Previously on Back with a Vengeance:

Y/N: I have a lead...but you're not gonna believe it.

Sona: *concerned* Why?

Y/N: Because....it looks like it was an inside job.

Now

The room was silent as Y/N had revealed that the new attacks that were happening in Devil territory were actually from someone on the inside.

Sona: *shocked* W-What do you mean it wan an inside job?!

Y/N: That's literally what I mean. Someone from the Devil Faction is causing these new attacks on humans.

Tsubaki: But to have these kind of attacks, you would need those with strong abilities and a lot of power!

Y/N: And with that, it minimizes the suspects and cuts more than half of the playing field. Which only leaves with a few groups of devils that can pull it off. And after doing some further research I've narrowed it down to one group.

Sona: And what group would that be?

Y/N: *sighs* It ''pains'' me to say this....but I believe the Gremory Clan is responsible.

Now everyone (minus Y/N, Bill, and Cletus) in the room was devastated.

Sona: But why would Rias and her family do such a thing?!

Y/N: I'm not saying that it is Rias. I'm just saying that the attacks are from the 'Gremory Clan'. For all we know Rias might be innocent...or not. I don't know for sure, but what I do know is that they are the only clan that has all the abilities to pull off these attacks. Not only that, but think about it... what other group that we know can pull off a full blown massacre, leave without a trace, not show any signs or traces of themselves, and have the power to make it all look like it was nothing? And not only that, but at the crime scenes of the attacks, there were huge amounts of Demonic Energy. Which means it wasn't the Angels or Fallen Angels.

This made the student council go into deep thought. As they tried their best to their knowledge to remember all the groups from the Devil Faction, they all came to the same conclusion that only the Gremory Clan, which was the first clan of the 72, could possibly be the one. There were other clans that could also be suspected, but either they lacked a certain quality to pull something like the attacks off or they lacked any reason to do something so horrid like killing over hundreds of humans. Though most of the council were starting to suspect the Gremorys, Sona still couldn't believe it.

Sona: But why though? Why would the Gremory Clan do something such as killing humans.

Y/N: I have a few ideas on why...but nothing solid, but so far it looks like the main one is power.

Saji: But the Gremorys were the first clan of the 72. Not only that but they've ruled over the Underworld for centuries. and Lord Lucifer who is also the current ruler is also one of the four Satans. Why would they want more power?

Y/N: Saji my friend...have you ever heard of the saying "Enough is never Enough". Well that is what I believe is going on here with the Gremorys. Sure they have the power over the Underworld, but now they're are slowly attacking humans. And although I don't have 'Solid Evidence', I have enough that does pinpoint to the Gremory Clan.

Sona: *curious* And what would that be?

Y/N: Well first is a bit of history. Now we all know about 'The Great War' right. The three factions went against each other and so did the two heavenly dragons. But do we actually know why or what the actual cause was? Sure a lot of Devils say it was because of the two dragons The Red Dragon and The White, but who said that it was the cause. If you guys actually go back before the dragon thing, humans were being used as slaves for both Fallen Angels And Devils. Not only that but the Devils mostly used and abused the humans. They didn't even think twice about them or their lives. To them they were just ants under their boot. Now with today's devils, a lot care about humans, but some devils still see humans as nothing more but a low life and nothing more. Then one day, someone sparked a revolution against the Devils. Some say it was an angel, some say it was a Fallen Angel, some say it was a human that had enough, while others thought it was some hero that protected the humans.

This caused Sona to frown because every word that Y/N said was right. And though she tried to think of some reason to still not believe it, she was slowly believing that it was the Gremorys and that didn't go unnoticed by Y/N.

Y/N: Listen Sona, I know that this is a lot to take in and I know that Rias is your best friend, but like I said before that she may or may not be part of it. But do take into account that if she can betray someone like me who was supposedly her boyfriend, then why wouldn't she betray someone that was her best friend?

Now that caused a heavy blow to every student council member. They all still had guilt and regret for not telling Y/N about the affair especially Sona. She wanted to tell him so badly, but just like the others, she feared that he wouldn't believe her and that it would cause a riff between them. That also made Sona realize that Y/N was once again true. If Rias could play someone who was supposed to be someone she loved, then what made Sona any different.

Y/N: And another piece of evidence you might want to know is actually standing right in front of you.

Sona: What do you mean?

Y/N: I mean me Sona.

Sona: But when Ruruko found your body, she said that you were stabbed by a light spear.

Ruruko: And the only ones who can do that are Angels and Fallen Angels.

Y/N: Yes that is true that I was nearly killed by a light spear, but that's not the whole truth. Now normally Fallen Angels would attack humans or stray devils because they posed a threat or held a sacred gear, but I didn't even have a sacred gear at all...and yet I was still attacked. The reason for that is because apparently someone was paying to have me killed. And to prove it *pulls out a small hologram projector* here's what happened. I got this from a good friend who told me everything that happened.

Y/N then played the video that showed Y/N getting stabbed by a blue light spear. The video then showed the fallen angel named Dohnaseek and his speech about Y/N having a bounty on him. The video then cut off. When it finished the student council were shocked.

Y/N: But wait!....there's more.

Y/N then played a video that showed Dohnaseek waiting in a dark alley. After a few moments, a red magic circle with the Gremory symbol on it appeared and out came Sirzechs and Zeoticus Gremory. It then showed Sirzechs handing over a large sack to Dohnaseek. He then looked in side and smiled. He then left smiling and saying pleasure doing business. After the video stopped, all the student council were now in rage. That was all they needed to see to believe Y/N.

Saji: Those Bastards!

Tsubaki: How could they!

Y/N: Listen guys, I feel the same way, but you need to play it cool. No one besides everyone in this room knows that I'm even still alive. For now, I need you to act like I'm dead and go on like nothing else happened. When the time comes, I'll reveal myself to everyone, but for now I'm Y/N L/N, and not Y/N Hyoudou. So can I count on you guys to do that for me?

Although the student council had mixed feelings, the first to step up was Saji.

Saji: *smiling* You better believe I have your back this time bro.

Y/N then smiled and bro hugged him. After that, one by one they stepped up.

Ruruko: You can count me in as well.

Tsubasa: The same goes for me.

Tomoe: And for me as well.

Reya: Me too.

Momo: We're with you Y/N.

Tsubaki: If this is what you require, then I'm in as well.

Y/N gave each member a hug which made all of he girls (except Ruruko) blush. Finally Sona stood in front of Y/N.

Sona: I know that in the past, we weren't there for you when you were there for us, but now that you're here back with us, *smiling with tears in her eyes* you better know that no matter what that I wi- I mean 'We' will by your side no matter what.

Y/N: *smiles and hugs Sona* Thank you.

After that Y/N turned back into his other form and started to leave to class with Bill and Cletus, but just as they were out the door Y/N looked back at the student council and said

Y/N: Oh and ladies...besides Ruruko I'm pretty sure you have something else you want to tell me, so I left my number on the chess board. See ya later~.

After that the rest of the girls all quickly looked at the chess board to see a paper with Y/N's phone number on it. Sona quickly grabbed it and blushed.

Sona: W-Well it's probably for the best that we have Y/N's number...so we can keep in touch of course *blushed harder thinking about talking to Y/N*.

Meanwhile

As the student council were talking about Y/N, Y/N, Bill, and Cletus (aka. Carnage) were heading to class.

Cletus: You know I had some doubts, but I still can't believe that they Actually bought that.

Bill: You really sold it to them buddy.

Y/N: *sigs* Thanks guys...

Bill: *notices Y/N's reaction* Why so glum chum?

Cletus: Feel bad about sort of lying to some of your future girlfriends~?*said teasingly*

Y/N: Kinda...I mean I just wish there was a better way of telling them.

Cletus: I'm pretty sure there wasn't bud, so don't be so hard on yourself.

Bill: He's right, besides do you know what you just in there? You just started the spark that will become a flame and slowly burn down the forests of the Gremory's. You let go of a drop of blood into shark infested waters my friend. You planted of seed of doubt that will slowly grow in time and become the shade of our victory. You made the first move that may be the starting point of World War III! You-

Cletus: Alright I think we get it.

Bill: *chuckles nervously* heh, heh , sorry.

Y/N: *smiles* it's all good Bill.

Time skip brought to by Chibi Bill talking to Chibi Penny

It was the end of the day and Y/N, Bill, and, Cletus were walking out the school gate. But before they could leave, someone called out to them. When they turned around to see who it was, they were disappointed to see that it was Rias and her peerage.

Rias: Hello there. you're Y/N L/N correct?

Y/N: Nope

Y/N then began to leave with Cletus chuckling and Bill trying to hold in his laughter. While that happened Rias was getting irritated and a certain lapdog didn't like that.

Issei: Hey Jackass, Rias is trying to talk to you!

Issei then grabbed Y/N by the shoulder, but before he could even blink Y/N was behind him and gave Issei a suplex. 

A/N: Like this

The impact was so fast and strong that it caused a crater in the ground. That of course stunned not only Issei, but Rias and the rest of her peerage, and while they were shocked Cletus was on the floor laughing so hard while Bill was holding his sides laughing.

Y/N: Fuck Off

And with that Y/N left with Bill and Cletus. As Y/N got home, his phone went off, when  he looked at it he saw that it was an unknown number.

Y/N: Hello?

Sona: H-Hello Y/N?

Y/N: Oh hello Sona nice of you to call~.

Sona: Y-Yes, well I-I was just making sure that you got home and wanted to say that I-I'm glad your back.

Y/N: *smiling* Of course Sona, see ya tomorrow?

Sona: *blushing on the other end* O-Of course.

After that Y/N was about to go in, but his phone went off again. As he checked it was another unknown caller. When he answered, he found out it was Tsubaki. The same thing happened with her, like it did with Sona. After the call ended, moments later, another girl called Y/N, that by the end of all the calls, Y/n had made contact with all of the student council. After being tired of answering the phone, he barely opened his front door and walked in when his phone went off again.

Y/N: *answers the phone* Yes?!

Josh: And hi to you too.

Y/N: *checks his phone* O-Oh sorry about that Josh. I uh, got a lot of calls earlier hat I didn't realize it was you he heh *starting to feel embaresed*

Josh: Hey, it's cool. I just called cause I need to talk to you. Are you busy by any chance?

Y/N: Not at the mo-

A second later a bright light engulfed Y/N and then he was suddenly in front of Josh who was in his original form.

Y/N: -ment...

Josh: *smiling* Perfect.

Y/N: Sooo..what's up?

Josh: Not much yet. The heat on you and your peerage has died down a bit. I just wanted to check on ya and make sure your good.

Y/N: Oh, well thanks. And also I just told Sona and her peerage today about "who did it".

Josh: And of course they bought it right.

Y/N: Yep.

Josh: Great. Now first I want to congratulate you on getting a few more tattoos.

Josh was referring to the two new tatts that Y/n had gotten just afer the whole attack on humans incident.

A/N: This is one on the back of your neck

A/N: This one is on the palm of your left hand

Y/N: Thanks

Josh: I know your still getting used to your strength and everything, so I also wanted to help you out.

Y/N: By what might I ask?

Josh: Training you. That you you'll have a better control of your powers, probably unlock more abilities, and also probably not cause another incident...like you did today at the school.

Y/N: *sweating* Oh...you saw that huh?

Josh then waved his hand and a video of Y/n suplexing Issei appeared.

Josh: Trust, I posted it online. It's already gotten over five million views. But that's besides the point. Another reason why I want to train you is so you can use this.

Josh then pulled out the gauntlet that he had shown the faction leaders.

Y/N: *amazed* Wow..

Josh: Pretty neat right. After doing a little bit of research, I figured out what it can do. You see the six stones in the gauntlet? Each stone represents a different element that can controll a different part of the universe.

Y/N: *surprised* A-And you're going to give I to me?!

Josh: Not just yet. First I'll train you with the powers you have now, then and only then when you've mastered them, I'll train you to use this gauntlet.

Y/N: So when does my training begin?

Josh: *smiles* Soon. but first...I think it's time to put Phase 3...into play.

In the Undeworld

The workloads for all the devils had skyrocketed when all the human attacks had occurred. Almost all the clans were stressed out, but one of the few that weren't was the Phenex Clan. Currently at the moment Riser was sitting on a couch surrounded by his peerage, when all of a sudden a swirl of fire erupted in front of him. When the fire went out, there standing was Y/n wearing a hood. This caused all of Riser's peerage to get into a fighting stance.

Riser: What is the meaning of this?! How dare you invade Riser's Home!

Y/N: Riser Phenex...we need to talk.

Riser: *bored*What could you possibly say that would even get Riser's attention?

Y/N: Two words......Rias Gremory.

That of course got Riser's full attention.

Riser: What about her?

Y/N: Currently at this moment you are engaged to her correct?

Riser: That is correct.

Y/N: You and I both know that Rias doesn't want to marry you, so of course that's going to lead to a Rating Game.

Riser: *now curious*So, what of it?

Y/N: *smiles* How would you like to make sure that you win?

Riser: *smirks* Riser is listening.

A/N: And that's the end of this chapter. Up next Chapter 7. A Demon disguised as an Angel. And now for a few quick announcements.
