It had been a few hours after Y/N had spoken to Josh about 'The Plan'. Since then, Josh had informed Y/N about what had happened while he was "dead". Apparently, a member of the student council had found his body and reported it back to Sona.  He told him that when she found out that she didn't show any emotion in front of her peerage, but when they left her to be she started to shed tears. He then told him that she informed Rias who seemed surprise, and when the rest of her peerage found out only Akeno and Koneko were upset by it, while the males of the peerage didn't even look phased. When Y/N asked how his adoptive parents took it, Josh simply sighed and informed him that Rias had erased all of their memories of him so it was if he didn't exist. This only made Y/N's anger and rage increase. Josh noticed this, and although it was good that Y/N could use his rage and anger, Josh worried that it might consume him and turn him evil. So Josh decided to kick off 'Phase 1'. He gave Y/N a set of keys and opened up a portal to the real world. When Y/N and Josh stepped out they were in front of a large home.

Josh: *smiling* Well, what do you think?

Y/N: This is yours?

Josh: Correction, WAS mine. I'm giving it to you.

Y/N: Really? Why?

Josh: Well one, obviously you're going to need somewhere to stay and do whatever is needed here in the real world cause you're not living with me in my realm. Two, this is one of many homes that I own from rich people who's time had come so I have a couple to spare. And Three, You're gonna need a lot of space for you and your teammates.

Y/N: Ok, but why so much for just Me, Carnage and Bill?

In Y/N's mind:

Carnage: Honestly bud, I wouldn't complain. it looks like a good place to crash. I just wonder how many bodies I can put in the freezer for snacking on.

Bill: Although I don't agree with the 'body part', I must say that it really does look like a nice place.

Carnage: You're right, I should probably just keep the heads. That way it takes up less space so I can have a lot more.

Bill: That's... not what I meant.

Josh: *hearing what Carnage and Bill are saying* About that, try to keep the body count to a minimal for now. We don't want to bring any unwanted attention.

Carnage then formed a head on Y/N.

A/N: imagine he's attached to you.

Carnage: *deep voice* No promises.

Josh: *looking serious* If you want to keep living, there will be.

Carnage then went back in Y/N mumbling how Josh was killing his fun.

Josh: *sighs* Anyways, besides when Bill and Carnage aren't with you, you'll also have your peerage here as well. Speaking of which here.

Josh then handed Y/N a pouch and a deck of cards. When Y/N examined the pouch he saw that they were in the form of skeletons and skulls. He also looked at the deck of cards to also notice they had skeletons and skulls as well.

A/N: Imagine that's the king piece that was put into you.

A/N: The King, Queen, Joker, and Jack are skeletons and there's a skull in the middle of the ace, and on the back of all the cards are crossbones.

Y/N: Ok, not complaining or anything, but do you have anything that doen's have skull on them?

Josh: *smiling* Nope. And also you get the biggest bedroom.

Y/N: Why?

Josh: For when you have 'female company' of course. *winks at Y/N and nudges him*

Y/N: *giving him the 'really' look* .

Josh: What? It's also sound proof.

Y/N just stood there still giving him the look.

Josh:  If you're worried about finding anything "odd", don't worry I cleaned the place so you don't have to worry about much. Well besides that, here. 

He then handed Y/N a black file.

Josh: Inside is the list of those who be a great edition to your peerage. It shows their info, their background, what they look like etc.

As Y/N looked at the list he started to grin and think of all the possabilities.

Josh: And now that you have that just let me know when you're ready to go and I'll send you to their locations so that you can get started. Yo8u can get a hold of me with this. 

Josh then tossed Y/N a phone.

Josh: It already has my number in it so just give me a call. I'll check in on you guys later.

Josh then opened up a portal back to his domain and went in. After he left Carnage and Bill went into their human forms.

Carnage: *regular human voice* So are we just gonna stand here or are we going to check this place out.

Carnage then started to walk to the house

Bill: Right behind you.

Y/N then closed the file and followed the others up the stairs. When they opened the doors they started to look at their new home.

A/N: Living Room

A/N: Kitchen

Carnage: I'm so gonna break some shit.

Bill and Y/N then looked at Carnage with concern.

Bill: Why???

Carnage: Meh.

After that awkward conversation, the guys decided to split up and look around the house.

A/N: Game room that is part of the indoor bar.

A/N: Gaming Room

A/N: Home Room Theater

A/N: Front part of the bar

Y/N then went upstairs and noticed that there were a lot of empty rooms. As he went down the hallway, he saw a room that looked like it was his.

As he went in, he noticed a door on the left that read 'Office'. When he peeked inside, he liked what he saw.

After looking around, he decided to regroup with the others. Apparently the house also had a sauna room, an indoor gym, and much more.

Bill: Say, did you see the back yard view?

When they went to heck it out they saw that they had a cliffside ocean view.

Carnage: Nice view. And it's also a good place to dump bodies at.

Bill: That's not really the point, but true though.

After that they went back inside. Y/N then decided that now that they've seen the place, it was time to start gathering his peerage

A/N: And that's the end of this chapter. up next chapter 4. Phase 1.And now for a few announcements.
