They walked to the front door just as his parents and his sister pulled up to the mansion. Jazz got out first and ran up to Danny and gave him a hug and asked, "Why the blanket?"

"I'm cold." Danny said.

"Hey V-man!" Jack said as he walked over to Vlad and gave him a bone crushing hug.

"H-hello Jack." Vlad barley said.

Danny snickered as Maddie said, "Alright Jack. Put him down before you crush him."

Jack put Vlad down and Vlad said, "Thank you Madeline." He turned around and walked inside.

"Is there something wrong with him? He isn't flirting with me at all." Maddie asked Danny.

Danny shrugged his shoulders and completely lied, "I don't know."

They all walked inside and Vlad lead them to the living room. Danny and Vlad sat on the same couch but a little farther apart then usual. Sam took the chair by the couch. Jazz took the chair that was at the top of the rectangle of chairs and sofas. Tucker was to her left. Their parents took the couch across from Danny and Vlad.

"So what did you want to talk about Danny?" Maddie asked.

"You have to make me a promise that I had everyone else make." Danny said, "You have to promise that you won't freak out. If you do I can get away a lot faster then you think."

"Okay? I promise I won't freak out." Maddie said.

"Dad do you promise?" Danny asked.

"Yeah I promise." Jack said.

"Thank you. I know for a fact that you know the ghost boy Danny Phantom."

"Yeah. What does this have to do with him?" Maddie asked.

"You will see. Now just imagine him with black hair and blue eyes. Who would he look like to you?" Danny said.

"I don't know." Maddie said.

"I know!" Jack exclaimed.

"Who dad?" Danny asked.

"He would look like you but that is impossible." Jack said.

"Nope you are right dad. I am him and he is me." Danny said.

"That is impossible!!" Maddie yelled.

"No it's not Madeline. You have to be open more and you will be able to see more things. Like when Danny was younger how he was late all the time and he made excuses for everything. I can't believe you of all people didn't notice." Vlad said scolding Maddie, "Do you remember the Wisconsin Ghost? His real name is Vlad Plasmius. What is my first name?"

"It's Vlad for short." Maddie said.

"All you have to do is switch Plasmius with Masters and what do you get?" Vlad said.

"You get Vlad Masters. But that is impossible! You can't be half ghost and half human. Neither can Danny!" Maddie said in an angry tone.

"Accidents happen to anyone Madeline. Even when they don't deserve them." Vlad said.

"Well I want proof that you both are half ghosts." Maddie said.

"Halfas." Danny said quietly.

"What Danny?" Maddie asked.

"We are called halfas in the ghost zone. Half human half ghost." Danny said.

"I still want proof." Maddie said.

"Alright Madeline here is your proof." Vlad said as he went ghost, "You can't freak out because promised Danny."

"That just proves that you are a halfa. What about Danny?" Jack asked.

Danny went ghost showing his parents his ghost half.

"How long have you kids known?" Maddie asked.

"Who us?" Sam asked innocently.

"Yes you guys." Maddie said.

"Since the day it happened. Which was seven years ago." Sam said.

"That can't be right. He would have been only 14 when it happened then. We didn't have it working until he was almost 15." Jack said.

"I turned it on by accident. That is the reason it works now." Danny said.

"Now we know Danny's accident how about you V-man. How did it happen to you?" Jack asked.

"You should remember. It was your fault after all. You made the mini portal explode with cola." Vlad said changing back.

Jack was speechless. Then when his words finally came back he said, "I'm so sorry Vlad. I didn't mean to ruin your life."

"Well you didn't completely ruin my life Jack. You gave me something." Vlad said.

"What did I give you?" Jack asked.

"You will figure that out when he feels he is ready to tell you but for now I will show you to your room. You must be tired from your trip." Vlad said.

"Nope. I want to know what I gave you. I will not move until you tell me." Jack said.

"Do you really want to know dad?" Danny asked turning back into human.

"Yes I do want to know." Jack said.

"You gave him a family when no one else could. I'm not talking about you or mom. I'm talking about me." Danny said.

"What do you mean by that Danny?" Maddie asked.

"I'm what you call on the ghost zone as his mate. Nothing you can say or do can stop it. Once it has happened there is no way to stop it." Danny said.

"What do you mean by that?" Jack asked calmly.

"You guys are going to be grandparents. It might be to a human, ghost, or a halfa." Danny said trying to calm down but still had some anger in his voice.

"Well I'm fine with that." Jack said.

"How could you be fine with that?!" Maddie asked.

"Because I can be. You should be to Maddie. We are going to have a grandchild to spoil." Jack said, "And if you don't like the baby which I know you will I guess you can just deal with it."

Everyone was silent because Jack actually said something smart.

"Thank you dad." Danny said.

"Yo 'BANG'" Jack started to say.

"What was that?" Jazz asked.

"Most likely Skulker. Vlad kinda trapped him in a cage because of his big mouth." Danny said.

"I'll go check." Vlad said walking out of the room.

"So dad are you really cool with this?" Danny asked.

"Yup. I don't think your mother is though." Jack said.

"SHUT UP SKULKER!" They all heard Vlad yell.

"WHY? SO YOU CAN TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS?" Skulker yelled back.

The rest of their conversation was muffled. Danny smiled so did Sam, Tucker, and Jazz. They all started laughing at the same time.

"Are you sure he is okay?" Maddie asked.

"Vlad? Ya he is fine. Skulker kinda knows when to be quiet." Tucker said.

"No. I was talking about the other one." Maddie said.

"Oh. He should be fine." Danny said.

Vlad walked in and sat back down and said, "Sorry for that interruption. It won't happen again."

"You know you were kinda loud." Jazz said.

"I was? I am sorry you heard me." Vlad said.

"It was just fine." Danny said holding back a laugh.

"TIME OUT!"

"Really Clockwork? I was having a good time with my family and friends." Danny said.

"Yes Phantom. I have got something for you." Clockwork said.

"Well what is it?" Danny asked getting impatient.

"Be patient and it is not an it but a who." Clockwork said.

"Then who?" Danny asked.

"You remember Dan." Clockwork said, "I have freed him."

"YOU WHAT!?!" Danny yelled.

"I freed him and changed him into a harmless child. He has no memory of anything. He also has very little ghost powers. His power is that he can change his eye color from red to any color he wants." Clockwork said, "He might get other powers as he gets older."

"Okay. What does this have to do with me now?" Danny asked.

"You and Plasmius are going to take care of him of course. You two are the only ones that can." Clockwork said.

Danny gritted his teeth and asked, "Where is he?"

"He will be at your front door with a social worker in about ten minutes. That should give you enough time to tell Plasmius what's going on." Clockwork said.

Danny ran his hand through his hair and said, "Fine. Can you please unfreeze time so I can talk to him."

"Yes. Time in." Clockwork said as he disappeared.
