Wednesday, October, 21st, 2015, 5.00pm.

The fields below where the DeLorean is flying instantly become street upon street of homes that were built over the next thirty years. They fly into some clouds to avoid being seen.

Inside the DeLorean, Scott and Suzy plan their next move.

SUZY

We'd better take it down. We can't see a thing.

SCOTT

No problemo.

Scott navigates DeLorean to the side street near Courthouse Square. He keeps it out of sight. Scott and Suzy see through the windscreen the earlier version of the DeLorean they left 2015 in. 17-year-old Jennifer is asleep on the trash heap on the side.

SUZY

This is weird.

They see the slightly younger Scott and Suzy arrive at the DeLorean.

Out in the alleyway, the younger versions of Scott and Suzy examine their surroundings.

YOUNGER SCOTT

Look, that's the DeLorean. That baby is a time machine!

YOUNGER SUZY

Like... you weren't kidding. That Doc... He built a time machine... Out of a car? Hang on, there's someone asleep on the trash heap. Look.

YOUNGER SCOTT

It's my mom! Look at her, she's so young!

The younger Suzy looks amazed at the sleeping teenage Jennifer wearing 1985 clothing.

YOUNGER SUZY

That's mad! Why is she asleep?

YOUNGER SCOTT

Apparently she was asking too many questions about the future. Doc put her under an anaesthetic.

The younger Scott tries the door of the older DeLorean.

SCOTT

The DeLorean, it's unlocked! What a stroke of luck. After all these months of researching online to work out how to break into 1980s cars and they left it unlocked!

Suzy looks nervous.

YOUNGER SUZY

You've been planning to do this? I can't go time travelling. I mean we can't go... I've got to go home for my dinner.

YOUNGER SCOTT

We'll be back to get you home for your dinner. Think about it, no time here will pass whatsoever, if we bring the car back to this exact moment. I only want to go for a little trip to try it out.

YOUNGER SUZY

Isn't it dangerous? I've seen stuff on TV about it.

YOUNGER SCOTT

I'll take you on a small sightseeing trip and bring you straight home. I promise. Cool. Mr. Fusion! All I need to do is pop a bit of trash in here.

YOUNGER SUZY

I'm not sure. Where do you want to go?

Younger Scott throws his school backpack into the car and climbs in himself.

YOUNGER SCOTT

Go? Right here in Hill Valley.

YOUNGER SUZY

Alright then, when? You know what I meant.

YOUNGER SCOTT

Damn, no keys, only one thing for it.

Scott messes around with the ignition pulling wires out and connecting them. The DeLorean roars into life.

YOUNGER SCOTT

Hop in, were going back to good ol' 1985!

Younger Suzy looks round nervously, climbs into the car and closes the door. They lift the

DeLorean up and take off over the rooftops. The slightly older version of Scott drives the slightly older DeLorean back to the exact spot the older version left. He and Suzy jump out.

SCOTT

There that's it. Everything is how we found it. Hopefully Doc won't notice that the last time departed is a day later now.

SUZY

Have you got everything out of the car?

Scott reaches into the DeLorean. He jumps out shocked.

SCOTT

My backpack! It's gone!

SUZY

You're joking? After everything we've been through.

SCOTT

What'll we do?

SUZY

We can't worry about that just yet. Maybe the Doc or Jules we just let picked it up. They would've made sure the area is clear before they went home. Wouldn't they?

SCOTT

I hope your right. He'll probably pop by and drop it off for us.

SUZY

Come on, before this Doc shows up.

Scott closes the gull wing door and the two of them head off to Courthouse Square. They pass Doc who's looking through his binoculars still. Doc looks sideways at Scott and Suzy, but doesn't recognise them.

Scott whispers to Suzy.

SCOTT

How weird was that?

SUZY

Very. It's great to be home.

There is a lot of commotion on the square. They see that 17-year-old Marty is on a hoverboard stuck on the lake. Griff Tannen and his gang head on over the water to get him with a baseball bat. They are also on hoverboards. Marty jumps in the water and Griff and his gang get tangled up in the towrope from the hoverboards and smash through the windows of the mall.

SCOTT

That was meant to happen. Griff got arrested for wrecking the mall. Everything seems to be okay. Thank goodness for that.

SUZY

How come they're on hoverboards?

SCOTT

I dunno? Maybe Doc set it all up?

Scott and Suzy see Marty gets out of the water and start chatting to Terry with the "Save the Clock Tower" tin.

At the Clocktower, The police have arrived and a police officer talks to Griff Tannen. After a brief chat, the police officer shakes Griff's hand and heads back to their car. Griff grins.

SCOTT

How did that happen?

Suzy points at the police car as it lifts off the ground.

SCOTT

A flying police car? How can that be? What the hell is going on here?

Scott and Suzy look round the square. They see that a lot of cars are flying as in Back to the Future Part II. Then they notice a huge billboard with Biff Tannen Junior's face on it. It reads, "Re-Elect Mayor Biff Tannen Jr. Keep the Tannens in Hill Valley for another term". Behind the buildings behind the billboard is a big tower filling the landscape. Tannen Towers!

SCOTT

Great Scott!

Scott looks back at the Café 80s to see the police car has landed again. He then sees that his brother, Marty Junior is pinned against the bonnet being handcuffed.

SCOTT

Oh no, Marty's been arrested!

SUZY

Why? What does this mean?

SCOTT

My dad came to the future to stop this entire event happening and ripping the family apart.

I think I've screwed it all up...
