Joyful memories were made for all creatures in the outback when they reached the mountains and spent time together until nightfall, Frank introduced himself to the funnel-web who's love he had claimed, Nigel started socializing with other creatures who like him 'just wanted everything to be beautiful' while Zoe had found some other lizards who were similar to her and Pretty Boy... he was still running from Doug and Doreen's children. Malcolm meanwhile was talking with Jackie when he realized something. "Jackie, have you seen Maddie?" He asked.  Jackie frowned. "Now that you mention it no, I haven't seen her since we arrived" This now raised a red flag in Malcolm's head. "I think I should go look for her" He said, worry forming on his face. "Don't worry love, I've already found her" Jackie said looking up, Malcolm followed her gaze and saw on top of one of the rocks near the top of one of the mountains at the far back, was a snake, he knew instantly that was her. "Go on Malcolm, go get her" Jackie encouraged. Malcolm smiled at her. "See ya Jackie" "See ya Malcolm" Jackie called after him. Malcolm moved up the mountains and along to where he saw Maddie. Eventually he came to a small cliff near the top and there looking out over the horizon, was Maddie. "G'day Madds" Malcolm said. Maddie turned around and smiled when she saw him. "G'day Mal" She said playfully. "What are you doing up here, shouldn't you be down with the rest of us?" Malcolm asked slithering to the right of her. "Umm, I just needed to think, it's nothing Mal, you go back down i'll join you in a minuet" She dismissed. But Malcolm knew something was up. "Madds, what's wrong?" Malcolm asked. "It's not-" She stopped when she saw Malcolm looking at her with a stern expression, she sighed and looked back out over the outback. "It's just... what now?" Malcolm was confused. "What do you mean?" He asked. "Well, we've made it to the outback but what do we do now, I mean I know we'll spend time with our families but, what if that gets old?" She expressed. Malcolm paused for a moment thinking for an answer. "We won't" he said. Now it was Maddie's turn to be confused. "What do mean" She asked. Malcolm slowly cupped her cheek. "We won't get board because families are unpredictable and you never know what to expect from them, and if you find yourself board i'll do whatever I can to make you happy, and you never know what we might run into down the road" Maddie smiled and chuckled which in turn made Malcolm smile. "You see, ya never know what will happen" He said. "I knew there was a reason I fell for you" Maddie said. "I love you too" Malcolm said. And with that they both filled in the gap and kissed each other bending their bodies so that they formed a heart. No one knew what could be in-store for these two snakes and their friends. But these two snakes who set out as just friends found love in each other, found their families and found their way Back To The Outback.
