over to him and he shook his head. "Don't tell him about all the fun stuff, Backpack, He will worry." he said flirtatiously and held a finger up to his helmet, then he shushed her with a wink. Her jaw fell open and she sputtered her words for a second as she stared at him.
Oh yes, this girl was going to be a fun one.
They finished their conversation and she reached to hand the phone back to him. His fingers brushed over hers and he raised a brow as the woman literally swooned from the contact. A smirk graced his lips once more as he noticed her also scanning him up and down, chewing on her lip as she did so. He ran his right hand over his thigh to smooth out his riding gear and he watched as her eyes followed that movement.
"Enjoying the view are we, Backpack?" he asked in an amused, but flirting tone. Hashirama was steadily fussing at him in his ear and he could tell this amused her. "Oh... I know... She's a Good Girl." He said and her cheeks flushed red at his tone. He made his way over to her and leaned down in front of her slightly to grab his spare helmet and he raised it over her head. She leaned forward for him and he slipped it back on her gently.
He brushed his fingers under her chin to grab the straps and she shivered under his touch. His eyes scanned over her once more before he tossed his leg over his bike and offered her his hand. She took it gently and he helped her up onto the bike. When she was settled into his back he took off towards her house once more. He didn't want this night to end, but the sky was beginning to lighten up and he knew it had to.
His eyes drifted up to see the sunrising as he took off down the freeway. What a wonderful night it had been.
:-:-: Hinata :-:-:
Hinata sighed as she twisted the small cup in her grasp. Her eyes drifted over to her friends who were out on the dance floor dancing with their boyfriends. She sipped her drink and leaned against the bar. She tapped the toe of her shoe against the bottom rung of the barstool and sighed. Here she was, in her best outfit at a bar and yet she was the only one without someone to dance with. A slight sneer tugged at her lips but she squashed it right back down from once it came.
She tapped her nails on the edge of her shot glass and downed the shot. She turned on the stool to look over at her happy friends and she sighed as she leaned back and propped her elbows up on the bar. Sasuke, who normally wasn't one to be out on the floor, was dancing with Sakura. Her lavender gaze drifted over to Ino, who was dancing with Izuna, Sasuke's uncle. Then her gaze flicked to Naruto who was living it up out there, a slight smile crossed her lips at the sight of the man. She wished she were out there with him, but he was perfectly content with the woman he was with, surprisingly she had no idea who the girl was.
Some random girl he met she supposed. She looked to her left as the seat beside her ended up taken. "Madara." she greeted and he offered her a nod. He was Izuna's older brother and another uncle of Sasuke's. Also, the owner of the bar they were in. "Why aren't you out there?" he asked and she raised her right leg to cross it over her left leg. "I don't feel like it tonight." She sighed and he nodded as he waved to the bartender and waved a lone finger around in a circle. The sign for the bartender to get her another round.
She nodded to him appreciatively as she downed her sixth shot of the night. She was starting to feel the effects but she didn't care, it wasn't her tab so she was going to run it up. She was miserable in her lonesomeness. She wanted to drown the loneliness with alcohol, and no one was going to stop her tonight. "Want me to give you a ride back home tonight?" Madara asked and she shook her head. "Thanks, but I'll find a way home." she sighed and downed the next shot just as easily as the last.
She watched as one by one, her friends all loaded up and left. Tenten and Temari stopped by and asked her if she wanted to ride with them home, but she shook her head at them and waved them on. They watched her for a moment before they nodded and left. It was nearing two a.m. and Sakura and Ino finally decided they had, had enough. They grabbed her by the hands and pulled her out of the bar and into the cold night air, which didn't bother her in the slightest.
Hinata's gaze drifted over the six bikes that leaned in a row outside and she smirked. What beautiful bikes those were. A deep green Ninja leaned at the front of the line; she knew this was Hashirama's. Four glistening ebony Ducati sat in the center of the line, each with their own unique red patterns. Madara, Izuna, Sasuke, and Itachi's bikes. The last bike was a stunning 1000cc Kawasaki Ninja in deep blue and white. She wasn't aware of whose bike that one was.
As Sakura and Ino made their way over to their boyfriend's bikes they stopped by the blue one and exchanged looks. They snatched the key from the ignition and ran over to Hinata and tossed the keys in her grasp. "Good luck!" they called behind them as they rushed over and slipped onto the back of Sasuke and Izuna's bikes. The two men revved their engines and sped off down the street. She sighed as she looked at the keys in her grasp.
Hashirama patted her on the head gently as he slipped his helmet on and tossed his leg over his evergreen bike. One by one all the men got on their bikes and left, leaving only Madara and her standing in the lot. "You sure you don't wanna ride with me?" he asked and she nodded. She was probably just going to walk home; she didn't live too far either way. Maybe a thirty-minute walk, but it didn't matter to her she needed the air.
She looked back down to the keys in her grasp and she leaned to put them back into the ignition of the bike, only for a chill to run down her spine. She slowly turned and a man was towering over her. She swallowed and turned to face him fully. His head was tilted to the side in interest as he stared at her through the visor of his helmet. A deep blue one with white stripes jagging down the side of it.
He towered over her and she shakily offered him the keys, which he took from her grasp gently. He was definitely the owner of the bike... her hands trembled as she looked up at the much taller man. She could see no facial features through the visor and so she had no idea who he was. He just seemed to be watching her in interest. He tossed his leg over his bike and looked over to her once more as if waiting on something.
"We're the only ones here. Get on." he demanded and she shook her head. "I'm not going to ride with you, I don't know you." she managed and he shook his head as he revved the engine of his bike. He offered her a hand once more and motioned for her to hop on, but she shook her head. There was something intimidating about this man, but when she looked down and saw that it was almost 3 a.m. she decided it was safer to ride with him than walk home.
"Get on..." His deep voice commanded and she scowled at him. He stopped for a second and held up one finger. He reached to the back of his bike and unfastened his spare helmet and held it out to her. She took the helmet from him and slipped it onto her head. She fastened it under her chin and took the hand he held out to her. He gently helped her slip onto the seat and she placed her hands on his hips.
She blushed beneath the helmet from being this close to a man she had never met before. He reached behind him and grabbed her arms and wrapped them tightly around his waist. She tried to loosen them from around his waist when he started rolling but he slammed on the brakes and she collided with his back once more and locked her hands together around his waist. "Be a good backpack and hold on." he said gruffly and she scowled at him beneath the helmet.
"I'm not a backpack." she snapped and he chuckled, a deep rumbling laughter that shook his chest and made her blush. "You are tonight. Backpack." he said and she huffed and looked to the side. She had to admit, there was something that turned her on about a man on a bike, much more so a gruff man on a bike like his. She wasn't going to admit that out loud though. He began rolling the bike back once more. She continued to hold onto him tightly as he adjusted to take off.
He pulled up one leg and began to do something she couldn't see on the side of the bike before he took off with a loud engine rev and a jolt. She tightened her grip around his waist and buried her face in his back as they lunged forward. He began changing gears and speeding up rapidly. Her eyes widened as she hadn't even told him where she lived and yet he was heading that direction anyways. She leaned back a little bit and an unfamiliar feeling fell over her as the wind whipped around the hair that fell out of the helmet.
The feeling of being free. She slipped her eyes shut and relished in this feeling; it was something she had never experienced before. And she loved the thrill of it. Neji had dropped her off at the bar in his car, and she had never ridden a bike before. Especially not one like this. He began dropping gears and slowing down as they reached her house. He pulled to a stop in front of her driveway and she was saddened as it was over.
"You gonna get off backpack?" he asked gruffly and she sighed as she made a move to hop off, but she didn't want to. "Would... would you mind riding around a little more with me?" she asked and he turned to face her slightly. He tilted his head in interest but said nothing, so she started to loosen her grip on his waist. Only, before she could let go of him, he grabbed her arms and locked them around his waist once more.
A grin crossed her lips and she leaned into him once more. "Anything for the backpack." he said and she rolled her eyes, but the grin never left her lips as he jolted into moving once more, echoing a loud revving of the engine through the quiet neighborhood. He reached in front of him and turned up his music and began blasting it as he leaned and took off down the freeway. She could feel him going up in gears once more and their speed increased at a rapid pace.
Her heart raced in her chest but it wasn't in fear. It was pure excitement. She bit her lower lip as he jerked back on the bike and popped a wheelie with her holding on tightly to him. He leaned ever so slightly from side to side and they weaved through the lanes. She let out a squeal of excitement as he dropped them back down. She could feel his rumbling laughter reverberate through his chest and into her, which made her blush once more. After what felt like hours of them doing nothing but speeding down the empty freeway, he pulled off an exit and slipped into a gas station.
He never once removed his helmet so she didn't either. She had never felt this way before, so free... and the adrenaline rush it gave her? More addicting than anything she had ever felt. She looked over to him carrying a bottle of water and when he got close, he stopped only a few inches away from her. She licked her lower lip, that familiar shiver threatening to run down her spine once more. She cursed herself as she felt weak under his gaze.
How could someone who she didn't know what he looked like, be so attractive to her. He held out the bottle of water to her and she took it with a small nod. She could finally breathe right once more when he stepped away from her. The towering man was something else. He wondered if he knew what he was doing, he seemed kind enough but she wouldn't put it past him. She raised the visor of her helmet and she pressed the bottle inside to take a drink from the pop top lid but it was hard. She sighed and he turned to face her curiously.
He stepped closer to her once more and tapped the bottom of her helmet with two fingers, meaning for her to tilt her head back. She did so and he began unfastening her helmet. He carefully pulled it off her head and held it against his hip. He pulled off his riding gloves and she took in the sight of his much larger hands as she sipped her water. He set the gloves on the bike and turned to start filling up his tank.
He lifted his visor to see the pump better and she leaned to try and get a peek, but his face was angled just out of her sight. She grumbled inwardly as she took another sip of the water that he had bought her. She looked over once more and saw that he had angled his head down and to the side the slightest bit, giving her a glimpse at pale skin. She leaned to look and see a little more but he turned away from her and she sighed.
As if hearing her sigh and seeing her plight, deep chuckles emanated from him once more. "Curious are we, Backpack?" he asked tauntingly and her mouth went dry at the sound of his gruff voice. It was deeper than she thought and was so much more alluring without the helmet muffling it. She liked the sound of his voice. "Hinata." she said and he tilted his head to the side nearest her. "I know your name." He said and turned the slightest bit to face her once more, giving her a side view of his nose. "Hinata." he said in that same taunting tone and she swallowed, only to grab the water bottle and took another sip.
Perhaps it was because she was still drunk... but the way he said her name? It made her knees weak and she wanted to hear it again. When she downed the water, she turned back to him but his visor was down again. She sighed and yet another chuckle escaped him. She heard a buzzing and she looked back to him to see him pulling his phone out. He raised his visor once more with a sigh and put the phone on speaker.
"Yeah?" he asked and the person on the other side sighed deeply. "You've been ignoring my calls for the past two hours, are you ok?" the person asked and she recognized the voice as Hashirama's. "Yeah, I'm all good." he said and she listened intently. So, this was someone Hashirama and Madara knew personally, seeing as she heard Madara call him a dumb bastard from the background. "I was just riding around still." he said and Hashirama sighed in relief this time.
"Hey... You haven't seen Hinata, have you?" Hashirama asked and she couldn't help the smile that crossed her lips at this. "Yeah, Hinata's with me still." he said and she felt her knees go weak all over again, the slightest bit of water slipping from between her lips as she tried to drink once more. She hated that he could make her feel this way by just saying her name, but she loved it all the same.
"Can I talk to her?" Hashirama asked and he held the phone to her without looking at her. He seemed to like the idea of not showing her his face, which she couldn't understand. "Hashirama?" she asked and the man breathed yet another relieved sigh over the phone. "Hey... I hope my brother hasn't scared you too much..." he sighed and she smiled at the phone. "Not at all, he's taken very good care of me." she said and she started to tell Hashirama about the thrill of the ride, but She caught sight of movement from the man beside her and she looked over to him.
"Don't tell him about all the fun stuff backpack, he will worry." he said that so seductively and she about damn near melted into a puddle right then and there as he held a lone finger to his helmet and shushed her. There was something downright sexy about this man and she wanted this to last as long as possible. "I uh..." she began and Hashirama grumbled under his breath. "What did he say?" he asked and she shook her head at the phone. "N-nothing! I promise! He just gave me something to drink." She lied and Hashirama muttered something incoherent.
"Just... be safe, ok?" he pleaded and she smiled at the phone she figured he worried too much, but then again maybe he wasn't worrying enough. But she wasn't going to tell him that, she didn't want to ruin their exciting night. "We are, I promise." she said and he grumbled something about handing the phone back to his brother. She offered the phone back to him and he took it gently, his fingers brushing over hers and she about melted once more. That little bit of skin to skin contact sent a shock through her system.
She took this time to appraise the man before her. She hadn't really gotten to have a good look at him before because she was either buried into his back or focused on the fact that he towered over her. She looked him up and down, taking in the pristine look of his riding suit, normally spared for the racetrack, she knew this because Sasuke had one that he wore to race around the track at normally illegal speeds.
She liked how snug his suit seemed on him, but she knew it didn't hinder his movement. "Enjoying the view, are we?" he asked in amusement and she blushed darkly. "Oh, good lord." Hashirama sighed over the phone. "Don't tease her too much man, she's a good person." Hashirama said and she smiled at this. "Oh, I know..." He mused, only to turn towards her and wink. "She's a good girl." he said seductively and she suddenly felt light headed.
This was going to be too much for her if she kept sticking around him. But she liked it all the same. "Don't do it if you don't mean it." Hashirama growled and the man sighed. "Yeah, yeah I got it." he said and turned to face her once more. Red eyes peering at her from the open visor of the helmet, his intense and appraising gaze scanning over her form, making her weak in the knees. "Alright Hashirama, she will be home soon, ok?" he asked and Hashirama grumbled something else under his breath but then released a 'yeah sure'.
He turned to her and made his way over to her once more. He still hadn't put his visor back down so she could see a little more of his face and she could tell that beneath that helmet he was no doubt attractive. He winked at her once more and slapped the visor back down. "A little glimpse for curious eyes." he said and she smiled at him. He tilted his head to the side a little upon seeing her smile, but he moved to put the helmet back on her anyways. His deft fingers brushed under her chin, tilting her head up to him and he fastened the helmet back.
"I like your bike." she said and he chuckled beneath his helmet. "Is that why you had my keys, backpack?" he asked and she shook her head as she blushed once more. "Ino and Sakura handed them to me and said good luck." she sighed and deep laughter echoed through him as he held his bare left hand to his chest. There was no ring on his finger, so she wondered if he was single. As if catching her staring at that lone empty finger he stepped closer to her, towering over her once more.
"Really curious tonight are we, Backpack?" He asked and her blush came right back to her cheeks. "Why do you call me that?" she grumbled and he flipped her visor down as he leaned down and tapped his helmet to hers. "Because you're a backpack tonight, or did you forget?" he asked and she groaned, that wasn't an answer. "What does backpack mean in motorcycle terms?" she asked and he gave her yet another tap to her helmet with his own, or as Sakura liked to call them, biker kisses.
He flipped up his visor and stared holes into her helmet. "Because you... are a backpack." he said and mimicked putting on a backpack. Her eyes widened slightly and she got it finally. A backpack, his passenger. She sighed and slumped her head as she felt so dumb for not understanding before. Maybe it had been the alcohol. She was going to blame it on that. "Let's go backpack, the sun will be up soon." he said as he tossed a toned leg over his bike and offered a hand to her.
She took it and slung her own leg over his bike, although she had a little more trouble than he did seeing as though she was a foot and a few inches shorter than him. He reached back and took her wrists into his hands and wrapped them firmly around his torso yet again. She leaned her head into his back and he chuckled as she snuggled in deeper to his back. She was comfortable here.
The ride back was a more relaxing one and less exciting than the one there. No more wheelies were pulled and no more lawbreaking speeds were achieved, and that was ok. She enjoyed the ride back either way. He pulled up to her house and she reluctantly got off the bike. She removed her helmet and offered it back to him but he rubbed the back of his neck and took it just as reluctantly as she had gotten off the bike.
"Will I see you again?" She asked and he flipped up his visor to look at her with curious eyes. "First date go so well that you want another?" He chuckled and she blushed darkly. She looked down to her feet and twisted the toe of one of her shoes into the concrete of the driveway nervously. "I didn't know it was a date... I don't even know your name." she said and he chuckled as he reached over and kicked down the stand for his bike.
"It wasn't, but you seem to want one. Is it the bike?" he asked and she shook her head. He tilted his head to look at her curiously, only to flip up his visor and rest an arm on the tank of the bike and lean his chest against it. "I'm going to be honest with you." he sighed and she looked up at him once more, clashing her eyes with his ruby red ones. "I'm only here for the week, because I live an hour away. I'm staying with Hashirama for the time being." he sighed and she folded her hands in front of her.
Well, there goes that idea. "But..." he said and she looked up at him once more. "I was trying to see if there was anything worth moving here for. So far, I like what I see, but I'm going to give it the rest of the week." he said and she smiled at him. "Does this mean I can see you again then?" she asked and he stepped off his bike and strolled leisurely over to her, spare helmet in hand. He set it on the ground by her feet and she looked down at it.
"That's for you to choose." he said and she reached down to swiftly pick the helmet back up. He held out a hand to her and she put the helmet on her head while she searched for her phone. When she found it in her left pocket, she pulled it out and handed it to him. He gently took it and typed in his number. He handed it back to her and she held it to her chest as she watched him toss a leg back over his bike and kick the stand back up. "Let me know when you wanna see me again, Backpack." he said as he jolted off down the street, revving his engine.
He turned around at the end of her road and pulled his bike up into a wheelie once more, only this time he was standing on her seat and waving at her with one hand. She snapped a picture as he passed and she saved it as his contact picture. She looked at the name he put and a giggle escaped her as she realized he put in Blue Kawasaki as his name. "Blue Kawasaki, huh... what an odd man, just tell me your name." she sighed as she strolled up to her front door and fumbled with her keys, helmet tucked under her arm.
She unlocked her door and stepped inside, securing the door behind her. She sat on her couch and pulled the blanket she kept there across her form. She closed her eyes and laid her head on the pillow there; she was too tired to make her way upstairs to her room anyways.

The ride home was... boring. The warmth of her being wrapped around him was no longer there and he dared say he missed it. The way she had snuggled into his back and the way her knees would brush the backs of his thighs. She melded right into him and he liked that feeling. He parked his bike in Hashirama's driveway and crammed his hands in his pants pockets as he made his way up the steep driveway.
He reached to knock on the door, but it whipped open in front of him. "You had me so worried you idiot!" Hashirama snapped and he rolled his eyes as he slipped in beside his brother. "What happened? You wanna talk about it?" Hashirama asked, only to look out to his bike and furrow his brows. "Where's the spare helmet?" Hashirama asked curiously as he flopped against the couch.
"With her." he said and Hashirama sputtered indignantly. "What do you mean with her?" he asked and Tobirama rolled his head over to him and sighed. His brother was annoying him with all the questions, but he knew he cared. "We had an amazing night, honestly. So much so, that I gave her my number." he said and Hashirama's shoulders slumped a little bit. He knew that was not the answer that his older brother was wanting to hear, but he couldn't understand why.
"You didn't sleep with her, did you? I know how you are. You always flirt and then nothing comes of it. She's going to be expecting a relationship and if you still don't want that she's going to be hurt." Hashirama bit out and he blinked over at his brother with unamused eyes. He thought it over on how to even begin to reply to him. "No... I didn't sleep with her. But Hashirama... if that does happen it will be of her own free will. So don't be angry if it does." he said and Hashirama fisted his hands.
"Are you going to be with her if you do?" Hashirama asked, then sat on the couch. "Are you going to stay or are you going to run away again when someone says they love you?" he asked and Tobirama sighed. He had the tendency to do just that. However, it was because when they usually said it, he didn't feel the same. With hinata it was different. Or so he thought anyways. He had an instant attraction to her and it wasn't just because she was beautiful. He connected with her the moment she didn't want to get off his bike and go home.
He hadn't wanted to let her off the bike either and that startled him. But deep down, he was lonely and he was willing to actually try and see if this could work with her. "She asked me if she could see me again. She doesn't even know what I look like Hashirama... I'm an idiot with a helmet for a face to her and she wanted to see me again." he sighed as he rubbed over the marking on his chin with his thumb.
"What? You didn't show her your face?" This seemed to startle his brother more than anything. "And my name is Blue Kawasaki in her phone." he chuckled and his brother buried his face in his hands and groaned before looking back at him in irritation. "What have you done..." he grumbled and Tobirama chuckled at this. He knew he had started something with the girl that no one was about to get in the way of, no matter who they were. The way he felt right now? He missed her presence and he wanted it back more than anything.
"I missed her presence on the ride over here, brother." he said and Hashirama looked over to him with curious eyes. "I want her." he said and Hashirama smiled at this, but his smile faded soon after. "Just don't be too hard on yourself. Don't be that way towards her either. She will open up to you with time, but just make sure she continues to enjoy herself." he said and Tobirama nodded. "I plan on it. I'm hoping she wants to do something tomorrow." he said and Hashirama nodded as he tossed a pillow and a blanket at him.
"Dont be upset if she doesn't. She usually spends her weekends at the bar with the girls." he said and Tobirama smirked. "So, I guess I'll just have to go hang out again too."
